Zostel Chitkul proved to be an excellent stay. The food was great, the manager and the staff are extremely hospitable and helpful. The private rooms are cozy and clean. The view and it's proximity to the river is beneficial. Recommended

Nice location & great views! good food. However management isn’t the best - rajiv at the front desk denied room service & insisted on buffet dinner; however when we came for the buffet dinner there was no seating space available and he asked us to carry our plates ourselves to our room - we had to climb stairs upto 4th floor with dinner plates in hand. All this after booking the family suite! this hotel is just surviving because of its beautiful location

Stayed here for one night. We were a bit late in checking in but the property owner called us and guided us to the location. It's very easy to reach but google maps will send you in the wrong way. The dinner was great. The rooms were clean and the surroundings were also pretty to look at.
The homestay is good. Its location is excellent. We were well looked after by the care-taking local bright youngster, chandrashekhar. The rooms are very small and the stairs are very steep. Also, the approach should be better. The owner of the property may please get this done thru the panchayat, which appeared to be quite active. Also the kitchen should work. It's important.
