I recently had the pleasure of staying at Zannier Phum Baitang in Siem Reap, and it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the serene atmosphere enveloped me, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The accommodations were beautifully designed, blending traditional Cambodian aesthetics with modern comforts. Each villa offered a sense of privacy and tranquility, making it easy to unwind and relax. One of the highlights of my stay was the food, especially breakfast. The selection was amazing, and I particularly loved the noodles in the Khmer section—they were flavorful and authentic. The homemade yogurt paired with honey was a delightful treat, and the fresh fruit salad was perfectly cut and refreshing, adding a vibrant touch to the meal. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that my needs were met and that I felt welcome throughout my visit. Their hospitality truly added to the overall experience. In summary, my stay at Zannier Phum Baitang was nothing short of wonderful. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with exquisite dining options in Siem Reap!

We stayed in 3 hotels in Siem Reap for 7 days. If we had been here before, we would have stayed here all 7 days. It is a perfect escape from the world. No description or recommendation is needed. The moment you enter the hotel, you will know that the money is worth it.

Excellent location: Located in the center of Siem Reap, about 8 kilometers from Angkor Wat, about 15 minutes' drive from Angkor Wat International Airport, surrounded by many attractions such as the Angkor National Museum, convenient transportation. Long history: The hotel opened in 1932 and has a profound historical heritage. It has hosted celebrities such as Chaplin, Charles de Gaulle, and Clinton. The architecture and decoration style are full of French colonial style, which allows tourists to feel the strong historical atmosphere. Excellent service: The staff is warm and friendly, thoughtful and meticulous, and provides considerate service from check-in to check-out. Complete facilities: The hotel has a 35-meter round-trip swimming pool, a family entertainment swimming pool, a poolside pavilion, a comprehensive sports field and other health facilities, as well as a business center, a library, a map room, a Sugar Palm Club, a children's playroom, etc., to meet the needs of different guests.

We arrived the hotel during Cambodia new year, each offered a Krama ( cotton scarf) with Raffles logo by hotel to celebrate the new year. Very art deco colonial building with beautiful swimming pool. Beautiful at corners of the hotel with sculptures etc. We met the f&b manager of the hotel, he kindly arranged 4 complimentary breakfast takeaways for our sunrise trip next morning. Worth to try the breakfast with champagne offered. The bath salt in the room was so aromatic and relaxing. However we saw some ants on the side bed in the room.

This has been a breathtaking stay at Waka Villas (7 star quality indeed). The private Villa with Pool and an interior of traditional mixed with modern minimalism and warmth, was ever so welcoming after long days on tours. Well situated only a few minutes by tuk tuk from the center of Siem Reap city where markets and intriguing streets allow for a wonderful experience among locals. We want to thank the entire Staff especially Manager Mr. Okabe and our kindest Siem and Kim for being always one step ahead of our needs. And our tour guide „Mr. T“ (Tola) who has a one of a kind way of explaining the history of Cambodia with so much fun we ended up retelling his stories to our families! Encouraging us to think about what we see and understand the bountiful kindness of the Cambodian people. Thank you for introducing us to Cambodia with so much love. Looking forward to booking here again!

No doubts one of the best stays ever! Starting from the seamless communication before, through the checking in process, during the stay, and check out - everything was perfect. O really enjoyed the privacy of the villa, swimming pool and modern architecture. The hotel also organised a tour guide - Tom. Really passionate and knowledgeable man. I strongly recommend Waka Villa.

My stay at Jaya House River Park in Siem Reap was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The location of the hotel is great Despite being just a short distance from the bustling city center and the majestic temples of Angkor Wat, the hotel felt like a tranquil oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The accommodations at Jaya House were luxurious yet comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. My suite was elegantly furnished and equipped with modern amenities, including a plush bed, spacious bathroom, and a private garden. One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the staff. From the moment I checked in, they went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. They even provided free laundry service, complimentary tuk-tuk rides to nearby attractions, and a local phone for us to use during our stay, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city.

We recently stayed at Jaya House River Park in Siem Reap and had an exceptional experience. Chris and his team made us feel truly welcome, and our tour guide, Thom, enriched our temple visits with his knowledge. The hotel's restaurant served delicious meals, clearly labeled for dietary preferences, and the staff were always attentive and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the daily spa treatments, which provided a perfect way to relax after exploring. The complimentary poolside treats, including ice cream, and free water service kept us refreshed throughout the day. We also appreciated the hotel's commitment to sustainability, being plastic-free and eco-friendly. We highly recommend Jaya House River Park to anyone visiting Siem Reap; it offers a harmonious blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service.

The riverside suite tent is not recommended, there is no special scenery by the smelly ditch. This room is very gloomy. I booked three apartment types in two days. This room is four thousand a night. Apart from sleeping, I really don't want to stay in it, the most worthless room. Breakfast is ok, with fruit, vegetable salad, and freshly squeezed juice, which is very thick. I absolutely regret it after the dinner, it's unpalatable, and it's very expensive. A bowl of spaghetti is more than 20 dollars, and I can’t eat it after a few bites. I ordered four dishes. Hey, it's better to have instant noodles. Japanese management, but there is a fat-faced woman at the front desk. I want to swear. The only satisfaction is that after Ctrip communicates with the hotel, there is a free hotel pick-up and drop-off on the day of check-in and check-out. It's okay to experience it for one night
- AIHUA
I thought there would be a lot of bugs because it was a tent, but there weren't many more than I thought, and it was very nice to be with my children because there were many experiences, such as eating elephants, feeding buffalo, and eating marshmallows at night. It was very cold at night because it was in the mountains. It was cold enough to have to wear long-sleeved pants in the morning.

A hotel that is so low-key that it is almost ignored Unlike Park Hyatt, which is strongly promoted on the list Unlike FCC, which has a historical story Unlike Amansara, which is prohibitively expensive But the smallest Anantara in the world has completely conquered me with its ”small and beautiful” All suites, a total of 39 suites in the whole hotel, Even if it is fully booked, the number of guests will not exceed 100. It is quiet and comfortable, perfect for vacation⛱️i people are ecstatic! The service is at a level that makes people can't help but praise💕 Because of its small scale, every guest is taken care of very attentively. Before checking in, the butler will send an email to confirm the flight time, special needs, etc. When you just enter the hotel, you will be given a scarf as a welcome gift; then go to the spa center for a foot cleaning ceremony, and you will also be given a very distinctive welcome drink, which is ice-cold, sour and sweet and very refreshing. There are Chinese explanations to introduce the hotel and room tour... The room is carefully decorated, with handwritten letters, welcome fruits, local desserts, handmade honey... After dinner, the bed is ready, the supplies are replenished in time (the smell is very good), and ice cubes are prepared. Breakfast is a combination of self-service and ordering, and the local egg rolls are delicious! Culturally rich📕 The hotel is really promoting Khmer culture. There are many activities every day, such as handicrafts, cycling, and shopping with locals in the market, etc....providing opportunities to fully experience local life The hardware design is also unique, and the room fully incorporates traditional Khmer elements, such as teak floors, silk decorations, and carvings inspired by Angkor Wat reliefs... If you book dinner in the garden, there will be local special performances Checking in at the hotel will also give two tickets to the Ferris wheel, each worth US$12. The Ferris wheel is right next to the hotel, and you can overlook the hotel and the entire Siem Reap! If I have to say the shortcomings, I think I may be a little far from the bar street. It takes about 10 minutes to take a taxi, and there are not many places to eat nearby. Originated from Thailand, Anantara has been cautiously expanding with ”one city, one hotel”. I personally think this brand has a deep understanding of Southeast Asian culture. If you come to Siem Reap, you can really experience it! Above, save where you should and spend where you should! You can avoid the crowds, stay in a suite + enjoy full-service for more than a thousand 😎, the price-performance ratio is really great!
- Chedaoshanqianyouxiannv
We stayed at the Anantara for four nights and really felt the warmth and sincerity of every staff member. My partner got a fever the day after we arrived in Siem Reap, and the hotel staff helped by buying medicine and even made him a pot of warm ginger tea and porridge . He felt much better the next day. Overall, we were really well taken care of during our four days here. :

I booked this hotel by accident. I was very satisfied with the hotel environment and service. The room was clean, tidy and quiet. The hotel also sent fruit and the breakfast was good. It was a little regretful that I slept on a low pillow. The four pillows in the room were too thick. For me, they were a bit high. I slept for two hours and felt uncomfortable, so I had to take the pillow away. Everything else was good

I am pleasantly stunned by the level of service at this mansion. Throughout my 4 days, 3 nights stay here - my fiance and myself have felt taken care of like we've never experienced before. Service with a smile, attentiveness at a level beyond imagination. Some examples (i) had a mini buffet line line day for breakfast, and I saw the staff taking out some fresh papaya, I told my fiancé to be ready and grab them as it's her favourite, the staff came by and asked if w we'd live some fresh cut papaya and she had it delivered to us. (ii) Had a nice sit down by the pool, a staff came by and offered complimentary honey lemon tea and fresh cut apple (iii) got a birthday cake on late arrival back to the property (iv) they take feedback seriously here - made a pleasant remark regarding the laksa served during breakfast - seemed like the entire crew are aware of it prior to the grand send-off on check out. I don't think I'd ever find another accomodation that offer services at this level, oh and our room is clean spacious and smell good throughout our stay! I miss all them already, wish to come back again

A beautiful hotel well deserving of its 5-star rating. Check in was quick and a cold towel and fruit tea were served. Beautiful pool (though it can get crowded), and extremely huge room with a great view of the property. The bathroom was gigantic - the tub could easily a few people in it. Note that in order to control the AC, you have to bring the remote close to the central control (near the door). Breakfast had a wide selection of food with an egg station and was extremely delicious. I had dinner twice at the restaurant, and each time the food did not disappointment. The pool bar has happy hour promotions from 6-7pm, although it closes by 8pm. The best asset about this place would be their guest-facing staff. Always smiling, greeting, and remembering every single guest by name. Everyone spoke very good English and always showed interest in guests, anticipating their needs. They also packed breakfast for guests going on the Angkor Wat sunrise tour. Special shoutout to Andy and Jenny for taking care of me so well. My only critique would be that housekeeping could have been a bit more meticulous.

Excellent service! Everyone there was so kind. We had so many lovely conversations with staff. The facilities had everything you needed - gym, 24 hour in-room dining, pool, bar, massage. Location is walkable to many restaurants, stores etc. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Room was large, bed was comfy. Enough space to lounge, 2 desk areas, large bathroom, tub/shower and closet space. Staff was amazing! We loved everyone and Mr.November at the pool educated on many traditional customs, we had a wonderful conversation with him as with everyone there. Front desk was helpful, friendly. PROS: Good service (Reception only, not the restaurant). + Quite location away from busy pub street but still quite close. + Great service from service manager Mr Ny and Mr Thom (I think that's his name) + Mr Ny was very professional and quick to apologise and offer solutions to whatever issues guests encountered. + Mr Thom smiled a lot and was very proactive in helping to carry luggage. + *Most* of the staff at reception greet you warmly when you leave or enter the hotel. CONS: - Limited food options nearby but that of course, is the tradeoff for being in a quieter location. - Supposed to be a non-smoking room but room 208 had a lingering smoke smell. (Quickly changed to room 406 thanks to helpful Mr Ny). - TV in both rooms were very unresponsive to the remote. You have to click several times and at a very particular angle just to change channels. - Body soap and shampoo in large dispenser had a bad smell. It was obviously not changed for a long time. - No hot water in room 406. It was however, quickly fixed by kind and helpful Mr Ny. - American breakfast comes with 2 eggs. I asked if it has to be 2 eggs of the same type or can we choose 1 each of different types (e.g. scrambled and poached which I ordered). Waitress said both are fine. Order came and only had 1 scrambled egg. Raised the issue to another waitress and no apology, just said 'Oh, you want *another* poached egg' when I didn't even get 1 in the first place. Eventually, the missing poached egg did come but the experience was unpleasant. May visit again if they fix the above issues.

I had an amazing stay at Memoire Palace Resort & Spa. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. The resort itself is beautiful — very peaceful, with a lovely garden and pool area that’s perfect for relaxing. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Lovely staff, good rooms and fantastic location. Reasonable food prices and drinks. Great cocktails. Very clean showers and amenities and water refilling station at ground floor. However, a few things to note. 1) can be quite loud in corridors which you hear in the room 2) there’s a constant humming of services so recommend earplugs if you’re a light sleeper 3) the pool is huge but some algae which meant backswimmer bugs which bite…once raised they were on it, but we shouldn’t have to raise it. See photos. 4) our room definitely smelt fousty - guess that’s what happens if you have no window. Overall, totally worth the price paid but as the pool is a huge selling point, I urge them to clean regularly and use strong chlorine.

We had an unforgettable five-night stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the most thoughtful, kind, and generous staff who went out of their way to make our trip special. A particular thank you to Naza, who was absolutely exceptional—her warmth and attention to detail truly stood out. The facilities were amazing, especially the infinity pool, which was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The Moroccan theme throughout the hotel was beautifully done and genuinely made us feel like we were transported to Morocco. Location-wise, the hotel couldn’t be better. It’s just a short walk from the Old Market and Pub Street, with a laundrette, coffee shop, and pizza restaurant conveniently located right nearby. We also loved the food and drinks at the hotel, everything was delicious and very reasonably priced. Over the course of our stay, we ordered food and drinks daily, spending a total of just $160 USD, which was incredible value for the quality. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so memorable. We’ll definitely be recommending it to our friends and would love to return next year!
