This hotel was excellent in every respect: the rooms, views, breakfast, staff, spa, and beach. The view from the hotel was amazing, so I recommend having a relaxing breakfast from the terrace looking out at the beach in front, and then enjoying the sunset and drinks at the rooftop bar in the evening. The staff were very friendly and could speak English, so I don't think communication would be an issue. I'd definitely come back to Marbella and use this hotel again.

Very pleasant staff. Spacious, well-equipped, and clean room. The hotel is very nice and close to everything. The only downside: the soundproofing in the rooms is really poor. You have to hope you don't have any overly partying neighbors, or you risk being woken up.

junior suite was great! very good value for money considering i booked last minute stayed at the new wing just opened/ refurbished a week prior to my stay there was a executive lounge offering free snacks. the pool is a bit small but the sundeck was really nice

A beautiful, upscale hotel with 2 pools and an excellent breakfast. Be prepared for parking costs, as everything in the vicinity is paid.

This hotel was superb for a three star I couldn’t really fault it . The only downside is it’s at the top of a very steep hill. So if mobility issues might not be the one for you unless you can afford taxis. Overall a very good three star and would recommend.

Spacious, clean apartment with all the amenities. 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen. Paid parking, limited free street parking. Small pool for such a large complex. Breakfast was adequate and varied, but half-board was poor quality. Two fish dishes and two meat dishes, but lacking in flavor on all the days we stayed. Towels are charged €5, plus a €10 deposit until they are returned. For stays of less than 3 days, sheets and towels are not changed. A kitchen cleaning kit is provided; if left dirty, there is a penalty.

You only need to cross a road to get to the beach. I checked in on December 30th. Although I couldn't go to the sea, I could wear a long sleeve to cope with the weather (I thought it was very cold). The location was perfect. Although we were locked in the elevator, Ctrip's customer service was too friendly (I thought they would be perfunctory) and helped us deal with it in a timely manner despite difficulties in language communication with the hotel! Great location, heplful reception team, super clean room. communal bathroom always spotless. What a great find - highly recommend!

The room we set is not marked as -1 floor. It is obviously a basement with windows. The front desk is not good. It is said that there is no other room. We arrived in the middle of the night and arrived in the early morning. There is no way to live. The sewer smell is very serious. To be honest, how clean can the basement be? Hotel external environment is good
