Colmar Tropicale

Hotel gave us an upgrade to queen bed. Lovely hotel place. Just the western food abit pricey. Have 7eleven.

Highland climate in tropical forest, price competitive during off peak season, there is only short coming is the bathroom without ventilation causing the odor gases flow in the room.

Stayed here recently and overall had a pleasant experience thanks to the welcoming staff and convenient location. That said, the room itself could use some improvement:

The hotel is very old. So there is wear a tear. The room is big but showed aging sign. The place exterior is beautiful with lush grenergy.

We enjoyed the stay from check in to check out. from bed to breakfast. all was good. except for the mattress were quite stiff. overall we are happy with the trip. the breakfast was a bit less in taste, but i love the salad & fruit bar as well as the bread & pastries side. Maybe can enhance on the malay food area.

Confusing description when booking. Room type not matching the one booked (according description, no balcony, no mountain view) Room cleanliness bare acceptable and water is dirty, bathtub as well. Very bad experience because finding out all the second night as first night was tired upon arrival.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) Had a lovely stay at Colmar Tropicale. The French village atmosphere is charming and makes for a relaxing getaway, especially with the cool weather and beautiful scenery. It’s a great place for taking photos and enjoying a slow-paced break. The room was comfortable, and there were plenty of nearby attractions like the Japanese Village and Rabbit Park. Food options are a little limited and can be on the pricey side, but overall it was a pleasant experience and worth visiting for a short family escape.
