Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Versace! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The luxurious ambiance and excellent service truly made it a memorable experience. The only minor issue was the slow bathroom water drainage, which caused some flooding after showers. However, it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment of the stay. Would definitely return for another luxurious getaway!

Because I'm used to it, I like the hotel feel. Familiar feeling. Moreover, it is very convenient to go to Yaohan, the old street, and it is convenient to eat and shop nearby. The hotel service is also very good. We were upgraded to a luxury suite once. Very praiseworthy. It's a pity that the big fish tank is gone. . .

Both the hardware and software were exceptional, and the food at Huating was delicious. We had noted in advance that it was our honeymoon, and the hotel called to say they'd prepare a cake for us. When we got to the room, we found heart-shaped balloons, a pair of dog plushies, and a heart made of rose petals. During the evening cocktail hour at Huating, a staff member came over to thank us for choosing their hotel for our honeymoon. They gave us a complimentary fruit platter and even helped us find a good spot and took photos for us. It was incredibly thoughtful and made for a wonderful experience!

I was drawn to the Morpheus hotel's exterior on my last visit to Macau, so this time I specifically booked two nights. The room design is very modern, and all the facilities look brand new, almost unique in Macau. The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. Whether calling the hotel through the Ctrip app on my phone or contacting room service from the room, the service was professional and attentive. Communication was seamless in either English or Mandarin, and all the staff were very patient. There's luggage storage service available both before check-in and after check-out. If early check-in is possible, the front desk will call to notify you. You can walk to the City of Dreams' free shuttle bus to get to the ferry terminal, airport, and other places. Staff members guide you, and the queues aren't too long, making it very convenient for catching flights. The hotel lobby is next to the COD casino, with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel gym isn't 24-hour; it opens at 10 AM, requires registration with a staff member, and is relatively small. My room faced Macau University of Science and Technology and the airport, so there wasn't much of a view. Turndown service in the evening included hand cream/essential oil. The fruit platter and mini-bar items were fully replenished each day. The toiletries were a full set from Acqua di Parma, and there was also a Zaha Hadid book in the room. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

The hotel's service started right from the moment of booking confirmation! Customer service called to inquire about all our needs and details, confirming everything and promising to do their best to meet our requests. At 3:30 PM, after passing through the gate, we smoothly boarded the complimentary shuttle to the hotel. A staff member guided us through check-in, and the bellhop helped with our luggage. The reception manager personally escorted us to our room, meticulously explaining the guest privileges we were entitled to, as well as the surrounding environment, dining options, and transportation. Upon learning that we already had a full itinerary, they very kindly and friendly wished us an enjoyable stay. The hotel is luxurious, grand, and elegant, with everything in perfect order. There was no disturbance, yet smiling staff members were always visible when help was needed. Any time we required assistance, it was quickly and efficiently handled through a WeChat conversation with our butler. Undisturbed, yet service was ubiquitous. The room had excellent soundproofing, and the air conditioning was comfortable and quiet. Facilities were comprehensive, including 220V power outlets. The lighting could be freely adjusted from bright to dim, which was very pleasant. We booked a non-smoking room, and there was no odor at all. Both the living room and bedroom were equipped with air purifiers. The bedding was comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bathrobes were incredibly comfortable! There was also a small box in the safe for conveniently storing small loose items, which was a thoughtful touch! Dining options catered to all budgets; the food court was economical and tasted good, or you could head to Rua do Cunha for many other choices. This stay was an incredibly satisfying choice for our trip! 👍

An incredibly luxurious five-star hotel. I've always been a fan of Karl Lagerfeld's designs, so I was absolutely thrilled to have the opportunity to stay at The Karl Lagerfeld Hotel today! The value for money here is excellent. Breakfast is served à la carte on the first floor, and it wasn't crowded at all.

On the first day, during check-in, a staff member introduced us to the hotel, nearby transportation, and asked if we needed any extra items (as we were two adults and two children). The hotel staff thoughtfully prepared many items for the kids. We stayed for four days and three nights, and every day, used items were replenished, and if anything from the mini-bar (snacks/drinks) was consumed, it was also refilled. It's very kid-friendly; there's a Toy Story exhibit downstairs and a Don Quijote supermarket to browse. Highly recommended for families with children. The room assigned to us was also very quiet, ensuring a great rest. All the hotel staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and proactively asked if we needed any help! Highly impressed!

I stayed at the NUWA hotel in Macau from October 13th to 17th, 2025, and found the front desk service to be excellent, while the breakfast offerings were quite satisfactory. Although construction was ongoing in various areas, which occasionally caused noise, the staff remained remarkably courteous and attentive, consistent with my previous experiences at the property. However, despite visiting during weekdays, complimentary room upgrades were never offered throughout my stays. The hotel's location in the heart of Cotai makes it exceptionally convenient for exploring Macau's attractions. What particularly impressed me was the turndown service—requests were handled promptly and efficiently. Whenever I had dining reservations or sightseeing plans, I could request the service and return to an impeccably prepared room, allowing me to enjoy the rest of my evening undisturbed. This level of responsiveness sets NUWA apart from other hotels, where such services are typically less accommodating. The turndown service has consistently exceeded my expectations. My only reservation concerns the water dispensing system. While I appreciate the property's commitment to environmental sustainability, the current setup proves rather inconvenient in practice, which is disappointing.

As a Mandarin Oriental fan, I specifically chose the Mandarin Oriental Macau for my birthday stay, and the actual experience lived up to my expectations. As one of the very few high-star hotels in Macau without a casino, the Mandarin Oriental is truly an ideal place to stay. Several details really stood out and earned extra points. First, during check-in, the front desk duty manager, Hallie, proactively recognized it was my birthday and reserved a tower-view room on the highest floor in advance. This kind of luxury service truly lies in these small details. After we arrived in our room, we noticed some stains and imperfections on the bedding. When we informed the front desk before heading out, they meticulously re-housekept the room. Later that evening, returning to our room, we found a heartfelt letter and a fan prepared by the hotel's guest relations manager, Melody, which was very touching. The ability to efficiently and professionally resolve issues, even when they arise, is what guests value most. Finally, on the day of checkout, I went to the gym and met Annie and Leo. Upon learning I wanted to purchase some hotel merchandise to take home, they specifically arranged for a colleague from the spa to open early for us. When I used the pool, Leo was incredibly enthusiastic and attentive throughout. These details were definitely a huge plus. I hope the hotel management recognizes these efficient and professional staff members and conveys our gratitude. Should I return to Macau, MO will still be my top choice.

I loved the style of the hotel, and the front desk staff were great. I requested a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, and they accommodated our request. The room was spacious, and we received complimentary fruit and exquisite desserts daily. Most importantly, they offer turn-down service, which is something you don't even find in some five-star hotels anymore. Highly recommend!
