A nice hotel, friendly staff, especially at breakfast area., this waiter called Kung. He provided excellent service. The hotel was quiet, not many guests, hence the water feature in the pool wasn't turned on all the time. The beach was not good for swimming cos there were shells with spikes. Buffet breakfast on weekends and ala carte on weekdays, maybe cos not many guests. 2 person band at the pool bar at night but singing oldies and not great. There weren't many eateries within walking distance.

Bay Windows AM Sea Cha-am is a comfortable seaside accommodation with beautiful view rooms with large windows to clearly see the sea. The facilities are complete, including a swimming pool and a restaurant. The staff are friendly and attentive to every detail. It is suitable for a family vacation.

I just wanted to share a quick experience from my recent stay at Baba Beach Huahin. I had a small accident in the bathroom – I slipped while getting out of the bathtub. The edge of the tub was quite high and slippery, which made it hard to step out safely. I emailed the hotel to let them know about it, hoping they might look into making it safer for future guests. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any reply. It wasn’t a major injury, but it was definitely a scary moment. Just thought I’d share this in case it helps raise awareness or encourages the hotel to make a few improvements.

The room and the view were absolutely stunning, exactly as depicted in the photos. It's a small to medium-sized hotel. The staff's service was truly impressive; everyone was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always smiling. However, there were a couple of points to note. The alley leading to the hotel entrance was extremely dark at night, with no lighting. Outdoor parking is available. My only minor quibble was with the cleanliness in the room: the washbasin had noticeable stains, and when I turned on the jacuzzi, it felt quite dirty, with a lot of sediment coming out. Despite these issues, I generally enjoyed my stay. The stunning views really boosted my mood, and breakfast was decent.

10/10 for the helpful and efficient reception staffs and parking lot 10/10 for the location on the beach 7/10 for family room cleanliness ( spacious but the couch was very dusty and dirt got on our shirts) We didn’t know why all our shirts had grey dusts on the back and later we found out. Your maids have not been cleaning the corners of the room, dusting the chairs and couch and not cleaning near the base of the toilet so it left a smell. We cleaned it when we arrived. 10/10 for TV size and function

The staff across all departments were excellent, and the front desk service was great. Check-in was quick and efficient. Both the room and bathroom were spotless, and well-stocked with amenities such as body wash, shampoo, and lotion. We had booked three rooms, and the AC in one of them wasn't cooling properly. The staff promptly came to inspect it and immediately offered to switch our room, which we greatly appreciated. Breakfast was delicious, with a varied menu that changed daily, making it very convenient and enjoyable. Its location is excellent, being close to both the beach and a 7-Eleven. There are also many street food vendors selling delicious options right outside in the mornings and evenings, which was a huge plus.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean, and the beach felt very private. We traveled with our dogs, and they had plenty of space to run around. The thoughtful touches included provided dog beds and treats, and even a dedicated dog wash station for them after playing in the sea. It was excellent!

I booked the hotel based on reviews. Expectations and reality matched 100%. The room is good, shampoo, shower gel, rubber flip-flops, huge towels for the pool and shower. The bed linen is snow-white, the pillows are soft, the blanket is huge. The staff is very attentive, efficient. They showed me a parking lot for the car, took my bag with my things, and carried them to the room themselves. The pool, jacuzzi, sunbathing area are all just super. The breakfast is quite good, there is enough of everything, the staff clears the tables in a timely manner, replenishes what has already been taken. We went for one night, and ended up staying for another day. I highly recommend it.

We stayed for 4 nights. The first 3 nights were wonderful. The hotel felt very quiet and peaceful, with only about 5 people at most in the swimming pool. But on the last night, things changed as more guests arrived for the long Thai holiday weekend. In the morning of our checkout, we went down for breakfast and were shocked to find the main dining room completely full. A staff member directed us to another dining area on the left wing of the hotel, while our room was in the right wing so it was already quite a walk. Unfortunately, that dining room was also overcrowded. Tables that had just been vacated weren’t cleared yet, the buffet lines were extremely long and even fried eggs couldn’t come out fast enough. The whole atmosphere felt chaotic, with staff rushing around but not really keeping up. We ended up sitting and waiting for a while, but it didn’t help! More and more guests kept coming down and the lines only grew longer. It was disappointing that the hotel didn’t seem prepared to handle the crowds, especially since they would have known in advance about the long weekend.
