Good service, old facilities, because it is a 1966 hotel needs a lot of upgrade. The two golf fields are excellent and well treated. I believe that the 5 stars are due to the golf fields, because I can certainly consider a 4 stars.

The hotel was okay to stay in but way too overpriced especially because they’re not really a five star hotel in my opinion. Simple amenities such as shampoo, bathrobes, slippers and lotion are not provided for a five star hotel. I didn’t get help from the Porter to take my bags etc. I like that it’s all inclusive and it’s so convenient to eat at the hotel however the food could have been fresher. The pools were amazing and the hotel is very close to the beach which is good. Getting around is a headache unless you hire a car, it would take me forever to get an Uber. Not the hotels fault obviously but just something to note. The hotel is so huge that the shared lift would take forever and unfortunately can’t choose which one to take as the lift chooses the floor automatically . While it was a good stay I don’t know if I would stay here again because of my expectations of an all inclusive 5star hotel. Also make sure to go watch the sunset by the beach, absolutely breathtaking.

Room & Amenities:
The room is okay. It’s very clean and spacious however the bathroom is quite small. For a five star hotel I expected a bigger bathroom with better amenities such as shampoo,conditioner,body wash etc. However the bathroom only has toilet paper,one shampoo and towels. I called reception to ask for a robe and slippers but they said that the hotel doesn’t provide that. I stayed at a 4 star hotel in the same city and basic amenities mentioned above were provided upon request. This is very disappointing especially for the price. Overall the hotel is good with pools and close to the beach.
Food:
All the food is usually buffet style for breakfast, lunch and dinner with drinks on tap which was amazing.The food tastes good, it’s just that sometimes the quality isn’t that great.Breakfast/brunch is repetitive so you do get tired of the food.

We arrived Monday 11 at 15.10 we went to the reception to check in, according to your page from 15.00 we could enter the rooms. After 2 hours to get the keys, they said because the kitchens hadn't arrived... we entered the room and decided to stay in the pool that afternoon. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The same seed jam that was over every day, today was green (unappetiteable).
The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. At 17.00 there is not yet the clean room... we please do it and take more than 1 hour to come to do it.
To be a quite normal 5-star hotel... I expected more after paying €700 for 5 nights.

Great hotel, perfect for motorsports enthusiasts. For those attending events at the racetrack, the location is wonderful. Cleanliness, service, breakfast, and hotel infrastructure are excellent, and the entire package offers excellent value.

New hotel, spacious room, nice design. Breakfasts are modest, but there is what you need. Cons: the hotel is located near the road, it is very noisy to sleep with the window open. The room was on the third floor and the Internet almost did not work

A truly great experience!! Room was comfortable and housekeeping excellent. Well placed with a view of the Marina. The highlight of each morning of my 5 night stay was the Breakfast. Fantastic choice and everything well cooked and presented. The staff, particularly the trainees, were always friendly and obliging. I couldn't fault anything about the Breakfast at all. The situation of the Hotel was ideal for me but might not suit everyone as it was sited out of the Town. A beautiful beach was adjacent to the Hotel and even out of season there were a variety of Restaurants nearby. All staff, the Receptionists, Restaurant staff and Housekeeping were outstanding, always greeted me with a smile and very helpful.

Location of the resort is spot on. Good to stay who likes all SUPs, surfing etc. Resort is okay with amenities. You will not find any toiletries other than shampoo, body wash in bathroom so bring your own. I booked 4 bed apartment. one double bed and one sofa cum bed. Double bed was really good but at the same time sofa cum bed was not so comfortable. Room was very cold when we and it took whole night to get warm with heater. Swimming pool is ofcourse not in use due to winter time. so all in all the stay was okay, we can get better service, amenities, facility with the same room rates in other hotels.

Absolutely loved my stay at Tivoli Algarve!! All inclusive hotel with lots of food, drinks and snack options. The amenities were perfect if you wanted to use the gym, spa or sauna. If you just wanted to relax by the pool, you could get a drink from the bar and lounge either at the adults only or general pool. They had outdoor sports options, basketball, paddle ball or mini golf with a bar/snack bar close by.The property was quite large but quite accessible. You really didn’t need to leave the property for anything, unless you wanted to go to the city center, which they had a free shuttle to. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Tivoli Algarve and would go back again!SOLD OUT

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff.
We only had one night here so didn't get to appreciate the surroundings and facilities.
Amazing staff at reception on arrival and at breakfast (such a wonderful lady who helped us with all our orders)
Lovely, clean, and fresh room.
**The only issue I have is the shower, its fine with the blind down and lights off but if you wasnt with a partner, it could be quite embarrassing

The meeting point for dolphin watching is within walking distance, and the scenic spots can basically be reached by taxi. Beautiful and tidy room, stunning view from balcony, though the small bathroom window opens into the corridor and at times there is an unpleasant odour from a pipe in the toilet. For the price, was decent, beds were slightly uncomfortable but bearable, toilet seat had marks on it, the shower kept filling the bathtub up, made for a slightly unpleasant shower, and the lightning in the room was slightly dimmer than I would like. Très bel hôtel dans un cadre très agréable, hôtel en rénovation. Petit havre de paix en retrait de la ville (le centre ville de portimao se trouve à environ 15min en voiture). Il vaut mieux être véhiculé pour y séjourner.
