The location of the hotel is slightly off, and the location marked on Apple Maps is wrong. It is recommended that you use Google Maps to find it. The room is large with a terrace; the a la carte breakfast has a lot of choices and good taste. The beautiful boss is very beautiful, she is good at English and Chinese, and the service is very enthusiastic and very good! The swimming pool is also very beautiful, but it is a pity that I hit the corner of the bed when I got to my leg and injured it.

I was extremely satisfied with our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Cambodia. First and foremost, the service was exceptionally attentive. Despite being a bit of a distance from Pub Street, they offered free tuk-tuk service, which only required a reservation. Furthermore, whether we were checking in, checking out, or simply returning to the hotel for a short break, staff members would always greet us at the entrance with jasmine-scented cold towels and iced water. The dining experience was also unforgettable. The chef was particularly kind and engaging, always interacting with us after serving the food to ask if it was to our liking. On mornings when we had to rush for our itinerary, the hotel staff would proactively pack the food we needed, including two delicious iced coffees, which was incredibly thoughtful. Lastly, the in-room experience was fantastic. Even though air conditioning isn't common in many places in Siem Reap, the hotel consistently ensured our room was perfectly cool, making for a truly pleasant stay. I only wish I had brought more cash to give the staff more tips to thank them for their hard work and dedication.FromSEK 501

Had a great stay. Service was great and location is quite convenient — Walking distance to shops and Pub Street. Cafes can be found nearby too. And only a block away to Koí The, my go-to mill tea store from back home (was surprised to find it in Siem reap.)
I was also able to enjoy the the pool and gym ( simple equipments only )
Only issue I had was with the roim AC, it was cold enough for my liking despite having switched the temp to the lowest temp possible. I just didn't bother reaching out to the staff as I couldn't be bothered to lug my things again just in case they'd offer another ( if they even would.) So make sure to check before you unpack all your things.

I stayed here for a business trip, specifically to use the hotel's seminar facilities. The room I was assigned was incredibly spacious, and the interior, with its warm wooden accents reflecting traditional Cambodian architecture, was absolutely beautiful and provided a very relaxing atmosphere. The location is super convenient, right on National Road 6. There are plenty of local eateries scattered around where you can sample authentic food, and with a convenience store and supermarket just a short walk away, I had no trouble with shopping during my stay.
The breakfast selection was also very diverse and satisfying; I looked forward to it every morning. The only minor disappointment was the poor hot water pressure. I hope they can improve their facilities in that regard. However, the staff were friendly, and overall, it was a comfortable stay, even for business purposes.FromSEK 382

We had a wonderful stay. We had to change the first room that we got as it was too loud. The second room we got facing the pool on the 3rd floor was amazing. The stuff was very friendly and helpful with our issue. The swimming pool is great especially in the night time. Breakfast has good options. The Hotel is Low-rise Resort-style. It features a relative big outdoor area in the family suites attached to the Master Room. Service is excellent. The bathrooms are lovely with full amenities. Our room is located on the 2nd level without a lift. Hence the staff had to carry our luggages via stairs. The outdoor area is good, but because of insects, we hardly make good use of it.. because the doors have to be shut to keep flies away.. The location was very convenient for my work purpose. The area was quite dark at night but overall felt very safe. The staff were very nice, helpful, and warm. The hotel facilities were decent, they provided all the basic amenities, but no shower cap. The overall interior is quite traditional but clean. This has nothing to do with the staff; they were all great. But this is honestly the most uncomfortable hostel I've stayed in recently. As soon as I walked in, I saw clutter and bags everywhere on the floor, along with dirty clothes and smelly socks, giving off a terrible odor. My roommates weren't around during the day, but they'd come back at 3 or 4 AM, making a lot of noise. In the morning, some would even play videos loudly on their phones without headphones. The worst part is the room had no windows, and I seriously felt like I was running out of oxygen while sleeping at night, which was very unpleasant. Laundry was also a bit too expensive at $3.3 for 1.5kg, and even after washing, my clothes still smelled of sweat. We also want to highlight Daryl and Leakhana, who both provided consistently wonderful and prompt service whenever we had a request, always delivering it with incredible warmth.

Anjali was perfect. Quiet, restful, and beautiful. The pool is always shaded by dense foliage so it seemed like we were in the middle of the jungle. The restaurant was amazing, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange all our tours and activities. We were especially lucky to have Mr. Chhlen drive us around all week in the tuktuk and the van: not only was he kind and knowledgeable, making helpful suggestions for attractions and restaurants we wouldn’t have known about otherwise, but also he was very attentive to our kids and helped keep them safe and entertained when we were out temples and souvenir shops. The staff were very polite and had great service! On our first day of arrival they gave us each a welcome drink and a small snack which was really tasty! On our first day of arrival, our check in was at 2pm on but they allowed us to have an early check in!
As the weathet was very hot, they would give us cold and refreshing towels to wipe ourselves each time we came back from the sweltering heat outside! They also made an effort to remember our names which was very unique and not every staff in this line would do this!
I love the hotel breakfast menu. It isn’t just the typical buffet but also an extensive menu where you can choose what to eat.
In terms of location, it’s perfect! Upon coming out, you have one massage parlour next to the hotel, one opposite the hotel and a few upcoming as you walk down! There are also a few good options of eating outlets near the hotel! Furthermore, it’s just a short 5-10mins walk from pub street which is the main attraction and a fun place to grab some dinner and shopping! If anyone is looking for a Good massage place near this hotel, my father and i highly recommend Blue Spa!! It’s the best out of all the 3 that we have tried!FromSEK 431

We just completed our stay at Lotus Blanc Resort and had a wonderful time. The service level is exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive towards our children, making us feel very welcome.
The only minor issue was the lack of clarity regarding the dining discount for guests. We only discovered at checkout that the discount could only be applied once, rather than throughout the entire stay. It would be helpful if this policy could be explained more clearly upon arrival to avoid any misunderstanding.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, is very comfortable and decorated with taste. As one would expect from a hotel of this category, the hotel is impeccably managed and the freshness and hygiene are spotless. We stayed here in the off-season and found the value for money to be excellent. The only issue - a minor one - was that the staff, while always courteous and professional, came across as being somewhat distant and impersonal; apart from the initial welcome and efficient assistance in the organisation of transport to execute our visit programme, we felt somewhat overlooked during the rest of our stay.
