Environment: The room was spacious and the location was excellent. You could take the subway directly from the basement, and it was very close to Tokyo Station, making it convenient for Shinkansen travel. Hygiene: The hygiene was impeccable. Facilities: The bathtub was very comfortable for a soak, and the turndown service even provided bath salts. Service: The service was superb, and I particularly want to mention this: During check-in, I had a brief conversation with the lobby manager, Asaki Yoshiuchi, where I casually shared some personal interests. To my delightful surprise, on the day of check-out, I received a handwritten letter from this manager! The letter included a specially drawn illustration that cleverly combined elements of the interests we had previously discussed. He not only remembered our casual conversation but also took the time and effort to transform it into a personalized and thoughtful souvenir. You can truly feel the hotel's sincerity and dedication.

Facilities: This is one of the best hotels in Tokyo, with relatively new and comprehensive facilities. The room decor has a very Japanese style. Cleanliness: The hygiene is excellent. Staff clean the rooms daily, so there's no need to worry about cleanliness. Environment: The hotel is located right near Tokyo Station, which is very convenient.

The hotel offers friendly service and a prime location, but the entrance isn't immediately obvious. I took two taxis, but the drivers couldn't find it. We made reservations for two of the hotel's restaurants through the hotel staff, who meticulously prepared invitations. Both were excellent. Sushi Hosekhi and Omakasei, with impeccable ingredients, were both excellent. The Italian restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere, perfect for couples, and the food was very stylish. The surprise was the bar, located on the rooftop observation deck. It has both an indoor and outdoor area. The outdoor area is primarily for hotel guests. If you tell the staff you're a guest, they'll arrange for you to enjoy a tipple in the viewing area. A special thank you to Ms. Lily (the enthusiastic Chinese regional manager, applause!) for arranging a perfect table for us. Breakfast can be enjoyed in your room or in the restaurant. Fresh fruit and welcome treats are provided daily, along with soothing teas in the evening. All soft drinks in the mini bar without the Bulgari logo are complimentary. The Bulgari Hotel is a true delight for dessert lovers; the cakes and chocolates are delicious and can be purchased in the lobby. At the end of the check-out, a Bulgari luggage tag will be presented as a souvenir.

Fantastic service! We had to adjust our reservations due to a sudden sickness. The hotel staff is quick to respond and easy to communicate. We appreciate their willingness to to accommodate our change and we truly enjoy our stay at this wonderful hotel! Five Star service all the way! Will definitely stay again for the next visit to Tokyo!

We booked Park Hyatt very last minute due to issue with our original hotel that we booked in Tokyo. We travelled with a 3 & 4 years old and the hotel was amazing. The playground across the hotel is a big plus. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel very welcome and the process was very seamlessly. We left the first hotel fairly early and knew we couldn't get into the room but our plan was to go through Shinjuku and knew we wouldn't be back until later that day. The hotel lobby is on the 41st floor, you can see the entire city view and at night the sight is amazing. The hotel location is about a 15min walk to Shinjuku station which is not bad and there is a shuttle that runs every 30min as well. Concierge was very helpful with everything during our stay. Breakfast service was professional and efficient. The staff were very friendly with kids and not snobbish at all. The hotel is an iconic place, most of the time we took a taxi or delivery they know the hotel by name. I highly recommend anyone that would like to pamper themselves in Tokyo. The hotel is a bit dated by the upkeep of the hotel is very good. Only thing that was a bit annoying was the light switches since it's not modern you can't control some lights individually.

Thank you🙏Mr. Shen for being able to show up at six o'clock in the morning Come up to the room and help carry luggage and cartons📦 Thank you too🙏every service staff at the counter Take the trouble to meet my complex needs He even bought an oil-based pen for me to write on In addition, express check out service Really super time saver. Hotel guests have a certain standard Visitors from California and Switzerland are quite interesting.

This was my second stay at the station hotel, and it's incredibly convenient for transit. Upon arrival at Tokyo Station, you can walk towards the Marunouchi South Exit where a small door directly accesses the hotel, so you don't even need to go outside. This time, I booked the hotel's basic 36-square-meter room. The room had a peculiar smell, which I suspect might have been due to the humidity during the rainy season, making my stay feel uncomfortable. The room's location wasn't ideal either; it overlooked some equipment with absolutely no view. The 40-square-meter room type I stayed in before was much better. However, the hotel service and breakfast were, as always, excellent.

The hotel is right by Tokyo Station, and it's a very unique building. The rooms are beyond excellent—very clean and beautiful, and quite spacious. The service is also great. Breakfast is fantastic, with both Japanese and Western options. We had an early departure, so it was convenient that breakfast started at 6:30 AM. The only minor inconvenience was not being able to check in early; we had to wait until 3 PM.

This time, I stayed at The Peninsula Tokyo with my daughter for a vacation and felt happy and satisfied, especially with the attentive facilities and staff. Coincidentally, since our departure date fell on a weekend, the hotel specially opened the 24th-floor Peter for guests to have breakfast, allowing us to enjoy a panoramic view of the Palace in the morning. However, the meal presentation service there seemed not as attentive as in the lobby restaurant or room service. I hope to try it again next time to experience it better.

We stayed four nights in two rooms. On the third day, the sheets were changed, but upon returning, we found obvious stains. Since it was already past 11 PM, we didn't contact the hotel, and the two of us slept in one bed. The other bed also had stains. On the fourth day, we went to the front desk to complain, providing photos. They said they should report it and told us to wait for a call. We didn't receive a call all day. When we returned to the hotel that evening, we asked the front desk. The night manager checked the computer and found we had complained, but didn't explain why there hadn't been any action taken all day. They finally offered to waive the room service meal fee for the other room. We didn't accept, but the result was the same upon check-out. Question 1: We weren't at the hotel during the day; we booked the Four Seasons specifically for a good night's rest. Is room service meal equivalent to a good night's sleep? What is the basis for this action? Question 2: After a whole day of processing, there was no response. They completely ignored our complaint. Is this the service standard of the Four Seasons? Or is it just that the sheets are often like this and it's not a problem? Question 3: The attitude was polite but arrogant. What justifies this condescending attitude? This is completely different from our past experiences with Four Seasons hotels and the service we've had in Japan. The photo below is incomprehensible and unacceptable.

Very satisfied! The environment is super good, the service is super good. The waiter can remember your name and greet you. The cocktails and spirits in the bar are quite good, with a lot of choices. The whole experience is great

The location is really good, just across the road from Shinagawa Station, but it takes a lot of effort to walk there with luggage. In fact, it is Shinagawa Diwang—Prince Hotel built a small boutique hotel in the original small building, with a total of only 10 rooms. The room size is large, but... the price is not worth it. In addition, there are very few taxis here. If you want to take a taxi, you have to take a shuttle bus to other Prince Hotels.

Central Tokyo Tokyo|2.87km from city center
The hotel's location is excellent, just a three-minute walk from the subway station. Right across the street is a lively food street, so you don't have to worry about dining options. The hotel's historic Japanese garden is truly beautiful; I was genuinely amazed when I explored it for the first time, especially considering such a large garden has been preserved right in the middle of a bustling city center! The guest rooms are quite spacious for Japan, around 40 square meters, but I couldn't help but notice that the decor felt surprisingly like an American hotel. My biggest complaint has to be that the bathroom surprisingly doesn't have a separate shower stall; you have to climb into the bathtub to shower.

The environment is very clean, and the bedding is super comfortable. It's really convenient to pick up toiletries downstairs. Although the room is small, it has everything you need. We chose this hotel because my partner smokes, and it's one of the few smoking rooms available in Tokyo. The location is, of course, incredibly convenient. We booked a car for 10 days, but didn't use it at all for two days because we were shopping in Ginza. We paid a higher price than usual, but the location and comfort are excellent, and the room is clean. I'll definitely stay here again.

This family room was absolutely fantastic! It's actually two connecting rooms with double doors in between, and very spacious. One room has two single beds, and the other has two single beds plus a sofa bed. The large windows offer a great view of the Tokyo nightscape. The hotel is super close to Ginza, just a short walk away, and right next to the Takarazuka Theatre. Everything was excellent, it would just be even better if the price were a bit more affordable.

We had a wonderful family stay at Tokyo Dome Hotel. The location was perfect — right next to Tokyo Dome City with plenty of entertainment, food options, and easy access to the subway. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered beautiful city views. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making check-in smooth and ensuring we had everything we needed. I was really pleased with my stay at the Prince Hotel Tower in Tokyo! The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to transportation, making it simple to explore the city. Upon entering the lobby, I was struck by its grandeur, yet the staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere. The room was spacious and clean, with a stunning view. I was on a floor that offered a glimpse of Tokyo Tower, which looked beautiful when lit up at night. Just sitting by the window felt worth the price. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I also recommend the breakfast, which had a wide variety of options, both Japanese and Western, all served elegantly. Plus, there’s a lovely garden nearby for a morning stroll, which was quite enjoyable. This hotel is definitely one I’d want to return to. Both the facilities and the quality of service instilled a sense of security, making my experience truly delightful.

Good location, 3 minutes walk from airport bus. Lots of eateries nearby. Room was decent size for a solo traveller and I could open my large luggage up fully. The room was a decent size and very comfortable, featuring large windows and excellent air conditioning. Its prime location is a major advantage, with shopping malls and a plethora of dining options right downstairs. Subway access is incredibly convenient, and Tokyo Station is just 985 meters away, a mere 10-minute walk. The hotel lobby is located on the third floor, and the front desk staff were exceptionally accommodating. They offer currency exchange, amenities for loan, and complimentary toiletries (including shaving kits for men), which was greatly appreciated. Laundry facilities are available on the 8th floor: 300 JPY for a wash cycle and 500 JPY for dry cleaning. The machines include a 1-minute self-cleaning cycle, and detergent is automatically dispensed. Despite its central and bustling location, the room was remarkably quiet. Housekeeping is provided every three days, but daily cleaning can be requested if preferred. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the cotton linens felt wonderfully soft against the skin. This was a major plus, far superior to the Shinsaibashi Bridge Hotel.

First off, the location is absolutely unbeatable, right at the foot of Tokyo Tower, with Zojoji Temple and Shiba Park nearby. The scenery is stunning. My repeated stay... I love the coziness of this room, nicely tugged away from the bustling main of Ginza. Nice hospitality... Good service led by Hosoya san, who has been really helpful in queries and assistance when needed. Self-serve laundry and dryer service, 2 units each, which gets really busy with guests. There's a common guest area we can help ourselves to coffee, and guests are okay to consume their takeout or packed food from outside. The location is absolutely fantastic! It's right outside the subway exit. The room wasn't particularly small either. There's a corner in the lobby with various alcoholic beverages where you can mix your own cocktails. It's wonderful to fix yourself a drink after coming back from a hot summer day out! They don't clean the rooms daily, which is great because you don't have to worry about being disturbed, and it's environmentally friendly.
