This was my 7-month-old son's first trip, and I want to thank the Ritz-Carlton Macau, especially Ms. Amy at reception, for providing us with a perfect stay. From check-in onwards, the staff went above and beyond to make the process quick and easy. They also thoughtfully decorated our room to welcome our baby on his first journey. The hotel specially provided a children's tent, a lovely lion toy, and a small backpack for us. The room also had baby sanitizing products and a bed rail, which was incredibly considerate for guests traveling with an infant. Our little one had so much fun playing in the tent and absolutely loved his new toy. What was truly surprising and delightful was that the hotel prepared a custom bib with his name on it and a small tote bag as souvenirs! This made his first trip even more memorable!

This place has just given us the best hotel experience we’ve had in Asia… quite something, considering Macao is a city-break destination. * The hotel room is utterly superb — from the views, to the huge size, to the classy décor, to the small touches like the complimentary minibar, the massage chair in the bedroom, and the in-room spa service. * The food is exemplary. Even the bar snacks are supremely presented. * The swimming pool is heated — zero shock upon entering — and we didn’t want to get out, as it feels very much like a bath. Perfect. * From butler service through to check-in and concierge alike, this place redefines xenodocheionology (hotel lore). During the flight home, we both sat there blissfully aware that we’d just experienced something very special. We got what we paid for — the very best of world-famous Chinese hospitality and a Valentine’s holiday we’ll never forget.

Service is very thoughtful

- The reception: A warm welcome from the receptionist, very professional and fast responds to all my questions about the hotel facilities. - The Room: Spacious and amazing - The pool: The grand resort deck, there is a new area called Aquatainment, which is perfect for family with small kids. My son 5.5 and my little girl 2.5 and they love the area so much and keep asking me to come back again soon.

The room was clean and bright, conveniently located, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and Yang Xiaojun, a lovely lady, showed us to room 1333, which was spacious and bright, and we were very happy with it. A big thank you to Yang Xiaojun for preparing fruit and gifts in the room – it was a touching gesture! Definitely five-star worthy. Five stars to the front desk manager and all the staff, and five stars for the floor cleaning service!

I checked in early because of Ctrip VIP, but other guests didn't. The room was standard and relatively new, and they gave me a small gift and welcome fruit. They also gave me a subway card, which was unexpected. I didn't plan to take the light rail, but I experienced it and went to the Mazu Temple, which was very popular. The breakfast was OK, but not very good. There was one problem, the shower water temperature was unstable, and it was scalding from time to time. This is unacceptable for a hotel that costs 5,000 per night. In short, I didn't like it very much, nor did I dislike it very much. I probably won't book again.

Traveling with my family, I finally booked the hotel I've always wanted to stay at. Summer is super busy, so I avoided the peak season – what a relief! The front desk lady was very responsible and meticulous; she saw that my child's birthday was this month and upgraded our room for free, even giving us a thoughtful little gift. The hotel is impeccable, the details are just perfect. My child loved playing in the water, and we could go shopping and eat downstairs. It was fantastic!

This time, I stayed at Hotel Okura Macau with my child, and I'd like to extend a special thank you to Loki, the lobby manager. He was warm and friendly throughout, communicated patiently and meticulously, and went above and beyond to coordinate and fulfill all our requests. His service was truly exceptional. He fully understood the various needs of families traveling with children, responded promptly, and was both thoughtful and professional, making us feel incredibly welcomed during our trip. Our overall stay exceeded expectations, and I sincerely commend Loki. Next time I'm in Macau, Hotel Okura will be my top choice!

I brought my mom to Macau for a trip and made sure to check out The Londoner Hotel, specifically for the ”Londoner experience,” which was truly fantastic. First off, I loved the very British-style decor. The cleanliness, which I'm most particular about, was impeccable. The Londoner Club on the third floor offers breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails and snacks, all of which were abundant and delicious. The lobster eggs Benedict and Hong Kong-style clear broth beef brisket noodles for breakfast were truly amazing. For afternoon tea, there were many varieties of teas and chocolates. Especially after I mentioned I couldn't eat much seafood, the chef at the evening snack service specially prepared seafood-free dishes for me, which tasted absolutely wonderful! The hotel staff were also incredibly warm and enthusiastic; one even took me on a tour of the small garden and told me that Big Ben looked particularly charming from that angle. Our guest butler, Terasa, was also very meticulous. She proactively added me on WeChat to communicate beforehand and was promptly attentive and responsive to our needs throughout our stay. Many thanks to her. I also want to thank the front desk staff who checked me in and the housekeeping staff who tidied my room and did the turndown service; the little treats for turndown were truly adorable. Thank you! Additionally, the transportation is very convenient, making it easy to get anywhere. In short, I will definitely stay at The Londoner Hotel again on my next visit to Macau.

Came here specifically for Zaha. Extremely satisfied 👍 Words can't really capture how full of design it is. I rode the elevators back and forth numerous times, giving me the feeling of traveling through time and space. The location is also very convenient. I went to see The House of Dancing Water, and walked over to Wynn Palace for the auto show. Everything is within walking distance. The service was quite good as well. The only minor issue was during check-in when the room wasn't fully cleaned yet, so I had to wait a bit. However, after speaking with the staff, they quickly sorted out a room for us.
