We visited with a total of five friends for a one-day trip. The cabin is cozy and feels like home, but the air conditioning doesn't work very well. During the summer season, it gets really hot at night, and four of us had to sleep in one small room. The large upper room is really nice, but it gets hot during the day. The location is great, as it's near the center of Big Bear Lake. On the positive side, the cleaning was good. Despite the heat, we had a lot of fun!

The hotel is very nice. It’s only a year old. The rooms are spacious and nicely laid out and the lobby area has lots of comfy seating, including a nice fire pit area outside. The first issue we had was the extra charge for parking $29 per night. Secondly, when we arrived at breakfast with 15 minutes to go all the sausage and bacon had gone, we asked if they could make some more and they said no.

Easy check in n parking. Walking distance to the Marina n shops. Room itself was large with own kitchen, utensils n appliances. Master bedroom with king bed n own bathroom. Bunk beds in the living room. No complaints whatsoever.

The room is newly renovated and clean, with complete facilities, good front desk service and high efficiency. Check-in and check-out will take the initiative to ask which kind of coffee we need to drink, which feels very intimate.

The location is great right by the water. The 2 bed condo is very large and very fun during the day although feels a little creepy at night, but maybe that's just because of the area we're in. It would have been cool to be able to go up to the attic since it overlooks the living room, but perhaps that's not accessible for safety reasons.
