Well, even after reading several very negative reviews about the hotel, I decided to take a chance. My first impression was that the environment was in line with the price I had paid. My room was clean and smelled nice. In fact, the hotel has some things that could be better, such as the cleaning could be more efficient, and the minibar door was very rusty (but the inside was very clean). The bathroom showed signs of a ”rushed” cleaning, but it was apparently clean. Other than that, the room in general was very cozy and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast was simple, but tasty and enough for a morning meal. The receptionists were polite and attentive. I would definitely come back again.

When I called to confirm my reservation I told you that it was PCD and that I had a problem in my leg, and at no time I was informed that to access the hotel has a huge stairway and that only from there I would have the lift, the rest was a great stay we were very well received, the room was clean and smelling, breakfast was very varied and delicious, the location is great the hotel is well in the centre.

Overall the hotel as a whole is quite pleasant, however the bathroom, inside the shower, is a little tight for showering. The minibar also leaves something to be desired in terms of aesthetics as it was quite rusty in visible areas, making it look somewhat ugly. The nighttime valets used to squeal the tires of my car when going up from the basement to the floor where we received the car. Some might say: OK, but to go up you have to step on it a little more because the car needs to move... And I would be forced to agree with such rhetoric if it weren't for the valet this morning, 12/22, the exact day of my checkout and I had the privilege of meeting this valet whose name, unfortunately, I didn't take the initiative to ask. I appreciate the attention and services provided to everyone involved during my stay!

We had a nice one week stay at the Radisson. The Batel neighborhood is a great place to stay, and there is a huge mall in walking distance. We encountered a few small hospitality issues, but the reception staff was always very quick to respond and address problems as they arose. All of the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The room service was just okay, but the breakfast was good. They rotated the items available at breakfast, so throughout the week we didn’t have to eat the same thing everyday. The hotel was very busy due to a convention happening while we were staying there, but the room was quiet aside from occasional noise from the hallway. The room was also reasonably big with a comfortable king-sized bed and a view of the Japanese Garden. The garden is really just a tiny park, but we enjoyed walking there in the morning. We recommend this hotel if you are headed to Curitiba.

When in Brazil, you must try the steak – the texture is excellent and the price is very affordable. A whole steak costs less than 300 RMB, and a half portion for 200 RMB is also quite substantial. In China, beef of this quality would easily cost 800 RMB per serving.

Porém tenho uma reclamação: tem um exaustor (saída de ar) no banheiro que faz barulho simultaneamente a quando acende a luz, o que torna a permanência no banheiro bem desagradável, sendo impossível deixar a luz desligada devido ao banheiro ser escuro, inclusive se ouve durante o banho. É um banheiro com barulho. Se tiver mais uma pessoa no quarto então, será incomodada ouvindo o exaustor enquanto a outra pessoa está no banheiro.

The location was the best selling-point. This hotel is in almost the exact center of the city. You can walk to the mall or 24 Hours Street easily from here, and everywhere else is a short drive away. The service was good; we had no complaints about the housekeeping. The room was always cleaned fast and well. Breakfast was also generous and delicious. We really enjoyed the pastries. The general state of repairs in the room seemed fine, but the floors could use a resurfacing because they are showing some wear. This hotel is easy to recommend if you are headed to Curitiba. We had a good experience, and we will likely stay here again if we are again through the area.

Absolutely perfect, beyond my expectations, and incredibly cost-effective. The hotel is located in the city center, opposite a school, surrounded by shopping malls, and the streets are very clean, making travel safe and convenient. The room wasn't large and was simple, but it was exceptionally clean and quiet, and the bed was incredibly comfortable; I slept exceptionally well these past two days. These features alone surpass many other hotels. A godsend for business travelers. I will definitely book here again next time.

The staff were welcoming and attentive Receptionist Nicole made my stay at Rochester Hotel a memorable experience. Her dedication to providing outstanding service is a testament to her hard work and passion for her role. EErikaBoa localização ,entre Curitiba e São José dos Pinhais ,o acesso de carro que achei um pouco complicado O quarto que reservei foi o de família com uma cama de casal e 2 de solteiro ,por ser em Curitiba não precisamos muito do ar condicionado ,mas qdo ligamos não estava funcionando direito ,a tomada do banheiro para usar o secador de cabelos também estava estragada impedindo de usar o secador . A limpeza é boa ,os atendentes também sempre muito atenciosos .
