Well, even after reading several very negative reviews about the hotel, I decided to take a chance. My first impression was that the environment was in line with the price I had paid. My room was clean and smelled nice. In fact, the hotel has some things that could be better, such as the cleaning could be more efficient, and the minibar door was very rusty (but the inside was very clean). The bathroom showed signs of a ”rushed” cleaning, but it was apparently clean. Other than that, the room in general was very cozy and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast was simple, but tasty and enough for a morning meal. The receptionists were polite and attentive. I would definitely come back again.

I loved! It really smells like a hotel, but the bed is made of springs and is really bad for sleeping, they gave me another blanket when I asked and I found a market very close by I highly recommend it but the bed is bad if you're going to stay longer to rest... but if you're going to go for a walk here, great place, my room came with a bathtub, I loved it, the cleaning lady was very sweet to me, Mc Donalds literally below .

O ar condicionado não funciona, na reserva fala que tem estacionamento mas não explica que é pago a parte, o banheiro inunda inteiro, escorre água or tudo do lado de fora do box. Overall the hotel as a whole is quite pleasant, however the bathroom, inside the shower, is a little tight for showering. The minibar also leaves something to be desired in terms of aesthetics as it was quite rusty in visible areas, making it look somewhat ugly. The nighttime valets used to squeal the tires of my car when going up from the basement to the floor where we received the car. Some might say: OK, but to go up you have to step on it a little more because the car needs to move... And I would be forced to agree with such rhetoric if it weren't for the valet this morning, 12/22, the exact day of my checkout and I had the privilege of meeting this valet whose name, unfortunately, I didn't take the initiative to ask. I appreciate the attention and services provided to everyone involved during my stay!

He ido dos veces, el check in es rápido, la ubicación es buena, relación precio-calidad favorable, el desayuno muy bueno (muhcas opciones y variedad de frutas), pero el problema es que el WIFI es muy malo. Me quedé en piso 3 y es pésimo el WIFI (no permite ni hablar por whatsApp), llamé a recepción y la atención de recepción fue pésima, totalmente nefasta. No dieron solución alguna y es más, quedaron en informarme una solución y nunca más me llamaron, luego yo llamé y no me contestaban, en fin. Pésima resolución de problemas, realmente una falta de respeto y peor aún, cuando informé por la red social de Slim lo ocurrido, tampoco tuve respuesta alguna. En el fondo si te toca cualquier inconveniente allá nadie te va a responder. EN GENERAL BIEN, HASTA QUE NECESITAS AYUDA.

A great stay in a lovely city. The Bourbon is a very nice place to stay in downtown Curitiba. Well-located and clean, there is little to complain about. The room was big enough, and the city views were welcoming. We stayed in a queen room which was small, but it was comfortable and the view over the public library was nice. The location was the best selling-point. This hotel is in almost the exact center of the city. You can walk to the mall or 24 Hours Street easily from here, and everywhere else is a short drive away. The service was good; we had no complaints about the housekeeping. The room was always cleaned fast and well. Breakfast was also generous and delicious. We really enjoyed the pastries. The general state of repairs in the room seemed fine, but the floors could use a resurfacing because they are showing some wear. This hotel is easy to recommend if you are headed to Curitiba. We had a good experience, and we will likely stay here again if we are again through the area.

very beautiful hotel and classic decoration style! There's nothing bad to say! The staff were helpful and served us very well, especially Cleverson at reception, his excellent service, he helped us with everything! Satisfactory breakfast. The only thing that was bad was that we got a room with no view, otherwise everything was perfect.

Air conditioning smells. Bathroom does not have a hairdryer, comfortable bed. Service at reception: great. If you are looking for something just to sleep, something basic and you do not have a car. It is worth it. Because parking is a hassle.

Pedimos cama de casal e veio duas de solteiro, estavam com base quebrada e molas soltas. A Internet não funcionou bem. Tivemos atraso no check-in, pois havia falta de funcionários. No banheiro, a descarga estava vazando e o ralo de dentro do box não descia bem. Pontos positivos foi: amplo espaço, a limpeza, ar condicionado quente/frio, chuveiro e torneiras aquecidas.
