It was not the first time I visited Tunisia, I stopped twice at El Mouradi Djerba Menzel. My review will be very long, please be patient and popcon, I will start with the reception. Administrators are very friendly, they speak French, Arabic, English, Russian and German, they are very friendly, always smiling and asking if everything is okay with you.the room was clean and very comfortablerestaurant. There is a lot of food, no one will remain hungry, the waiters are attentive and friendly, they perform their work efficiently. animation. these are wonderful guys and girls they will not let you get bored. The hotel has children's animation, from early morning to evening, there is also animation for adults, this is dancing, karaoke, competitions and games, during the day it is tennis, soccer, volleyball, darts, archery. after 23.00 disco. there is an outdoor disco sunrise bar, there is also a separate building. cool music from around the world. the hotel has five swimming pools with both fresh and salt water, on the beach you can rent a scooter, catamarans and much more, the beaches are clean and equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas bar. The bar has a large selection of drinks for every taste, for a fee there are very tasty cocktails, I advise the "Blue Lagoon" security is open 24 hours, you can not worry about your safety.I express my gratitude to all the hotel staff. will I come back again think yes)

It is such a wonderful hotel!!! We enjoyed staying here for 14 days! Wanna say so many beautiful words to everyone: animation team - brilliant!! Every day something new and something interesting! Special thanks for mini disco and for karaoke show!! If you don't want to go to the sea - you will never be bored with this guys! Chipo, Mamadou, Bonbon - you are awesome!!! Food is variable! Everything you want you'll get and it's delicious! Restaurant workers are always polite and nice! The same as in the both bars! Swimming pools (they have two, and it's suitable for kids too) are always clean and, what is important, safe! Lifeguard Walid (Boban) is always watching, smiling, talking to a people and helps with sunbed if you need! Twice i saw him saving a baby, so i was totally calm for my child! But strange thing is that management fired one of the best dancing animators while we stayed here, so we were disappointed about that... In general, i love this place and i will be happy to come back!

The overall is great, the service is good, the bed of the sea view room directly faces the sea. All inclusive, many types of food, although not too tasty. There are many flies, and Tunisia is common. Volleyball is not borrowed. It can only be played in groups, saying that there is only one hotel.

The Key Word - ANIMATION! That’s why you should chose this hotel (that’s why i gave 4+ stars). From the morning till the midnight you will have the great time. All the guys and girls are very joyful and friendly. Everybody smiles and share the fun :) We send very huge wishes to Pipito, Bibo, Sam, Jo Jo (Joe), Chocola, Ahmed, 'Uli-uli’ (very sorry, i forgot your name), Arina, Juli, Lily and all the others (i am so sorry, i didn’t catch your names). THANKS to you ALL my family and i had a great time!!! So much fun and jokes - this was much more better even than in Turkey (where the hotels are at a higher level). Also i liked the small kids animation guy, who worked in the Mini Club (we have no small children, but it i saw how nice and funny he is with the kids). There lot of activities which you can choose, also there are some dances before the dinner in the reception, after the that there is night show (we enjoy it) and then you can go to disco. Best wishes to DJ ;) Now about the hotel. Medium size with a nice territory (lots of flora with palms). But it is not as clean as it should be. The rooms where not clean basically (the walls, cabinet doors looks to be cleaned long time ago, the curtains where dirty), every day cleaner cleaned the room just passingly (independently on tips) and offhandedly (the soft drinks and toilet paper every time was left in the room on the mirror table). Our kid was ill for a few days and slept in the room during daytime, but the cleaner ignored red “Do not disturb” card - he was knocking on the door when he wanted to clean the room. The beach is not very clean - there is lot of sea grass and quite a lot rubbish, which doesn’t disturb the staff. The windows of the restaurants and some other areas wasn’t cleaned. There are 3 pool areas - the pool for small children with the slides and the playground, the pool without animation (next to family rooms) and the main pool with animation and pool bar (we liked the area around it). All the areas around the pools were clean and nice. The main restaurant is a little bit gloomy, there is breakfast (not impressive, small assortment), lunch and dinner. The assortment is not very wide and comparing to Turkey or Egypt hotels i can say it's just poor… But my husband and i have found some tasty dishes to eat. There are some choice of pasta, fish, the meat and vegetables mainly with the sauces. So it was the problem for our children (there wasn’t normal choice of grilled or simply baked meat, just sometimes turkey or chicken). The fruit assortment very poor - oranges, grapefruits (those were very tasty, but it was served not every time), apples and dates. The desserts surpassed our expectations (it was much more better then in Egypt, Turkey or Tenerife to compare) - it was more french confectionery and we loved it very much. Also we liked fresh fried donuts :) The restaurant next to the pool is quite nice (but there is no dinner and for the breakfast you can eat just buns). In the

Plus: First I have to say that my 7 days vocation went quiet well here in Vincci Djerba hotel. My stay was 10-17 of May. Sunny days but since island there can be everyday quiet windy! The same does the sea waves so it s good to have hotel where is swimming pools. I had All Inclusive. It s good to have because around hotel is basically no place to eat propely. Plus you can consume alcohol in hotel for free. Security is allways on guard. Every other hotel also. Be aware of paying tourist fee in hotel for staying days. Money you can change next reception. Taxis are cheap. Reccomend also close to hotel Souvenir/Market shop - plenty of choises for everything. About food. I was satisfied for this standard. There is tasty food with plenty of choises. Made pictures below. They try to make everyday something different and specially for lunch and evening dinners. Need more alchohol? Go to only 4 km from hotel place "Al Jazira Supermarché" -only shop in Island of Djerba. Negative: Floors where is carpets are sandy and dirty. Never seen vacuming somebody them. I think there is no point for Photography person anymore. Everyone has phones and cameras so you can take a picture yourself. Everyday people from staff annoying you about sport activities/bingo. Not neccesary. If people want they can come theyself to play. Can be also very overcrowded with Buffe times! Second floor doors are smashing hard. So it allways noisy if someone closes them. My door card didn t work 3 times. So need to keep this magnet away from everything. Don t forget tips if they do good job. Wish they could clean room more better and fix small things. Tap water has strange taste but not dangeros to drink. WiFi is really bad! Working ONLY in reception and can be very slow because so many people wants to use it. So go to closest "supermarket" and ask for Ooredoo for exaple mine was 26 gb and for 9 Eur only-working flawless. You are connected all Tunisia. Keep your workers Vincci!

This is a completely unbiased review and a tad different to the very similar looking ones below. Right first things first: Check-in was slow despite arriving at 3.30pm, room should have been ready with a 3rd bed made plus they found 2 bookings under our name which was confusing for reception staff (sentido and Expedia), they also asked if we had booked 2 rooms (I said if it's included in the price why not! ).. At the end, from arrival to going to our room it took 1hr. We were also given non alcoholic cocktails whilst waiting in lounging sofas. Room (3017 ground floor): dated, tired and smelled musty, ok you stay in your room for showering and sleeping. Bed extremely hard, I asked housekeeping to put a soft mattress on top only to have a second hard mattress put on top so useless. Fridge is only good for putting bottles of water in (not allowed to take food from the restaurant to the room), ours had the bottom of its door peeling off and the right ornate door missing entirely, TV's only English channel is BBC Word News if you want to know. The air con was almost nil with a cold-ish air only staying under the ceiling and whilst in bed you just don't feel it so the room is very hot at all times despite coldest setting on. If you open your balcony door, air con automatically stops, balcony has a little clothes airer (enough for 3 tee shirts), also a table and chairs. Besides that, bedroom is cleaned everyday. Soap, shower gel and shower cap given. Good strong wifi in the room. When we reported the air con issue to reception, we were moved to the first floor (room 2128) which had a secondary bedroom with a door and shutters, a lovely pool view and a full on air con! Same setting with clothes airer, table and chairs. Then 3 days before we left, reception turned the air con in the room right down, no matter how maximum setting you put it to the full, it doesn't make a difference. It's set by reception to control ALL the rooms in the hotel, in all the hotels all over the world we stayed in I've never heard of such a thing.. So temperature outside of 30 degrees during the day, the bedroom will be hot at night.. Please note it's Ok to brush your teeth and rinse with tap water. Personally we didn't get sick or dicky tummy because of it. Food at the Katsil (buffet restaurant) is absolutely fantastic! Huge choice at breakfast with omelette station, freshly baked pastries including brioche, croissants.. bacon, local sausages, spicy meatballs, all sorts of biscuits, cereals, dried fruits, freshly cut fruits, freshly squeezed orange juice, all kind of breads and a good working toaster, freshly ground coffee (after we ate on the terrace we found out about having proper coffee otherwise in there's a nescafe coffee machine in the restaurant and is absolutely horrendous but it seems to be used by nearly everyone). Lunch and dinner, local grilled fish every day (seabass, swordfish and tuna to name but a few). Always on: Couscous, 2 soups, freshly made pizzas

Robinson Club has the virtue of doing all the things it claims. A happy staff makes a happy hotel and the staff here are happy. The place is efficient, clean, good rooms, good beach, horse riding on beach, wide variety in food and free beer + wine. Food is free and all day, either restaurant or second restaurant bar on beach. It is a big compound with apartment complexes in clusters, beach on one side, pool, tennis courts, good gym and workout place out front. Excellent for families. Most of the tourists are German/Austrian/Swiss, the staff speak German, English and, being Tunisia, French. Problems: Two problems to watch out for. First, there are rocks close to shore. These rocks are ancient and probably left by the Romans and environmentally protected and cannot be moved. So to save your feet you have two options. 1)Bring rubber shoes or.....2) follow the path. There is a clever hidden path leading from the shore through the rocks to the sand which starts about 40m from the shore and is waist deep. The path through the rocks starts where a large flag pole is placed on the beach. The best way to finding this path is to follow everybody else, because after a day or two everyone figures out where the path is. Problem 2) f you get a ground floor room be aware that the whole world can look in on you as they walk past. Also, rooms near the restaurant/pool area mean lots of noise from late night disco. If noise is not your thing, ask for a room on one of the compounds further from the restaurant which are nice and quiet. A final tip - Explore!!! You are in Tunisia, so see Tunisia, not just its beach. Djerba Island is awash with history and the people are friendly and welcoming. Don't sit on the beach all day every day. The hotel reception can order quick cheap taxis so you can explore nearby towns, taste the architecture, culture, history and excellent coffee.

We stopped here for the first week in November for my 60 th birthday. We had a pool view room which totally suited our needs. Only downside was that the bath surface was slippery and difficult to get out of if you have slight disability. Our first day co-incided with the end of the school holidays and was spoilt by children running around and constantly playing with the lifts. After this everything was fine. Had a problem with being ignored by one waiter in the bar but a word with Reception soon sorted this. Overall service was excellent and the Dining Room staff went out of their way to facilitate our needs. They even provided me with a cake on my Birthday which addded to our holiday's enjoyment. I have dietary problems and found the food varied and tasty and perfectly fine despite having read previous reviews on this site. Our cleaner was excellent and made up our room daily. Reception dealt with any queries we had. Indeed my husband who has travelled extensively around the world wondered if we were stopping at the same hotel as some of your reviewers. Two tips that I might give is that a knowledge of French (their second language) would help help and beware the people near the hotel that claim to be hotel staff to lur you to their shop.

According to Tunisia’s location, architecture, and friendliness, the room is one of the best hotels I have ever visited. The room is large and clean (I pay tribute to Faïza, the maid like a bee, and look at the cleanliness of the room And I thank her for the maintenance of the technicians, because they repaired the heating, they are very smiling and friendly, in addition to the Moorish cafe (I invited her as many as her colleagues), a group of young people also appeared in the animation. In the restaurant, the staff is the most helpful, and the dishes are varied, especially the "Lemlaoui" dishes made by ladies. On the other hand, the windows of the rooms are very windy due to the lack of seams.

Whoever gave the services at this hotel or the kindness of the staff less than 6 stars, (yes you read correctly 6 stars not 5), cannot be helped, honestly! The staff was so kind, helpful, sweet and generous to me. This was unexpected, especially when one has read the low star reviews for services or friendliness on Trip Advisor. Starting from the receptionist Ms Awaear (spelling might be wrong, she had the morning shifts, who organised for me the pick-up at the airport, because Loveholiday- the platform service provider screwed this up), the ever so lovely and friendly cleaning lady, Ms Mona, the chefs, waiters or the bar staff, (Naim Aouidid or Abdul Karim), who went out of their way to fulfill my so many wishes e.g. to get my oats, coffee or fresh squeezed orange juice (yes you heard correctly fresh squeezed orange juice, which hotel does this these days? ) to the General, Manager Mr Ridha Habazi. He really has done a wonderful job in hiring and build the right team around him. I salute you, Mr Habazi! For some strange reasons, I always get a mediocre room when I check into a hotel. This time around I did not have to bother to asked for a room change, because they have given me a wonderful, very spacious room with a beautiful see-view. It was Room 1215. Btw. this was my first time in Tunisia and all the people I have met were so lovely. I definitely will be back soon. Best wishes to all the beautiful hotel staff and happy new year, Rudi

The only dislike would be that the rooms have an old feeling but I guess its supposed to be a rustic Tunisian style. Greetings from Libya ❤️❤️❤️

This review is for a 10 days stay in September of 2019. I have to say that the 1st impression was not very good, after arriving in the room, there was sand/dirt on the floor (and mold in the back wall), and the shower had pieces (i really mean pieces) of someones hair. It looked like it was not cleaned at all. The phone was dead (and it stayed dead until we leave) and the tub was dripping, and the door blocked every time we opened it (but it was fixed on that night). After all that, in the days after the things got better, room was better cleaned. I have to say that the safe is not for use (unless you pay for it - even in 2 stars that dont happen). Speaking about the good things: the location is a must... very good, with beach, medina, markets and everything you need nearby. A lot of place to park the car. The food at the reataurant is very good, with a lot of variaty, for all tastes, and they change everyday (only the desert was a bit disapointing - lots of the same). I went with half pension, so i had to buy the drinks (but thats ok), whats not ok is everytime you order a drink you have to pay right away. it unconfortable paying everytime you want a need drink (they shoud have a system where it shoud be registered in the room number, and them we could pay for everything at the end of the dinner)- or somethings else. Also the foos should have tags (because sometimes its difficult to identify that is the meat). With all that, I really have to say that the waitress were very amabile, and i have to specially thanks to "Saleh", because he helped us everyday, very enjoyable, prestative a being a really good employee. People like him really made or stay more enjoyable. The breakfast is superb :) i will miss those crepes :) The last thing i have to say is about the beach, is beatutifull...... but.... very dirty (as you can see on the photos). There was a lot of algae, but no one cleaned. Other client made a complaint, they came to the beach (all said "yes, yes yes") but from day 1 to day 9 the beach was the same (the path we marked to pass, stood there all the time, soo not new algae... old one not cleaned). The beaches from other hotels were better, so that made us not relaxing at our own beach and search for others. On the other side, the pool is delicious........ really! Good environment, good music, and.... clean water. In the end... if I would go back, would I stay there again? YES, without thinking twice :) so i recommend :)

We arrived at the end of January 2020 for a two week holiday. 3 rooms for 5 friends that all met in Morocco 6 years ago. The original holiday was booked with thomas cook and we rebooked with another company . I emailed the hotel a couple of times before leaving and asked for 3 rooms close togeather and if possible a sunny position , they replied and said that they would try to achieve this . The rooms were close togeather but only one was in a position that had sun on the balcony , I understand that requests cannot always be done but as the hotel was running at a very low capacity probably less than 25% during the week and around 50% at weekends I do not know why they couldn’t have achieved this. Rooms are clean and plenty of room and serviced every day. At the weekends the hotel was busy with locals and Algerians no problem for us but the state of the dining room was unacceptable, no hand gel or sanitizer at the entrance of the restaurant which especially now with the Coronavirus it’s a must. They would go straight to the dessert table and strip it within seconds of entering the restaurant and fill their tables with as much food as they could . Utensils not being used to serve food . I also witnessed an Algerian smoking yes smoking at the table in the restaurant this is completely unacceptable. When they left the tables the table cloths would be completely covered in food waste and a majority of them would also take food out of the restaurant dispite a sign asking customers not to. The food was very similar day to day but I was so confused why there was boiled cabbage and boiled carrots for breakfast! Nobody even the locals didn’t Eat it. Our waiter whom we had most nights was very attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. Now I noticed a scam in the restaurant involving alcoholic drinks and certain waiters ,either waiters are drinking it or they are selling it to non all inclusive customers ,clever if you can get away with it but if I noticed within a few days the head waiter restaurant manger must be in on it or they are blind , I even told one waiter that I noticed what was going on and he blushed when I said I had noticed . The hotel is having to take in locals to try and get some money coming in since thomas cook pulled out which I totally understand but they still need to adapt to cater for everyone. One afternoon we noticed every body was very attentive and working hard even the sun beds lined up it didn’t take long to realise that some v.i.p.s were present ! The entertainment stall Sam Djoe and a young lady were very good trying to get people involved with activities but were not over pushy ,considering there were various nationalities they did very well , mind you they had a boss who be seen now and again but what he actually did I have no idea . I did make a complaint to the the restaurant and I did ask to speak to the hotel manager but conveniently never available, I did manage to speak to the reception

I could not wait to check out of this place. I know that tourism is seriously suffering in the region so hotels are empty BUT; this was more like the overlook hotel from the shining. Long empty corridors with dim or no lighting. the whole place seemed dirty and many areas were just closed, lights off even though you could walk there. The photos shown on website and the ones here that are their professional photos are a great example of photoshopping and filters. Had to check out of my first room. It looked completely different then the one I booked and even though I showed them pictures of the differences the front desk manager said 'its basically the same" I booked a room with a tile floor, they gave me a room with full carpeting that was worn and stinky . at one point the electricity went off in the room and they had to come service the electrical panel. half the spa and hammam was shut down. breakfast was just okay. the dinner menu was so bad, I drove to town for my meals. beds were probably 15 years old judging by how soft and depressed they were a fruit basket was in my room upon arrival. it was partially rotting and had bugs!

When my husband and I first came here back in 2015 we loved it. Couldn't fault it. Fast forward 4 years and the hotel has went down hill. Our room view was facing parts of the hotel that had looked abandoned for years or burnt out (see pics) There was graffiti on the walls (see pics) in the halls carved in the wood. Now I know that can be tricky to remove but it just made the hotel look tacky. the carpets in the hallways were worn and smelly. The hotel just seemed to be lacking tlc. We were told on arrival they would bring us a cot for our daughter (11 months) which they left sitting in the hallway outside our room with no mattress in it. My husband had to ask reception for one which I thought was pretty poor on their part. The cot its self looked old and worn out. Don't get me wrong parts of the hotel are well maintained like the reception and the pool area (see pics) but for it being a 4 star we thought it just wasn't as good as what it used to be. The air con system in our room was loud and made screeching noises when we put it onto maximum. The balcony furniture was a mess and shabby had paint stains on them from the walls. The service however was fantastic. The maids came every day and made our beds looks lovely and the kitchen staff were amazing for us. One guy in particular (I've forgotten his name) would Always keep us a table and even decorated it with flowers and petals(see pics) Was really lovely and he was taken to our wee girl. Mini disco for kids was poor. We only took part 1 night. The female entertainer looked as though she was ready to fall asleep trying to dance along with the kids. I know they work long hours but there was lack of effort to bond with kids we found most parents were up dancing with their kids to keep them happy. The animation staff where great. They held daily pool games and interacted with all the guests. I also Had a 50 minute massage session in the hotel spa but the receptionist in the spa was moody, seemed fed up. Had a face like thunder and looked as though she would rather be elsewhere. The massage itself though was fab. Despite the dreary purchase I would recommend the spa. Overall I would recommend to stay as it is ok if your not fussy But me personally i won't return. I just didn't get the same feelings and enjoyment as I did the first time. I think it's just maybe noticing how it's less maintained in places and parts of the hotel looking poor.

We stayed at the Medina Solaria and Thalasso in Hammamet from March 6th to the 13th 2020 on 7 nights all-inclusive offer from Love Holidays. On arrival to the hotel, we were greeted warmly by Ines at the reception. Throughout our entire stay she provided insightful advice with warm and friendly customer service. We checked in to a lovely spacious clean well-maintained room with an ocean view. We like to express our deepest gratitude for the cleaning staff at the hotel for maintaining a very clean hotel. Each day we had a great selection of Mediterranean cuisine from the buffet. The hotel food is top notch and the service at the restaurant was very professional. The food makes this hotel a perfect all-inclusive destination. The bar service was generous. The hotel is ideally located to take several excursions. On foot we explored Yasmine Hammamet and its’ medina. We took a yellow cab to old Hammamet to buy spices and visit its’ medina. We hired a private driver to take us out to visit the following sites; the UNESCO World Heritage site - Dougga, Kairouan, El Djem Amphitheatre, El Djem Museum, Monasrtir Ribat, Sousse, the National Bardo Museum in Tunis, Cathage and Sidi Bou Said. These excursions with the private driver were taken on three separate day long trips. All in all, we had a fabulous holiday at the Medina Solaria and Thalasso and highly recommend it to anyone considering a holiday to Hammamet, Tunisia. Thank you very much Medina Solaria and Thalasso for making our holiday a very special memorable one.

This review is well overdue, but i am just getting round to it. Where do i start.......... We are repeat guests at this awesome resort we have been here about 5 times in past 4 years. This is a family resort and if you come here you wont be disappointed. This hotel has just gone through a major refurbishment and the reception is just spectacular. Well Done guys!! a job well done. We were supposed to visit in April but Africana was closed so we had to change to Manar which is also another of magic life's awesome hotels in Hammamet, but we did get to visit Africana and one the managers gave us a tour around the hotel amidst the renovations which was nice of her. But we had the pleasure of staying in August after the refurbishment was complete and it was fantastic. We had great time. staff very friendly, rooms are awesome and they do connecting rooms which is brilliant as we are a family of 6. All the staff from the reception, housekeeping, gardeners are all helpful and always have a smile on their face and have always been extremely helpful. Rafiqa was from house keeping and always did an amazing job, a lovely lady. The reception guys too many to name are all awesome. All the waiters in the restaurant especially Khalid who always looks after us Everyone is so friendly, it actually feels like a second home . The Hotel is exceptional throughout, really clean rooms, we normally have a family room it was fantastic. The food is out of this world, so much choice for all of us. kids and adults you'll be amazed. The entertainment is fantastic and the entertainment team were fantastic and friendly, during the day time and night time entertainment. Karim is awesome and does an amazing job of getting everyone involved. The bars have a wide variety of drinks and best of all the mocktails they do are brilliant. The wonder bar is open 24 hours. The kids loved the slides and the beach is awesome. sandy beach with blue sea. The beach bar also good and serves food, and the all inclusive water sports are awesome. This resort ticks all the boxes and i would highly recommend to any family with kids. Would definitely return , this is am awesome hotel with awesome food, and staff. We have already booked for our next holiday to Africa Inshallah (God willing)

Visited with my partner for a 2 week all inclusive holiday!! The potential is there to be amazing but needs a massive helping hand. Out room 3615 was basic but extremely clean we had a fantastic maid who every day of our holiday made our bed changed our towels ensured we had bottled water she is a credit to this hotel. The entertainment team work tirelessly the energy and effort they put in during the heat of the day is amazing. The pool life guard needs to put his phone down and do his job as I saved a little boy who had got out of his depth!! The food is extremely repetitive and nothing as any labels to indicate what it is!! Also keep an eye on the chicken very very pink!!it is not really catered for English, we ate out for most evening meals.was out of 60 dinars (£18 approx) will get you x2 filet steak chips vegetables rice and a sauce and 4 beers. The drinks are very limited and the vodka, gin, and rum all tasted the same and had the same odd yellow colour too them!! If your a Sprite drinker take your own!! The drinks set up in the main dinning room is crazy 300 people all trying to request a drink from 5 poor waiting staff at the same time leaves extremely long waits to get a drink with your meal!! Your not able to go get your own soft or alcoholic drink you have to ask!!! The pool bar as the lowest collection of glasses ive ever come across anywhere in the world!!! One day we was given a drink in a yellow pot tumbler that was in the bathroom!! The real let down for us was the horrible obnoxious man in the pool side snack bar in the blue shirt who thought he was god. This was brought to the attention of the hotel manager who I must say dealt with the issues around him extremely effectively. I got food from there and was charged for it I paid it not thinking and once served too me was told "come tomorrow between 12.30 &2 that is free" so we did the rude horrible man in the blue shirt tried to make out he did not no what I was saying when I asked for a cheese panini kept saying "no no no" he refused to give me cheese to make a sandwich, angry I went to see the hotel manager who was lovely and told me I could have cheese and I should not of been charged the day before, later that day the manager came to me with a refund of what I paid the day before full of apologies!! Just keep your wits about because no matter how many tips you give there is always some out to pull wool over your eyes!! The beach is a good 5 mins walk throw the hotel grounds there is a large number of sun beds in a private section be careful as there is a lot of touting (camel rides ,horse rides , selling cigs, selling towels). By the pool the constant badgering of henna tattoos, beauty treatments, and the man who does not take no for a answer to go on a "free" trip courtesy of the hotel, its NOT free it is to a rug shop run by his family and when you don't buy a rug he get aggressive and angry. This hotel is situated a 6 dinar taxi ride from yasmin and old
