Hotel was great and room was comfy! The staff at the concierge was warm and friendly. Ariff was his name. Free parking was an annoyance as it was in a separate block. You either end up taking lifts and moving several towers to get to the place, and signage was poor so you might get a little lost initially. Or just walk outside and skip the confusion and lift waiting. just pay for parking outside the unit to avoid all these hassle. The free onsen for those who stay there was good, albeit one of the pool was being maintained. Wished it was a bit more open air and authentic in design. Again, staff here is really friendly to explain and help.

Environment: The bamboo villa is very unique, with a natural and elegant environment and lush greenery. The only drawback is that there are too many wild dogs, and they bark when they see people, which is very scary. Service: The waiters are very friendly, but it would be better if they could help deliver the luggage to the room. It is still very difficult to find the room by dragging the luggage by myself, and the room number is on the door lock, and it took a long time to find it. Hygiene: Maybe because it is more primitive, the sanitation of the room is not very ideal. I saw gecko feces and ants on the sheets, but it may be unavoidable in this more natural environment. Facilities: The biggest complaint is that there is no wifi in the room, and the mobile phone signal is very poor and it is almost impossible to surf the Internet. It is a bit unacceptable for mobile phone users. If you want to surf the Internet, you have to stay in the lobby all the time. The water heater is not very powerful, and the water is cold when the temperature is turned to the maximum. Dining: Dinner and breakfast are both buffets. The green drink at dinner is very delicious. I drank seven or eight cups in total. I strongly recommend it.

It was great for a short vacation. I brought my family members, including teenagers and kids, and they loved the pool. The pool was clean. The breakfast spread was also good. Since we checked out during Hari Raya Aidil Adha, the resort served nasi hujan panas, kari ayam, lontong, sausage, mee goreng, fruits, and bread. Happy tummies for all! I did notice one small thing missing: it would be great if the resort could provide a string to hang swimsuits inside the toilet. Since the main attraction here is the hot spring, and people come to use the pool for several days, it's a bit of a hassle if have more family members and can't hang wet clothes. Everything else was fine, and we enjoyed our stay.

Very spacious unit with amazing view. Can fit a large group of 8 people comfortably and comes with full with complete set of amenities, towels, dyson hairdryer and 2 sets of mattresses. The unit we stay is located at the Towel D which is the same block as Antara by sleeping lion. One of the best selling points is you can request for free housekeeping service during your stay. One downside is that you will need to pay for a parking fee of RM15 per entry per day (weekend rate) for each car and it cannot be validated, as compared to if you book directly with Antara sleeping lion all guest can validate their parking and will only need to pay for a RM5.30 per entry per day parking fee. While there’re 3 bathrooms, only 2 bathrooms have shower head, the other bathroom is only a usual toilet.

The property has two swimming pools, which is a great bonus. There are a few areas that could be improved. The bathroom has no proper shower head and the water pressure is quite low. There is also no ventilation fan in the toilet, so there was a slight unpleasant smell when we first checked in. Another thing is the air-conditioning coverage. The smaller bedroom and living room do not have their own air-conditioning, so having more air-conditioning units or better cooling throughout the suite would make it much more comfortable. Overall, still a very pleasant and comfortable stay. With some improvements to the bathroom ventilation, water pressure and air-conditioning coverage, it would be an even better experience. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We loved that NaiBnB provided us with updates regarding our room a few hours before we arrived, and promptly responded whenever we had an enquiry. Upon reaching the property around 3–4pm, we understood that it was a weekend, so there were a lot of people checking in. The line was especially long at the lobby where we were checking in, and when we finally got to the front desk, the receptionist told us that we could simply show our booking to the security guard, who had been free pretty much the entire time. Although we received instructions on how to check in and collect our keys via email prior to our arrival, we felt that what could have made the process faster and smoother was a clear indication of where guests should queue and who they should show their booking to, depending on which agency they booked through. For example, if a guest booked through an Airbnb-type platform instead of a hotel booking, there could be a separate queue, so everyone can check in as soon as possible. However, despite queuing for so long, when we got to our apartment, we were still happy because we finally got to rest after a long drive in the cold weather. The apartment was pretty, and the view was beautiful as well, especially at night when the clouds had cleared. The street lights along the roads, the cable cars running, and the lights from SkyWorld were all nice to look at. The apartment had all the amenities one needs, except for the washer and dryer. We wanted to use them, but we could not find any detergent or softener. Maybe we were supposed to bring or purchase our own. We didn’t get to use the hotel facilities. We wanted to go down to the indoor pool as I heard it was a heated pool, but we couldn’t fit swimming time into our plans. Maybe next time! We would definitely love to stay at Antara Genting again.

The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.

I am very satisfied with my stay here, especially because of the convenient location in Antara Genting Highlands. The access from the parking area to check-in and then to the room was very easy and convenient. There are also plenty of food options nearby, and finding halal food is not a problem at all. For coffee lovers, there are many choices too, including ZUS Coffee, Luckin Coffee, and others. The weather here is absolutely amazing and beautiful. The thick mist, cool temperature, and refreshing atmosphere made the stay even more enjoyable. As for the room, I was very satisfied overall. Everything was good and comfortable. The only issue was that the microwave could not be used. Overall, I had a great experience and really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely come back again, especially with my kids! ❤️

We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel despite it being new. From the moment we arrived, there was a strong drainage smell in the lobby, which was already off-putting. Check-in was extremely slow and disorganized. Even though we were the only guests checking in at the time, it took more than 30 minutes just to receive our room key. When we finally entered the room, we were surprised to find that it was not the room type we had booked. We had to call reservations ourselves to seek clarification, but no proper follow-up was given. When we returned to the reception, the staff seemed unaware of the issue. After further checking, we were informed that the room we had booked was no longer available. This was very disappointing, especially since we had already paid in advance. It is unacceptable that a confirmed booking was not honored, and even more concerning that staff were instructed not to disclose the real reason. Eventually, they offered us a different themed room, but by then we were already exhausted from waiting and dealing with the situation. We accepted it just to move on, but the experience completely ruined what was meant to be a birthday surprise for our daughter, for which we had specifically paid extra. To make matters worse, the bathroom had a strong drainage smell that was very difficult to tolerate. Although the room itself was clean, the odor made the stay uncomfortable, and we were simply waiting to check out. Facilities were generally okay, and the buffet breakfast had a good variety. However, the food was quite tasteless. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay,

While the prices were on the higher side, that is to be expected for a hotel of this standard. The view from the room was absolutely spectacular, overlooking lush greenery and giving the feeling of being surrounded by a forest. One thing to be mindful of is the monkeys. Avoid opening the windows, as they may enter the room, and try not to carry bags openly while walking along the corridors, as the monkeys are known to grab them. The breakfast was good, although we felt the selection could be improved with a wider variety of choices. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The beautiful surroundings, comfortable room and peaceful atmosphere made for a memorable experience. We would definitely consider returning in the future.

Although there was an event that continued until around midnight, it did not affect our stay at all. Once we closed the bedroom door, the room was well insulated and we could hardly hear any noise. The only minor issue was that the ceiling fan was a little noisy. We also ordered room service, and the food was delicious. While the prices were on the higher side, that is to be expected for a hotel of this standard. The view from the room was absolutely spectacular, overlooking lush greenery and giving the feeling of being surrounded by a forest. One thing to be mindful of is the monkeys. Avoid opening the windows, as they may enter the room, and try not to carry bags openly while walking along the corridors, as the monkeys are known to grab them. The breakfast was good, although we felt the selection could be improved with a wider variety of choices. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The beautiful surroundings, comfortable room and peaceful atmosphere made for a memorable experience. We would definitely consider returning in the future.

Stay was pretty good, most of it were clean. But little hiccups here and there. WiFi was very unstable by the second day onwards, always disconnecting itself even on the residence TV. On the second day, we found cluster of hairs in the kitchen basin which we didn't seen during checkin. Checking with management, they said there wasn't any cleaning team entering without permission. Thus it might or might not be from the water tank which was already 1/3 filled up when we checked into the unit as we had poured out the leftover water and refill it. We also found folded cardboard stuffed into the main door ledge which we had informed the management about as it is a safety concern. Toilets cleanliness can be improve. Overall although hiccups are there, we had a nice stay. Hope the above concerns can be improve.

The hotel is nicely located (high enough to enjoy the cool weather) and great walking distance (~15 minutes) to the main Genting Highlands area. The room is extremely nicely renovated and with comfortable bed. Throughout the hotel there are a lot of different theme playgrounds for the kids to enjoy. The pool is heated but can do better with more sitting place for those that don't intend to swim. The room jacuzzi was a nice tough but the heating doesn't seems to work so we didn't really get to use due to too cold. Other than this we don't have any complains!

The hygiene was acceptable. The location is quite good if you're driving. There's a Thai buffet right next door, and plenty of other restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The room came with two complimentary bottles of mineral water.

Colmar Tropicale is so beautiful! The view is amazing, feels like you are really in France. The buildings are colorful and perfect for photos. We also loved the food, many nice options and everything was delicious. Great place to relax, enjoy the cool air and nice scenery. A must visit in Bukit Tinggi! Will come again.
