This hotel really is one if not the best hotels in Blackpool. It's very clean comfortable beds great bathrooms with plenty of hot hot water to soak all the stress away.good tea/coffee making in the room.pillows are lovely. Lots of coaches come here so pretty busy.
Be aware even if your itinerary says parking that does not mean it’s been paid. It’s an additional £3
Also I didn’t get the lady’s name at reception who booked us in but she was pretty blunt and rude.

Overall, it was an amazing experience, aside from a few minor issues.
**Positive:**
1. The location was good, although it was a short walk from town. However, there is a tram service that runs every 10 minutes, and the cost was £12 per day for three people, which provided unlimited travel for the whole day.
2. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from.
3. The hotel environment was pleasant, featuring a nice reception and lobby area.
4. The room included a safe where you could store valuable items like your laptop and tablet for extra protection.
**Negatives:**
1. Our toilet bin was not emptied after cleaning, and they forgot to replace the extra tissue roll in the bathroom, which was inconvenient.
2. There were no slippers or facial tissues provided in the room.

The hotel is grand, but dated.
It’s in a lovely position on the promenade and Gynn Square tram stop directly opposite.
There is a Premier shop just around the corner for essential items.
The room wasn’t ready, despite me being quite a bit past check in time, but the staff quickly rectified in a friendly and efficient manner.
The room was adequate and clean. Great to have an iron and ironing board. Nice touch!
I didn’t eat there, but had plenty of bits to make a drink in room.
TV in room and felt quite at home with the distant sounds of the seagulls reminding me I was at the seaside.

Great location on seafront, easy parking £5 until midday next day. Good buffet breakfast with vegetarian options in a dining room with sea view. Rooms are noisy, very thin walls and you can hear every word of people walking past in the corridor so take earplugs. We were dissappointed in the car parking situation. It wasn't exactly made clear that you need to drive into where it was marked exit and press for them to lift the barrier. Then unfortunately there was no room so had to call into reception to find out where we could park it was a bit stressful and could have been avoided. The hotel itself is very secure as you need to press for access to the entrance. Once up to reception on the first floor we were welcomed and allocated a room. The room was very tired with marked and scratched walls and ceiling. The bathroom had all the ususl facilities but a great big crack was in the tiles on the floor about two and half feet long. The shower head was dirty and the bottom of the main door was peeling away. The bed was two single mattresses put together which were obviously well used and meant there was a bump in between which wasnt very comfy. The bar was expensive for drinks and the staff seemed to multitask serving and cleaning tables etc. Some of the same staff were at breakfast and it just felt a bit overall short staffed. The breakfast itself was adequate but basic. We did notify reception on checking out of our findings as we are not usually ones to complain but the issues do make a difference and some just general maintenance.From$101

Hotel just outside the train station, but still modern, clean, smells really good. Front desk staff was great, room with great size and comfortable. Nice bed, cozy, good amenities, including a Nespresso machine in the room. Breakfast was good and plenty. Great stay overall!From$76

房間真的很一般，除了客廳有海景，其他的各種設施都很落後，牆很容易掉灰，靠一下衣服就白了。而且房間每入住一人要到店額外交50磅衞生費，四個人一起住花了小四千，根本不值這個價，人均一千我都能住附近的五星酒店了，還能包一頓早飯，住這裏純純大冤種！我來這看那還不如我家小區放的煙花更是冤種裏的冤種！！！！From$302

Was there for 5 days with my partner and was our first time at Blackpool the staff and owner was really nice despite decorating and there lift not working you wouldn't have known by how professional they are 😊
