There was no lock on the bathroom door, and a foul smell was coming from the cupboards. The beds were uncomfortable, causing back pain and making it hard to sleep. The stay was good and especially the location extremely convenient as its a 5 min walk to the temple. The stay was pleasant snd the staff were polite. cleanliness was upto the mark too. The only drawback i see was the parking availability at the hotel, it was limited to just 2 big vehicles(Suv type). The smaller vehicles are accomodated in the basement parking which again is limited to max 3-4 cars... also its a little dicey to park and take out the vehiclebasnuts pretty cramped... otherwise i found the stay very pleasant. i did not have my food from the attached restaurant (Aryaas) besides the lobby... but from what i heard, there is decent choice of food availability (mostly South Indian )FromCAD 26

The room was a bit smaller, but overall, the ambiance of the lobby, restaurant, and room was commendable. The restaurant served only meals at lunchtime, which were delicious, but the rates were on the higher side compared to the average meal prices across Kerala. At night, the restaurant was closed as the cooks were either on leave or unavailable, so I opted to have dinner at an adjacent restaurant.
Having visited Guruvayur multiple times, I must say the hotel is good value for money despite a few shortcomings. While a full-fledged restaurant isn't available, and the rooms are smaller, even bathroom linens seemed either very old or poorly maintained by the laundry section. Tea kettles are not kept in the rooms by default, but I believe they can be provided upon request.

The Rooms was good but the Manager was not good and didn’t respond in a respectful way. Since we came from Tamil Nadu he does like this ? I am not sure about the exact reason for his attitude.
I recommend Tamil people not to choose this hotel because of this Manager and keep this room as a last option if you need. Dinner took more than 45 min to serve our order and the Dinner itself was not good.FromCAD 44

We didn't have any issues with our stay at guruvayoor resorts. The staff are really good especially the manager mahalaxmi, guided in a good way for temple darshan. I traveled with my sisters, total 4 members. My daughter booked family room in this hotel. Room was very spacious and comfortable. There was 24 hours hot water. AC was working perfectly. Room was clean and maintained well. We felt really happy for booking room in this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good stay. However The location shown in the maps are in correct and the property is about 500m away from east nada about 7-8 minutes walk. The location says 2 mins walk to temple which is incorrect. Otherwise property was good. Restaurant was not working when we visited. The beds were small if you are with children then might have to order extra bed at 500₹.
