Our family booked a home-heng duplex room, the experience was superb. The hotel is clean, luxuriously decorated, the upper and lower floors are large, and the photos are also very good. Especially the children have a great time. Next to it is the Dalianhua Olympic Sports Center Stadium, which is also very convenient for eating and traveling. The landlord is very warm and the service is thoughtful. Next time I come to Hangzhou, I will choose Jiaheng B&B 👍👍👍.

The location is truly unparalleled. Just downstairs, you'll find the lively Wulin Night Market with all sorts of snacks and authentic Hangzhou dishes. A short walk takes you to the Broken Bridge at West Lake and Hubin, making it super convenient for exploring the West Lake and night market. The room is spacious, and the balcony offers a fantastic view. It's fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and a massive projection screen, making laundry and drying clothes during your trip incredibly hassle-free. The entire guesthouse strictly adheres to a 'one guest, one change' policy, so it's immaculately clean and fresh, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The staff are responsive, and luggage storage is also very convenient. Overall, it was a great stay. This place is my top recommendation for anyone visiting Hangzhou, and I'll definitely choose Feihua Public again next time!

The environment can be, the location is convenient, just upstairs in the mall, the first day is tired, sleep late in the morning, you can use the silver on the second floor to order, the overall good, it is recommended!

First off, the apartment's location is excellent, making it convenient for visits to Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital. The owner is very polite and the service is thoughtful. No need to go to the front desk for check-out; you can just leave the key card in the room and send a WeChat message to the owner.

The hostess at the B&B was incredibly welcoming, making the entire stay relaxing and reassuring. Seeing I was staying alone, she even upgraded me to a king-size room free of charge. The window afforded a beautiful lake view. The morning breeze and fresh air complemented the stunning night view. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this was the most enjoyable B&B experience. Overall, it was fantastic.

perfect and comfortable place for family, around 15minutes slow walk to the nearest train station, this is where the West Lake is and also all the food outlets, as per request they even provided ceramic bowl and plate for microwave oven usage, and even detergent for washing clothes, it even has dryer too, wifi is not an issue at all, only my VPN was having some delay / slowness, all in all highly recommend for its nearest walk able distance to the Westlake

It was a bit tricky to find, as the navigation led me to a street behind the hotel. The bathroom could have been cleaner; there was a slight odor. However, it's conveniently located near Kuiyuan Restaurant, Intime department store, West Lake, and the subway station, making getting around very easy. The service was good, with staff ready to answer any questions. They also offered complimentary luggage storage after check-out for the day.

It was difficult to find because the entrance is in the courtyard and there was no sign. They are simply rooms that are rented out without a reception (at least I didn't find one). When I arrived I asked a porter from another hotel and he called the lady. She immediately came out onto the street and took me to the room. Contact was always via WeChat. To our surprise, we had to go to the local police and confirm the rented period and sign (I'm not sure if it was a rental contract - everything was in Chinese). The hygiene and the furnishings were, so to speak, bearable (I would say Chinese conditions - if you've never experienced anything like that, then this room is not for you). It hadn't been freshly mopped or dusted. However, the bedding was clean and fresh. It's a bit like Chinese standards, broken furniture and inventory. You can't go by the photos, the furniture is there but it's old, worn, smells, the TV didn't work, there's no kitchen (just a fridge and kettle with two glasses), the air conditioning blew but didn't heat (the temperature couldn't be adjusted), the hairdryer didn't work properly - but here I got a new working one after two days, the washing machine worked. In general, I have to say that since I rarely stayed in the room, I say it was OK, I had a bed and a place to sleep. In contrast to my colleagues who stayed in a hotel with western standards, I can only say that this room is very bad, but there was no room for this price in Hangzhou. My colleagues had to pay three to four times as much for the same period of time. But they had every luxury. Everyone has to decide where their priorities lie.

Families must come to this hotel near the subway entrance! The view on the high floor is superb, the room is clean and warm, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, the stay experience is superb, you must give a five-star praise 😘

It's a 10-minute walk from Hangzhou Railway Station. There's a breakfast shop 2-3 meters to the left of the apartment entrance, selling pan-fried buns, soy milk, and rice balls. It's two subway stops from West Lake Scenic Area. The room we stayed in was small but quiet. At 260 RMB, it was a reasonable price considering the large number of people traveling during the May 1st holiday.
