The scenery is beautiful, goodbye nh, arrived late to eat McDonald's. I didn't eat breakfast, but it was provided. I couldn't add an extra bed. It was like a homestay. It was suitable for parent-child travel. There was a parking lot.

Perfect for Extended Family or Multiple Families/Friends, our "early 1900's built" lake house features both traditional Lake living in the main house on the Waters edge and a modern rustic feel in the Seasonal Guest House & Pole Barn. All three Buildings have views of the Lake. The property consists of a rare 3 acres of flat land overlooking 165 ft of lakefront shore, with an abundance of parking and space for gatherings, including a waterfront field. The main home is equipped with 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms, capable of sleeping seven. The house also holds two living rooms, plenty of tables for family meals, and a spacious kitchen with updated appliances. The New 3-Story Barn is a brand new addition to our property with most being in aw walking into this building with it's 1st floor 19 ft ceiling and beautiful wood work; really is a relaxing place to hangout with friends and family. Currently offers Billiards in the Loft, Corn Hole, Portable Bar, Game Room/Lounge with Kitchenette, 3/4 Bath, Outdoor Covered Porch & Patio with Solo Stove Camp Fire. Future Indoor Pickle Ball area coming soon and arcade table game. The Seasonal Guest House or "the bunky" is open from approx April through October. This two-story open concept home serves a modern touch to lake living while also keeping the wood finish of a Post and Beam home. This house sleeps eight comfortably and has a large 3/4 bath & Queen Bed on the first floor and a Queen Bed, Two Twins & a Twin Murphy Bed on 2nd Floor Loft. This house features a kitchenette (with mini fridge and microwave), a movie theater area, and a foosball table upstairs. Walk-In Sandy Beach perfect for the Little ones to play. Sandy gently sloping water front area goes out 100's of feet.Two Tandem Kayaks included with House Rental; and a 20 Ft Pontoon Boat is Available for Renting After House Booking is completed.Want a break from the best part of Lake Winnisquam? Come stay at our cozy working farm in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Just over an hour from Boston , this private two-bedroom apartment has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. When you stay at this lovely apartment, you'll be staying on a working farm so there are no pets allowed. The on-site farm store has grass fed beef, pasture raised pork, farm raised chicken and turkey available as well as seasonal vegetables. Fresh eggs will be provided for you during your stay.Guests will be able to check themselves in upon arrival and will enter apartment through the red door on the detached garage. The apartment is on the second floor so if stairs are a problem we may not be the best air bnb for you. Full kitchen and laundry are available as well as patio with outdoor dining and grill.There is WIFI (password on wall) and a smart tv, dvd/blue ray and many movie choices. Linens for all beds and towels are provided for your stay!! The bar offers a spot for up to four people to eat or if you work while you are here there is space for a laptop. WIFI is strong and guests are able to work when needed while visiting with out any trouble. The farm stay is a pet free space. There are a couple parking spots and guests will need to be able to walk up multiple stairs to access the apartment.
