I personally feel that the room conditions are OK, much better than the last time I didn't have a window, no air conditioning, no fan, no single guard. . Facilities: The basic supplies are complete, and you can ask the aunt to replenish them at any time. Hygiene: Keep it clean, dust will inevitably fall on the bay windows. Environment: I live on the side of the kindergarten. It's very quiet on weekends. You can't hear the air conditioner when the window is closed. The sound insulation is slightly worse. You can hear the neighbors snoring and talking loudly in the corridor. Service: Great, the front desk and the aunt are very enthusiastic and can solve problems quickly.

定的25~30的標間，但是實際房間沒有那麼大，感覺是衹有20平左右的房型，而且窗户和之前訂酒店看到的不一樣，衹有一個小小的窗户，説是因為我們入住的比較晚，前面的房間都被挨着開完了，全都已經入住滿了，也沒辦法給我們另外換房間，標間都是一樣的，衹是窗户有區別。但我們看到了其他的標間，比我住的房間大很多。房型裏一共就衹有兩種類型的標間，給我的明顯是更小的那一個。房間裏面沒有一次性拖鞋，沒有一次性馬桶墊，洗手的地方水龍頭非常的噴，洗澡的水壓不太夠，吹風的風非常小。前台的小姐姐服務態度挺好的，也很熱情，座機聲音太小了聽不清，還專門跑到樓上來給我們解釋，送了早餐券。退房的時候延遲了一個小時退房。總之，工作人員挺好的，早餐大叔、保潔阿姨、前台小姐姐都非常熱情，但是酒店本身的設施不太行。

Located Very near to many attractions, all walkable distance. Shibati, Bayilu, Jiefangbei. If you wish to, the train station is also just a three minute walk away. Location stated on the trip website differs slightly from the actual accomodation you are staying, but it is still near jiefangbei. Could be a little troublesome to get taxi during peak periods of 6pm-7pm due to traffic jams of locals going home after work. The host was very friendly and helpful, provided us with much information of the surroundings, and even helped us do our Guest laundry (passed them and they will wash and dry / return to you the next day). they were prompt with cleaning the apartment, and topping up of amenities when required. Food was easily accessible as there's a food street just right below our apartment.

The few great things is of this homestay are the service of the host, the location & the daily housekeeping. The entrance to the building is hard to find but can contact the host upon arrival. There’s a beef noodle shop just at the entrance of the building & lots of street food along the road. Jie fang bei is only a short distance while hong ya dong is slightly further but still reachable on foot. There’s no kitchen or fridge. So only one basin in the toilet. Not so convenient with a 2-year old child with us. The step from the living room to the floor is quite high, not convenient for old people to move around too. There is one shared washing machine (washer & dryer 2 in 1) on 34th floor. But can only use it when no one is using it. However, the city view from the room is great & very spacious for us to keep our luggages. I wouldn’t recommend to stay with small children & old people.

I stayed at the Hilton in Chongqing for three nights and was satisfied with everything. It's very close to the subway station (Lianglukou) and Didi (ride-hailing) is also super convenient. There are plenty of food options nearby, including a Luckin Coffee right outside. The staff were amazing! Housekeeping Auntie Chen (I hope I got the name right) was incredibly thoughtful; she brought amenities for my child and even provided a bathtub liner and bath salts. Vickie and Jason at the front desk provided excellent service and even complimentary breakfast for one day. The concierge staff proactively helped me with my luggage both at check-in and check-out. It truly felt like a home away from home, especially for a mom traveling alone with a child! I recommend bringing a swimsuit. We forgot ours, otherwise, I definitely would have relaxed in the heated pool. I really enjoy swimming in winter.

Facilities: I initially thought this was an old five-star hotel, but I was surprised to find the facilities are incredibly well-maintained. You can see signs of age, but it definitely doesn't feel old. I'm deducting half a star because the TV had a double image in both rooms, but thankfully the Spring Festival Gala wasn't that great anyway. They might want to consider updating the TVs. Cleanliness: Very good. After the bathroom fogged up, I checked the mirror and there wasn't a single smudge or un-wiped spot at the very top. This attention to detail really shows. Environment: Good. I went for a swim on the first day of ***** New Year, and the pool was nice. Although, the pool towels seemed a bit old. Service: Excellent, always polite and courteous. Breakfast can be replaced with lunch (until 1:30 PM): I experienced both breakfast and the New Year's Eve dinner buffet. I can confidently say that the hotel performed at an above-average to near-excellent level during this fully booked period.

Raffles City Mall is really popular right now, and it's directly connected to the hotel, which makes shopping super convenient. The hotel's facilities are excellent; even though it's been open for a few years, it's very well-maintained and still feels new. I especially loved that they provide cutlery, it made it feel just like home. The staff on the first floor were also very friendly. My only minor complaint is that the check-in staff didn't ask or inform us about the room's location, like whether it was near the elevator or not. If it weren't for that, it would have been a perfect five-star rating.

I booked this hotel online based on reviews. I was traveling with my child for 2 days. The location is super convenient, just a few minutes walk to Jiefangbei. I used Xiaohongshu to find quick routes to various attractions, and most of them are centered around Jiefangbei. Downstairs, there are all sorts of Chongqing street food stalls, it's very lively, and shops are open until early morning. It's also very close and convenient to get to the starting station for Liziba, which is Jiaochangkou station. When we checked out, the hotel even gave us some thoughtful Chongqing snacks.

I've always trusted Kempinski, and this stay didn't disappoint. The room was spacious and grand, with several windows offering stunning river views, especially the Chongqing Grand Bridge over the Yangtze River at night, which was a real treat. The service was excellent; I'd like to particularly commend the gentleman at the front desk who handled my check-in. The swimming pool and executive lounge were also great. The lounge food, in particular, was exquisite and delicious, and it was quiet with few people, which is often not the case at other hotels. The location is superb, perfectly situated for both easy access and a peaceful environment. Highly recommend!

Our first stop in Chongqing after a flight with China Southern Airlines. The room was incredibly clean, no arguments there. The location is right next to Jiefangbei, you step out of the front desk and you're on Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street, and you can walk to Hongyadong and Shibajie. The location really can't be beaten. The breakfast was plentiful, with no filler items, and the juice was freshly squeezed. The service was excellent; they even upgraded our room, and the higher floors definitely make for a quieter and better night's sleep. As we were leaving, they gave the kids auspicious horse bracelets. It's four-star pricing for a five-star experience. The ninth-floor sky garden is also very photogenic.

Thanks for the warm service during Chinese New Year~ The hotel also has a gym (see p6) and a laundry room (3 sets of wash/dry machines), all maintained cleanly and tidily. 🔇 The only downside was the heavy traffic during Chinese New Year, with drivers honking their horns incessantly, which the hotel windows couldn't block out at all 😂 Don't expect to fall asleep before midnight [sneer emoji]

The room was spotless and clean, with separate beds for adults and children. The butler service was excellent, and they thoughtfully provided travel tips, warnings about tourist traps, and a food guide! The best part is the prime location, right across from the Korean Commander-in-Chief's Office! You can walk 100 meters downstairs to the Jiefangbei monument! Most nearby attractions are within walking distance, which is great! I'll definitely come back again...

My stay was absolutely perfect! 💯 The moment I opened the door to my room, I was immediately captivated by the stylish design. The wooden hanging area right by the entrance was a thoughtful touch. The soft LED strip lighting beautifully complemented the natural wood grain, not only making clothes storage neat and organized but also creating a warm, 'welcome home' feeling. The padded long bench next to it was both practical and comfortable, perfect for travelers to drop their luggage and take a short rest. Stepping further into the room, the twin bed layout and space planning were ingeniously designed. The light grey headboards and wood-paneled feature wall harmonized perfectly, and the soft glow from the integrated LED strip lighting created an elegant yet relaxing ambiance. The round artistic lamp on the wall served as both lighting and a striking decorative accent, adding a touch of Chinese aesthetic to the space. But the bed was the biggest surprise! The fluffy, soft bedding was breathable and gentle on the skin; lying on it felt like floating on a cloud. The perfect level of support instantly melted away all the fatigue from my travels. The room's details were equally impressive, from the vertical slatted panels on the walls to the non-slip stone flooring – every element spoke to a commitment to quality.

The facilities are excellent and well-maintained, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and get great natural light and ventilation – a truly pleasant stay.
