The location was great! many restaurants and supermarkets are just nearby, within walking distance, besides the sea has good views and also has a swimming pool. The room was clean, just the shower room was a bit small, and the shower head was fixed. Household appliances are not good. don't have a microwave, bread toaster, plate, or dishes, I even could not find a bottle opener. The Wi-Fi service is not good. TV has Netflix Disney and YouTube functions but due to poor network could not be used.

It is the coastal location that first grabbed my attention for this accommodation, but we enjoyed everything in there - adequate amenities, great services, easy check in and check outs, friendly staff and customer service. In addition we had the privilege of EV charging port(paid). I highly recommend this for cozy rooms, balcony look out, quiet atmosphere and most excitedly overlooking the beach at the front, big Thumbs up!! Don’t miss the sunrise from Observation head Lookout easy reach from the accommodation. It would be much appreciated if they had a better WiFi connection, as even A big telco provider doesn’t have internet connection inside rooms so you have to rely on their WiFi network.

From check in til Dinner was great. The place looks amazing. Love the pool and the views around the lake. Service at dinner time was non existent and with only 4 tables being used, we couldn't even get a drinks order in. Even after 5 minutrs waiting, staff decided clearing a table was more a priority, so we got up and left. Decided to head to Batemans Bay for dinner. After returning, we had no power with the room card. Tried ringing reception and after selecting 1 for urgent, no one answered. Using toilet with no light and using shower with no fan. Rooms are noisy and can hear when other rooms using their toilet and shower. Provided feedback to reception in the morning before having our pre-booked continental breakfast, to be offered coffee for compensation. Would not consider using again.

It is the coastal location that first grabbed my attention for this accommodation, but we enjoyed everything in there - adequate amenities, great services, easy check in and check outs, friendly staff and customer service. Don’t miss the sunrise from Observation head Lookout easy reach from the accommodation. The cabin was immaculately clean, spacious, and modern, with breathtaking views of the ocean from the private deck. We spent our days walking on the beach, The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the cabin was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the outdoor greenery. The location was perfect - just a short drive 10 minutes from the local shops and restaurants, but far enough away to feel secluded and peaceful. We can't wait to come back and stay again! The environment is very good, but it is too quiet and there is no sound insulation. It is recommended to stay with friends and check in during the day. We were a bit creepy at night!
