The location of the hotel is slightly off, and the location marked on Apple Maps is wrong. It is recommended that you use Google Maps to find it. The room is large with a terrace; the a la carte breakfast has a lot of choices and good taste. The beautiful boss is very beautiful, she is good at English and Chinese, and the service is very enthusiastic and very good! The swimming pool is also very beautiful, but it is a pity that I hit the corner of the bed when I got to my leg and injured it.

What they share in common is a commitment to making you feel well-cared for, whether it's the refreshing cold towels upon every return, the evening cookies, or remembering your preferred coffee flavor at breakfast. Every employee, regardless of their English proficiency or whether they work at the front desk, greets you with a smile, a proactive hello, and a polite 'wai' (hands pressed together), which brightens your entire day.
Here's a small anecdote: We bought something at the front desk for $4.90, and I paid in cash. I thought I gave them a $5 bill. Shortly after returning to my room, the front desk attendant called, saying I had given two $5 bills. I insisted I only gave one and asked them to re-check their accounts. The next day, after we returned from our outing, the same attendant informed me that they had recounted and indeed found two $5 bills, returning the extra $5 to me. This incident left a profound impression and respect for both the hotel and the people of this country.
The hotel can arrange tuk-tuks for you or you can rent a scooter. Since the hotel is tucked away in an alley, there aren't many scooter rental places nearby; you'd have to walk quite a distance. So, I rented one from the hotel front desk. It was a bit pricier than outside options, but it was hassle-free – I could pick it up and return it right at the hotel entrance.
Breakfast was excellent, especially the juice; the watermelon juice was delicious, and the coffee was great too. They even made a flat white with beautiful latte art. The breakfast spread was extensive. We'd eat until we were completely full every morning and then head out, often skipping lunch.From£32

Had a great stay. Service was great and location is quite convenient — Walking distance to shops and Pub Street. Cafes can be found nearby too. And only a block away to Koí The, my go-to mill tea store from back home (was surprised to find it in Siem reap.)
I was also able to enjoy the the pool and gym ( simple equipments only )
Only issue I had was with the roim AC, it was cold enough for my liking despite having switched the temp to the lowest temp possible. I just didn't bother reaching out to the staff as I couldn't be bothered to lug my things again just in case they'd offer another ( if they even would.) So make sure to check before you unpack all your things.

I had an amazing stay at Memoire Palace Resort & Spa. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. I don’t remember any names, but truly, every single person I interacted with was friendly, kind, and professional.
The resort itself is beautiful — very peaceful, with a lovely garden and pool area that’s perfect for relaxing. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the calm atmosphere throughout the property — it felt like a true escape from the busy world.
The food at the restaurant was also great, and breakfast had a good variety.
I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Siem Reap.From£64

PROS: Good service (Reception only, not the restaurant).
+ Quite location away from busy pub street but still quite close.
+ Great service from service manager Mr Ny and Mr Thom (I think that's his name)
+ Mr Ny was very professional and quick to apologise and offer solutions to whatever issues guests encountered.
+ Mr Thom smiled a lot and was very proactive in helping to carry luggage.
+ *Most* of the staff at reception greet you warmly when you leave or enter the hotel.
CONS:
- Limited food options nearby but that of course, is the tradeoff for being in a quieter location.
- Supposed to be a non-smoking room but room 208 had a lingering smoke smell. (Quickly changed to room 406 thanks to helpful Mr Ny).
- TV in both rooms were very unresponsive to the remote. You have to click several times and at a very particular angle just to change channels.
- Body soap and shampoo in large dispenser had a bad smell. It was obviously not changed for a long time.
- No hot water in room 406. It was however, quickly fixed by kind and helpful Mr Ny.
- American breakfast comes with 2 eggs. I asked if it has to be 2 eggs of the same type or can we choose 1 each of different types (e.g. scrambled and poached which I ordered). Waitress said both are fine. Order came and only had 1 scrambled egg. Raised the issue to another waitress and no apology, just said 'Oh, you want *another* poached egg' when I didn't even get 1 in the first place. Eventually, the missing poached egg did come but the experience was unpleasant.
May visit again if they fix the above issues.From£22

The hotel is same as in the pictures. It’s very pretty and authentic inside, the pool is clean, the rooms are spacious, the water is hot.
They expect to leave shoes outside or take them to the room when walking in socks
They clean the rooms only if you ask to clean
In the mornings it’s a bit noisy because of the neighbours and the cleaning staff talking loudly in the halls

Very good hotel. Breakfast is good - but there are only very limited things on the buffet... most things need to be ordered from the menu. We didn't realise the first day that you could order multiple things off the menu, so we initially thought that the breakfast was tiny and rubbish - but once we realized you could order multiple items we enjoyed lovely breakfasts every day. Anjali was perfect. Quiet, restful, and beautiful. The pool is always shaded by dense foliage so it seemed like we were in the middle of the jungle. The restaurant was amazing, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange all our tours and activities. We were especially lucky to have Mr. Chhlen drive us around all week in the tuktuk and the van: not only was he kind and knowledgeable, making helpful suggestions for attractions and restaurants we wouldn’t have known about otherwise, but also he was very attentive to our kids and helped keep them safe and entertained when we were out temples and souvenir shops.
