Great and massive hotel, with amazing amenities and relaxing vibe. Service is top notch! Location is a bit secluded, which has pros and cons, very quiet and safe, but can be a bit difficult to travel around for other sites, or getting food that is not in the hotel. Overall, we had a great time using their pools, especially the child pool with slides!

We had such a wonderful time spending the holiday with a family friend. The hotel grounds is huge and there's plenty of things to do. Room was lovely.. we had a great view of the pool and the beach. The aircon was very powerful, perfect for the summer heat. Huge breakfast selection, well organized. There are also different restaurants to choose from for lunch and dinner. There is one huge pool area + kids pool + garden pool. Their own private beach is very well kept and we had a beautiful time playing in the sand in the afternoon. Waves tend to become huge but it was quite relaxing to listen to. My favorite part was the activities they provide the guests. There is something to do everyday of the week, and most of them are free. We tried the sound meditation and tree hugging after breakfast which were both quite therapeutic. 5 stars from us!!

Dear Vala Hua Hin Management Team, On April 19, 2026, my family and I were planning a trip to Bangkok. Along the way, we were browsing various accommodations and stumbled upon Vala Hua Hin - Nu Chapter Hotels. The photos and reviews were so stunning that we immediately booked two rooms. However, shortly after booking, I realized I had made an oversight. I had accidentally reserved standard garden view rooms without breakfast, whereas my true intention was to book rooms with a 45-degree pool and sea view, with breakfast included. I immediately called the hotel to inquire about promotions and upgrade options, and I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Khun Prim at the Front Desk. She answered the phone with such a warm and lovely voice. She listened attentively to my situation and provided excellent, detailed advice. She clearly painted a picture of the available upgrade packages and seamlessly helped me process the additional payment to secure exactly what I wanted. Before hanging up, she kindly wished us a safe journey and mentioned she was looking forward to welcoming us. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The bellman gave us a warm welcome, and as my family sat in the lounge area waiting, the staff graciously served us refreshing drinks. Khun Prim immediately recognized us and thoughtfully came over to facilitate an in-seat check-in at our table to make things as convenient as possible. After thoroughly explaining the resort's details, Khun Prim personally escorted my family and me to our rooms, 316 and 317. Along the way, she continued to provide helpful information about our stay. Her outstanding situational awareness truly shined when she noticed we had a child with us and proactively recommended the Kids Club. The rooms themselves were absolutely beautiful. By the time we entered, the bellman had already delivered our luggage and arranged everything perfectly. Our stay was so flawless and relaxing that I genuinely did not want to leave the resort. When it was time to check out on April 20, 2026, we were greeted by Khun Prim once again, sporting the same radiant smile she had when we arrived. The entire team, from the front desk to the bellmen, made our departure just as warm as our arrival. I am incredibly impressed by the level of care and professionalism at your hotel, particularly from Khun Prim. The remarkably high standard of service we experienced throughout our entire stay truly reflects your prestigious status as a member of @smallluxuryhotels. I traveled with my daughter. The room we booked was unfortunately very old, worn, and unclean (couch, bed, window). It was in an older building. We then received an upgrade, and the room was much better, with a balcony and a view of the beautiful pool. The grounds are absolutely wonderful, and the breakfast buffet is plentiful and very reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's definitely worth booking a higher room category here. Thank you so much. We had a great time.

Saw lots of influencers raving about this place. The pool facilities are awesome. There was even an obstacle course for those who are seeking a different fun at the pool. The pool is suitable for toddlers and adults. Breakfast at white oven was good In room dining was relatively fast and efficient Overall a good resort Take note for most rooms, there are no elevators so you need to take the stairs, the bellboy are very helpful and they will help us with the luggages Just a quick note I’ll prefer to go for those independent restaurants outside of the resorts. The restaurant at huahin are really spacious and most comes with a view and it’s really relaxing for me. Highly recommend to search the area around to try. You can grab around easily.

We stayed in a family room, which was nice and spacious. It was a little stuffy, and the hotel is older, but overall it was okay, except for the bathroom. I hope they'll improve it. The sink and bathtub were stained and grimy; I wouldn't even let my kids sit in it. We only let them stand for showers. There was a slight drain smell, but it was bearable.

With only a few rooms, it means fewer guests, which was great for avoiding crowds during the Chinese New Year holiday. It's a shame I booked late and could only get a corner suite. The room itself was decent, but the bathroom felt a bit dated. However, the bathtub was spotless, and I enjoyed a soak while looking out at the sea. Breakfast was alright, not a huge variety, but the pork skewers were delicious. We ordered four dishes for dinner, and none of them were great; I'd recommend eating in town instead.

We booked the 2-bedroom suite for our family of 4 adults and 2 young children—it was very spacious and came with a large sitting area, which worked well for us. The resort’s setting stands out, with beautifully maintained gardens, a tranquil vibe, and direct beach access. Breakfast had a decent variety, and the staff were warm and helpful throughout. A few areas could be improved: some in-room fixtures are a bit dated, and soundproofing isn’t the best as we could hear people along the walkway. The bathroom flooring is also quite slippery—non-slip mats would be a useful addition for safety. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended.

Pros: Family room is squeaky clean and bed including extra bed are so comfortable. The room smells nice. Water pressure is good but temperature oscillates between warm and cold. Reception is very efficient  on check in and check out. They are well- trained! Location is the reason why we came here twice because it was right on the beach, surrounded  by various restaurants, street food and a convenient store. Location  is very convenient with parking.  Fair: Breakfast in quality, quantity and variety. Some(4)  ants from the wall came on the pillow and bit my neck and face.  Cons: Facility extremely limited; 2 elevators which are old and slow. The area where we waited for the elevators on the lower floors and lobby smelled like sewage water at times. Pools were small and water was not clear.

The rooms are not very well maintained, with some small stains on the sheets. The TVs are older models without smart tv capabilities so you can only use it to watch Thai TV channels. There is also no elevator from what I saw, so if you are an elderly you might have trouble going up and down the stairs if you have one of the rooms on the 3rd-4th floor. The beach by the hotel is at the moment full of trash and has a lot of people fishing there making it not so nice to swim.

Cheap accommodation, newly renovated, very beautiful paint, separate male and female bathrooms and showers, great view, common area, clean and soft bed, storage at the head of the bed, easy to fold work desk, cool air conditioner, only bad thing is I couldn't find the hair dryer, it was late at night so I didn't call the staff. If you have a car you have to enter behind Katreeya Condo on the forest side. Coming alone feels very safe because the condo belongs to the juristic person who screens people entering and exiting. The accommodation is on the top floor.

I booked 4 twin rooms but they all turned out to be single beds, even though I specified twin beds when booking. Cleanliness needs significant improvement. With a 3 PM check-in and 12 PM check-out, there's a 3-hour window for cleaning before the next guest arrives, so I would expect the room to be spotless. I found a used cotton bud in the drawer below the mirror and a used shower gel bottle left under the bathroom sink. In-room slippers were not provided; I had to request them, when they should really be a standard amenity available without asking. On the positive side, I loved the room's great view and the beachfront bar, which was a perfect spot to relax and chill out. The bar staff were incredibly entertaining. Overall, other aspects of my stay were quite good.

I traveled with my daughter. The room we booked was unfortunately very old, worn, and unclean (couch, bed, window). It was in an older building. We then received an upgrade, and the room was much better, with a balcony and a view of the beautiful pool. The grounds are absolutely wonderful, and the breakfast buffet is plentiful and very reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's definitely worth booking a higher room category here. Thank you so much. We had a great time.

The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist without needing to be asked twice. Location is perfect — right next to the beach, so you can walk there in minutes. The whole place was super clean, both inside and around the property. There’s also lots of parking space, which made things easy, and I loved the amount of greenery around. It felt fresh and calm. The swimming pool was a highlight, especially the slide — fun for both kids and adults. And the breakfast was wonderful. Good variety, and I was glad to see Indian dishes included, so there was something for everyone. Overall, a solid stay with good value. Definitely recommend if you want a clean, well-located hotel with a relaxed vibe.

We stayed in a family room, which was nice and spacious. It was a little stuffy, and the hotel is older, but overall it was okay, except for the bathroom. I hope they'll improve it. The sink and bathtub were stained and grimy; I wouldn't even let my kids sit in it. We only let them stand for showers. There was a slight drain smell, but it was bearable.
