For example, there's no valet parking, which is available at almost every hotel in Dubai. The hotel's decor is very traditional. I was on a business trip and booked a one-living room and two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and balcony, which was pretty good, but there was only one bathroom. The hotel is integrated with a shopping mall, which is the second largest shopping mall in Salalah. There is a good restaurant with Arabic and Indian food. There are more European and American tourists staying here, but the breakfast is more localized and average, but fortunately there is Indian milk tea to make up for it.

Overall one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Side note; I live in the UAE, where 5 stars hotel are really common. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, the beds super comfy and the washrooms are every woman's dream (lightning, mirrors and amouage amenities). Staff is super attentive, accommodating and naturally friendly. They actually love what they do and we as guests can feel it's authenticity - which makes everything dining experience really special. The food was beyond delicious and the variety in the buffet made it hard to choose and even harder to not overeat. Congratulations to the management and leadership of the hotel team - you truly do an amazing job. I will definitely be back!

A large, green, well-maintained area. At first, everything seems very far apart, but the well-designed layout of the buildings and their placement ensures quick access to everything. The only caveat for those not confident in the water is the waves. This doesn't apply to the hotel's services. It's clean, the linens are good, and you don't have to chase any staff. The food is delicious and fresh, and the wine is decent. I'll likely be back.

This is a perfect place to stay for 2-3 days. You can get everywhere by bus, and Google Maps shows all the routes and times. There are plenty of places to walk around, and you can even walk to the beach. However, if you're looking for a beach vacation, this isn't the spot; the beach is more for strolls. Let me tell you, if you want good service, go to Hilton. I've stayed with this chain many times in different countries, and their standards are truly excellent.

Stayed: 3 days during a first visit to discover beautiful Salalah. Overall impression: The hotel was overall less than expected compared to the pictures, which look nicer than the reality. Room: Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Service: Service was correct and professional, without being particularly notable. Breakfast: Breakfast was basic for a 4-star hotel. Instant coffee was served in the morning. When ordering coffee separately, Arabic coffee was served, which was not to my taste and was charged extra. Location: Hotel is centrally located, but taxis are still needed to move around. Overall: An acceptable stay for a first visit to Salalah, but expectations should be set accordingly.

Although we arrived late at night, the wonderful, smiling welcome soothed our travel fatigue. I was deeply moved by the true essence of Omani hospitality. The room was spacious, clean, and immaculate. I ordered a tuna sandwich from room service, which was reasonably priced and delicious. They also quickly addressed a problem with the safe. The service was kind and humble. I stayed for four nights, and each morning I enjoyed Arabic coffee and dates in the lobby, and the smiles of the front desk staff made me happy. It's a shame I didn't have time to try the spa. The rooftop pool, while not very large, was very nice. I highly recommend this hotel! I'd love to stay again!

Great hotel in a new tourist area, but very clean and perfect for relaxation (except the guests of the very large neighborhoods that stole early in the morning all the rests on the beach which must be absolutely improved, But we went soon:) pleasant breakfast without too many people with the kind Nerage and the excellent chef Moataz who prepared eggs in any way always excellent! We had a nice view of the sea, but some nights the music was feeling a little high, the cloaks are not very good and even the door of the room let the noise of the general conditioning plant enter, But he was not more than so irritating to us, a special mention of the always careful and smile Rasha and Murad for gentleness and excellent cleaning.

The location is perfect. Center. Convenient logistics, whether to the airport, to the mountains, or to other popular places. If you need public transport, there are stops on the 20th and 21st nearby, if you need a car, there are plenty of rental shops nearby, the central market is 100 meters away, the Sultan Qaboos Mosque is 300 meters away, the beach is 30 minutes at a leisurely pace. I arrived around 11 am, instead of 1:30 pm, and they checked in without any problems. At first they gave me a room without a safe, I asked for one with a safe, they gave me another room, the engineer patiently taught me how to use it. The room is really big, I was tired of walking from the bed to the bathroom. Everything works - refrigerator, air conditioning, hairdryer, there is a power outlet of our type, which is important, and next to the bed, and not in the bathroom, as is usually the case in Arab countries. The bed was comfortable, there was always hot water, the bathroom had a rain shower head and a fan, it made things dry much faster. Keep in mind that in order for the maid to clean the room, you need to leave a reminder on the door handle. Bottled water was provided upon request. The breakfasts are delicious, every day there is a new hot dish: liver, pasta, Indian-style lentils, in addition to what has always been sausages, country-style potatoes, etc... Ask the chef to cook fresh scrambled eggs - it's a little show. There were always watermelons, melons, apples, bananas, as well as vegetables - tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, carrot sticks - incredibly tasty. The pool on the roof is small, but I always swam in it alone, so it was enough for me. The main thing that few people can compare with this hotel is the view from the window! The view from the window is just like a million dollars. Panoramic glazing across the entire wall is a huge advantage, the photo confirms this. It seems that you are floating in the air and cars are passing right under you, it’s a blast! Overall, I was more than satisfied with my five-day stay and grateful to all the hotel staff. Yes, I would like to recommend to all travelers the good exchanger Mustafa Sultan, on the corner of 23rd July Street, opposite the Sultan Qaboos Mosque (attaching a photo). They have a good exchange rate and no fees. In other exchangers, they will either charge you a commission, for example, at the airport the commission is 2 rials, or they will write the exchange rate on the board, for example, 0.38 per dollar, and end up exchanging it for 0.33, as they did for me in the LULU Exchange exchanger. So I know what I recommend)

Very nice hotel in ideal location. It is on the Mwasalat airport bus route. You can easily see the building from outside and there is a mosque almost opposite two minutes walk. There is a restaurant next door selling reasonable price food and bakery items. For Asian food, English tea or burgers and chips there is a very nice coffee shop if you take two rights out of the hotel. Grocery shops are within walking distance as is the Sultan Qaboos mosque. In fact if you like walking like me then it's easy to visit the beach, hafa souq, fruit market, The hotel has a nice exterior, fresh coffee in the lobby and a nice frankincense fragrance. The receptionists are polite and friendly, as are the cleaning staff. The hotel is clean and there is a laundry service too. There is disabled access outside and a lift for ease of daily use for everyone. The room was clean with bathroom and free soap and tissue paper. There was a fridge in the room and tv. Most of the rooms have windows. Mine didn't but the manager offered to swap it. I stayed as it was good for sleep and it has a mini window for light. Anyway I cannot complain as the manager was so helpful. The bed was just right for me and the linen was fresh( I didn't take a photo as my photos was all taken last minute) It was nice and clean overall and the pace of Salalah is just right for me and plenty of walking opportunities. Many Arab people stay here too. It is one of the better hotels due to the bus route and the location. I am glad I found it on this app. The price was good too

Very friendly staff that gave us an upgrade without cost, and helped us with all our inquiries. We got help to rent a car, the food tasted good. There's a Tivoli right next door which had fun rides, market, and great tasting food. The location is perfect for Salalah, close to the airport and city. The resort has a couple of years on its neck and could benefit with renewed furniture. The room was cleaned meticulously each day with new towels etc, all in all a very good experience and would recommend it.

A great hotel for the price. It's not by the sea, but there's a minibus to the beach. There are two malls nearby, and the hotel has a nice park where locals come to relax. It's a great hangout spot with plenty of shops and restaurants to suit every budget. The rooms are large, clean, and well-maintained. The food is good and varied. I opted for half board. The beach has sun loungers and towels, and there's a villa where you can get a drink and wash up. The beach is gorgeous, with clean white sand and few people. The hotel has a pool on site, but the water is very cold. The staff is very friendly! There are very few Russians, and they were genuinely happy to see us!

I was very happy with staying at this hotel. I planned to stay one night, but I liked it so much in the hotel that I extended it for another day. Breakfast in Arabic style, very delicious - Arab cheese, olive oil, vegetables, eggs, coffee. There are many cafes and shops near the hotel. To the beach to drive a taxi about 15 minutes, walking about an hour.

Overall all the staff are very friendly and helpful, I don't have cash for a taxi, the lady staff lent me her 5 rials, of course I returned back the next day, when checkout I still have plenty of time before my flight, the lady staff told me that I can still use the swimming pool and gym while waiting my flight time on evening

Great hotel in a new tourist area, but very clean and perfect for relaxation (except the guests of the very large neighborhoods that stole early in the morning all the rests on the beach which must be absolutely improved, But we went soon:) pleasant breakfast without too many people with the kind Nerage and the excellent chef Moataz who prepared eggs in any way always excellent! We had a nice view of the sea, but some nights the music was feeling a little high, the cloaks are not very good and even the door of the room let the noise of the general conditioning plant enter, But he was not more than so irritating to us, a special mention of the always careful and smile Rasha and Murad for gentleness and excellent cleaning.

I was on a business trip and booked a one-living room and two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and balcony, which was pretty good, but there was only one bathroom. The hotel is integrated with a shopping mall, which is the second largest shopping mall in Salalah. There is a good restaurant with Arabic and Indian food. There are more European and American tourists staying here, but the breakfast is more localized and average, but fortunately there is Indian milk tea to make up for it.

A great hotel for the price. It's not by the sea, but there's a minibus to the beach. There are two malls nearby, and the hotel has a nice park where locals come to relax. It's a great hangout spot with plenty of shops and restaurants to suit every budget. The rooms are large, clean, and well-maintained. The food is good and varied. I opted for half board. The beach has sun loungers and towels, and there's a villa where you can get a drink and wash up. The beach is gorgeous, with clean white sand and few people. The hotel has a pool on site, but the water is very cold. The staff is very friendly! There are very few Russians, and they were genuinely happy to see us!

Although we arrived late at night, the wonderful, smiling welcome soothed our travel fatigue. I was deeply moved by the true essence of Omani hospitality. The room was spacious, clean, and immaculate. I ordered a tuna sandwich from room service, which was reasonably priced and delicious. They also quickly addressed a problem with the safe. The service was kind and humble. I stayed for four nights, and each morning I enjoyed Arabic coffee and dates in the lobby, and the smiles of the front desk staff made me happy. It's a shame I didn't have time to try the spa. The rooftop pool, while not very large, was very nice. I highly recommend this hotel! I'd love to stay again!

It was a great stay. The room was very large with a beautiful view of the sea. Excellent daily cleaning. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect. Center. Convenient logistics, whether to the airport, to the mountains, or to other popular places. If you need public transport, there are stops on the 20th and 21st nearby, if you need a car, there are plenty of rental shops nearby, the central market is 100 meters away, the Sultan Qaboos Mosque is 300 meters away, the beach is 30 minutes at a leisurely pace. I arrived around 11 am, instead of 1:30 pm, and they checked in without any problems. At first they gave me a room without a safe, I asked for one with a safe, they gave me another room, the engineer patiently taught me how to use it. The room is really big, I was tired of walking from the bed to the bathroom. Everything works - refrigerator, air conditioning, hairdryer, there is a power outlet of our type, which is important, and next to the bed, and not in the bathroom, as is usually the case in Arab countries. The bed was comfortable, there was always hot water, the bathroom had a rain shower head and a fan, it made things dry much faster. Keep in mind that in order for the maid to clean the room, you need to leave a reminder on the door handle. Bottled water was provided upon request. The breakfasts are delicious, every day there is a new hot dish: liver, pasta, Indian-style lentils, in addition to what has always been sausages, country-style potatoes, etc... Ask the chef to cook fresh scrambled eggs - it's a little show. There were always watermelons, melons, apples, bananas, as well as vegetables - tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, carrot sticks - incredibly tasty. The pool on the roof is small, but I always swam in it alone, so it was enough for me. The main thing that few people can compare with this hotel is the view from the window! The view from the window is just like a million dollars. Panoramic glazing across the entire wall is a huge advantage, the photo confirms this. It seems that you are floating in the air and cars are passing right under you, it’s a blast! Overall, I was more than satisfied with my five-day stay and grateful to all the hotel staff. Yes, I would like to recommend to all travelers the good exchanger Mustafa Sultan, on the corner of 23rd July Street, opposite the Sultan Qaboos Mosque (attaching a photo). They have a good exchange rate and no fees. In other exchangers, they will either charge you a commission, for example, at the airport the commission is 2 rials, or they will write the exchange rate on the board, for example, 0.38 per dollar, and end up exchanging it for 0.33, as they did for me in the LULU Exchange exchanger. So I know what I recommend)
