The room was very good.
The perfect location is very well communicated with different tram and bus stops, except that you can walk to the center in 10-15 minutes.
The only thing that was that the bed was very hard, not recommended if you had back problems and there were enough insects.

The price is cheap, but the Wrocław hotel is not expensive either. I just wanted to save money, but actually there is no need. Compared with chain youth hostels, the conditions are average, but the price is summer and the booking is relatively late there, so I didn’t bother. Very complaining.

Completely overrun, standing for hours at the reception, rooms are only available in the evening, no parking in the parking house is available for guests ( is used as a public parking house).
So who wants to stay here at Christmas time should look for a quieter hotel. €30 more is worth it in any case. Unfortunately mass dealing . The rooms are clean and ordened and the staff will try their best.
Ps. Who books Trip.com should be careful that the booking settings do not change during the booking process. The price changes and you are there without breakfast. After two attempts, we had decided to book breakfast on site, price was still acceptable.FromTHB 2,509

That day started at 3 pm. I confessed this before I made an appointment, and a gentleman suggested that he could check in early on the phone.
Subject to room availability.
Mrs. Agata said that I checked in at the reception desk at 1:20 pm, and she said I would check in after 3:00 pm. I asked if there are other solutions or room possibilities, Mr. Agata holds the ID card in his hand
It is personal and shameful to say that you do not understand Polish!
The two couples checked in after me without any problems, but the room availability is different due to the standard or arrangement of the bed

Amazing hotel with fantastic service. The lobby to the hotel is vast, grand and extremely clean and well maintained. All reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was superbly clean and very well presented and large. The bed was so comfortable. Dressing gowns and slippers provided). The Gym was free to use anytime and the Spa was very nice and for the price (£5 per hour per person) was a fantastic price. The breakfast choice was vast with hot food, cold meats and cheeses, salads, breads, pancakes and other cakes, coffee, teas and various cold juices. The hotel is very well located right next to the Old Town Square which has plenty of restaurants and bars for a good night out. Great location across the street from the main train station. Two blocks from the 106 airport bus stop. I booked a smaller room, twin beds, which I found comfortable. The breakfast was average. By that, I mean there was no method to warm the food they offered, like the crepes or pancakes. They did have a warmer for the scrambled eggs, at least. There was no toaster. Worse, the cleaning lady opened the door at 9am even though room was locked and check out was ar 12pm. She saw me just awake on the bed and quickly closed the door. The room was clean and well-equipped.
I remember there were no slippers before, but now there are.
For environmental protection, there is no bottled water, so we use mugs and large water bottles to get water at the stairs, which is also a good idea.
Also, the refrigerator is only used to maintain temperature, not for cooling.
The bed is too soft... My old waist can't stand it.
The quilt is too thin, and there is no warm air. It is still a bit cold when the temperature drops at night. I have to fold the quilt into two layers to keep warm...FromTHB 2,377

Our stay at Hotel Europejski Wrocław was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement.
Booking the hotel was a breeze, especially through Trip.com. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, which added to the convenience of our trip.
The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city centre and public transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the mulled wine and winter tea served at the hotel café. They were absolutely delightful and perfect for the chilly winter weather!
The room ambience was almost similar to Hotel Hetman in Warsaw—cozy and functional—but there were some issues. Every time we entered, the room smelled like wet carpet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, fridge, and slippers, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t warm enough for winter, although the water heater and pressure were consistent, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking, which affected the overall comfort.
Housekeeping did an excellent job of ensuring the room was tidy, though they strictly followed the “clean my room” tag system. On one occasion, even with the tag hung, our room wasn’t cleaned, but it was resolved the next day.
The café staff were friendly and attentive, even though one staff member had limited English. Their effort to serve us to the best of their ability was commendable. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming, especially compared to our previous stays at Hotel Hetman in Warsaw and Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport, which offered a more varied and higher-quality breakfast experience.
Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, such as its location, easy booking process, and some friendly staff, the room conditions, breakfast, and service inconsistencies leave room for improvement. That said, don’t miss the mulled wine and winter tea if you stay here!FromTHB 1,551
