Although the hotel is not big, it is very exquisite and the service is very good! The Greeks are really friendly. They clean up the room as soon as you leave, probably two or three times a day. The most important thing is that you can look at the Acropolis while eating in the restaurant, which feels very comfortable!

Great location. We chose a room on the 7th floor overlooking the central square and the Greek Parliament. From my room, I could clearly see the Acropolis and Panathinaiko stadium. The hotel is old-fashioned so the room is not spacious. I stayed on the 7th floor, below the restaurant, so at night the sound of tables and chairs being moved kept me awake.

One of the best hotels near the south beach, the rooms are small but designed with care. There is also a professional spa, which is worth recommending. The price is a bit expensive, but this summer, hotel prices in Europe have risen sharply.

Stayed twice within a week while transiting through Athens.
Staff very helpful and chatty. The room facing the Acropolis was great. Very clean and well presented. Our earlier stay in another room windowed onto a central atrium and until I complained about the noise staff were making at 02:15 we couldn’t sleep. They accepted this with grace. Very central. Highly recommended.

The room service is in place, the bedding is comfortable, and the facilities are complete. From the balcony of the room, you can see the changing of the guard in front of the Parliament Building. It's a pity that the room size is small. You can enjoy delicious food while enjoying the beautiful view during breakfast. The Acropolis and Parthenon are in sight.

We booked two rooms and were very satisfied with the room. I would like to know the brand of their mattress and quilt. How come they are so comfortable? Sleeping on the bed after a day of traveling is like sleeping on cotton.
The hygiene is also very good. After all, we are allergic. They replied to me by email that they have very high hygiene standards, which is true. By the way, the water next to the coffee machine is also free. There is just a relatively high environmental tax, but I still like it overall.

Great location, room is small but it got everything we need, staffs are very helpful, helped me with phone charger plug, last day they let us eat breakfast before the official opening hour because we had to leaves at 7am for the ferry. It’s one block away from the sightseeing bus stop, I mean if going to the Acropolis is your main goal, this hotel is a good choice, it is close to Prakka area and many restaurants in walking distance, 5-10 min walk to the entrance of the Acropolis And the museum. It has some road noise but it is in the city, we only stay 3 nights there, I didn’t feel like taking a taxi or Uber or metro train, we like the location of this hotel a lot. Would recommend to our friends.From$107

Absolutely loved my time in this hotel! Had a great time, amazing poo, incredible roof top restaurant, the most iconic view possible ever in all of Athens with a beautiful setting!! The room is fair clean but very noise if you live close to the lift. And also I can hear the children screaming at night (video). Meanwhile, the basic infrastructure is quite old and the balcony is blocked for safety reason as the staff told.

Top floor has a restaurant with a view of the Acropolis! Breakfast was included, and was excellent and extravagant. Very impressed. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is extremely green, and all soaps, bathroom tissue and any product, were recycle able. Also the air conditioning was on a timer or would shut off and the room at night got warm. It’s a very basic economic hotel. I booked the premium room with a balcony for city view, but everything (the room, the breakfast, the vibe, the staff) is still very basic. Also, there isn’t any window in the toilet so it always smells bad.
The location is very good tho, close to everything.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it. Living here makes me feel Athens isn’t that good. I lived in another hotel after 2 days and it made me feel Athens much better.From$54

Good location and good service.. we all 6 persons stayed at the hotel for 4 nights alternately. Our luggage stored at the hotels safety. Located in the heart of Athens between Akropolis and Syntagma Square it is in a perfect location to cultural explore, go for shopping as well as arrange business meetings. Many restaurants and coffee places, all in walking distance. Main reason to choose Elia Ermou was the room size as it is 20+ sqm, and it has a parking garage in the same building. Further to mention is the nice roof top restaurant in the 7th floor with terrace and Akropolis view. One minor issue to mention is if a little more silence is required a room on the higher floors and not on the Ermou side might be the better choice…
