My family and I recently had a vacation at Centara Mirage Phan Thiet. What I liked most was the swimming pool being right next to our room, which was super convenient for relaxing and having fun with the family, especially the kids loved it. However, since it was early June, the hotel was quite crowded, so check-in was a bit delayed. I hope the hotel can improve this aspect to make the experience even better. Overall, the space is beautiful, with many amenities suitable for a family vacation, and I still had a pretty good experience here.

We're currently staying at the hotel in Nova rooms and are very happy. There are lots of plants on the grounds, so it's like being in a botanical garden. I was worried about the bags, but they're on the beach, but in the water, they don't bother us at all; they look like stones. The beach is well-maintained, there are plenty of sun loungers, and the water is clean. There are waves on this coast, but we love them. We only had one strong storm (October 30th), and all the trash that washed up was quickly removed. There are two pools, one for children and one for adults. We only stayed in the adult pool, and it's very quiet and peaceful. The rooms are cleaned perfectly, the towels smell amazing, and the bed linen is snow-white. All the staff are very friendly, smiling, and helpful, and they speak good English. We also attended the Saturday barbecue and spa at the hotel. The dinner was delicious and varied, and the spa was the best I've ever had. Our massages were done by specialists named HOA and THAO, and GTIAU was the cashier. It's a shame we're leaving soon. I highly recommend this place!

We have been to other Southeast Asian countries and have never encountered such thoughtfulness. My father's birthday was on that day, so when we went to the lobby for breakfast in the morning, the waiter specially led us to the best seat by the sea, decorated it thoughtfully, and gave us a birthday cake with birthday wishes, which was a special surprise for us. From this small detail, we can see that the hotel has taken the trouble. Thank you very much for the little surprise the hotel gave us. It is worth staying at this hotel, and the service is also very good. They also helped us book a luxury bus from Mui Ne to Ho Chi Minh. We almost couldn't take the bus because I booked it on KLOOK. The order has been pending confirmation. It was the front desk who helped us call for consultation. Thank you very much!

I recently stayed at a Radisson resort and had mixed feelings about the experience. The staff were genuinely kind, patient, and tried their best to assist us, and the breakfast was quite good. However, the main issue was with the hot water — there wasn’t any when we tried to shower around 7 PM. The team spent almost two hours trying to fix it, but even afterward, the temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold. For a hotel charging around USD 120 per night, I found this quite disappointing. In addition, several areas of the resort were still under maintenance, which made the overall experience feel below Radisson’s usual standards. While I truly appreciate the staff’s effort and friendliness, the hardware and maintenance issues made the stay less comfortable than expected. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

From day one, you could feel the care and attention given to guests: the staff were friendly and always ready to help. They brought ice to our room upon request, and everything was handled quickly and without fuss, making our stay truly comfortable. We stayed in room 507, which was large, cozy, with a very spacious and comfortable bed, and an excellent sea view. The room was perfect for a good rest after an active day. I'd also like to specifically mention the breakfasts – they were delicious, with a good selection, and the coffee was genuinely high-quality, which is not always the standard in Vietnam. 🔥 The main highlight of the hotel is the beach area. It's large, convenient, well-thought-out, with plenty of sun loungers. The beach itself is clean, pleasant, with good access to the sea. The hotel grounds are not huge, but they are lush with greenery, very well-maintained, and beautiful, creating a sense of coziness and privacy. We also liked the pools and the convenient volleyball court right on the beach. We didn't have dinner at the hotel. Instead, we rented a scooter for our entire stay and explored different eateries in Mui Ne and Phan Thiet every day. This was an excellent decision, a true gastronomic delight with lots of delicious food and new places to discover. Conclusion: Aroma Beach Resort 🔥 is an excellent option for a comfortable beach holiday with great service, a pleasant atmosphere, and the opportunity to actively explore the surroundings. We would gladly return again.🫶

When you check in, two independent people come to you, there is no reception, very casual, and they want to take my passport when I get to the room. I firmly do not allow it, so I let them take a photo. The next day, I wanted to go to the gym, but I couldn't get in again. Fortunately, I got in after the staff coordinated. It's really inconvenient! I didn't bring cash, so I couldn't eat in this place. Most stores only accept cash. I regretted it. It's very inconvenient. It takes a long time to wait for the shuttle bus. The arrangement is unreasonable!

I decided to leave a review because I couldn't find any information about this hotel in Russian while searching and choosing. My family and I stayed in September on an all-inclusive program and were very pleased. This is a 100% family-friendly hotel. It feels fresh, and you can feel it in everything: the furniture, the pool, the reception, the restaurant, and the sun loungers. The hotel is mostly Vietnamese, with no more than 10% Russian. The most important thing, in my opinion, is the hotel staff. Every single one of them is attentive to guests, friendly, always helpful (sometimes through a translator), helpful, and responsive to all requests. The entertainment staff is fantastic – they always offer various contests, games, and exciting evening programs for children, and later for adults. The hotel has a large children's room and arcade machines, a ping-pong table, and billiards. The cuisine caters to every taste: Asian and European, plenty of seafood, and separate meals for children (pasta is always available), as well as fresh fruit. As they say, the devil is in the details. And everything is taken care of here: life vests for children, slippers and robes in the room, high chairs and a table for children, a shuttle to the fishing village, luggage handling, lifeguards at the sea and in the pool, and there's even a first-aid station on site. The pool is conveniently located, with water slides for adults and children, and snack bars and beach bars nearby. The sea was a bit dirty in September. It's a three-hour drive from the airport to the hotel, but it's worth it. The view from the room is wonderful, it's quiet, clean, and the bed linen was changed almost daily, though the floors weren't always thoroughly mopped. The air conditioning is very efficient: 2-3 minutes and the room is cool, and the mattresses are comfortable (which was important to me). We plan to return again.

I am ambivalent about this resort. As a matter of fact, my wife and I departed several days before the planned end of our stay. On the plus side, the landscaping and the pool are beautiful, the beach restaurant is very welcoming and serving good food, and the staff are very friendly. On the down side, the services leave a lot to be desired. There are no excursions organized by the resort. We asked about them and also about a car to take us to Phnom Penh, but no one got back to us. The resort has a decidedly dated look, badly needing an upgrade. The breakfast restaurant is particularly stale. In the end, we are very happy to have departed early. The resort merits not more than 3*.

This is a beautiful hotel. The grounds aren't huge (but then again, it's not Turkey or Egypt with their massive resorts). The pool is clean, and the rooms are stylish with a lot of wood, giving them a bit of a colonial feel. There was always hot water, and the terrace was cozy. Breakfasts weren't super diverse (four variations of scrambled eggs, noodles, one meat dish, potatoes/dumplings, croissants, bread, one or two types of pastries, three to four kinds of fruit, a few vegetables, three to four types of cold cuts, tea, coffee, juice). By the fourth or fifth day, we were a bit tired of them and went out for breakfast elsewhere. There's a store, fresh juice stands, and cafes near the hotel. It's great that it has its own private beach with a comfy hammock and excellent sun loungers. You can tell everything in the hotel is new and clean. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The grounds are spacious and green, everything is blooming, even vegetables are planted, and a pony lives on the property. The staff spends all day watering, sweeping, and cleaning. The room was great, with wooden furniture and plenty of space, everything worked. I was a little tired, but that didn't bother us at all. The only downside was that the windows and the entrance overlooked the pool walkway, so you could see everything. And there was no door to the bathroom or toilet. Absolutely not. The room is called ”Romance” (it says above the entrance.) The breakfasts are excellent: fruit, vegetables, snacks, soup, omelettes, scrambled eggs, and granola. There are two types of coffee. Basically, you'll find something to suit your needs. The beach is also a special treat; it's long and narrow. It wasn't crowded in January, and sun loungers were always available. Overall, I recommend this hotel; it's a great choice for a quiet and beautiful vacation.

Fire everyone involved in buying the blankets and pillows. I was waiting for our stay to end so I could finally escape. The blanket doesn't fit the duvet cover, and the pillows are so synthetic that my head just rolls around in them. I chose the hotel based on reviews, but apparently the English-speaking old people who wait so long haven't seen anything better and think this hotel deserves four stars. No, the furniture is shabby, the cleaning is very mediocre, the rooms also need renovations, and the colors are depressing. The only redeeming feature of this hotel is the beach. Not every hotel can boast one, but please add some sun loungers so we don't have to fight over them. People rush to grab them at 7am so they can return at 12pm to sunbathe. These people should be kicked out of the hotel; let them behave like that at home.

Нам дали ваучеры на 2 бесплатных массажа в spa отеля. При выезде (мы выезжали после завтрака) дали нам в дорогу бутерброды, фрукты, водичку. Контингент отеля большей частью европейцы, немного китайцев, немного русских. Обязательно еще вернемся❤️

We stayed at this hotel for a week. We arrived two hours before check-in, and they checked us in early without any problems. They charged 2 million dong for an extra night, which was cheaper than what we found on aggregators. The hotel grounds are spacious, with two pools open from morning until 8 p.m. The hotel beach is large, but not always suitable for swimming. The left side has been washed out, with a small cliff, while the right side has a gentle entry into the water. There aren't enough sun loungers for everyone, but that's more of an issue for people who throw their towels on sun loungers in the morning and don't see any all day. There are several restaurants near the hotel, and if you walk a 5-minute walk to the left or right, you'll find more activities. Overall, I liked the hotel.

Stayed here for 1 night and it was really boring. Compared to the price of 1 million, I booked a room in Nha Trang which was much better than here. I had to spend an extra night because my friend wanted to take pictures at the resort's swimming pool so I booked the cheapest room. The furniture looked old and the room was gloomy, especially the bathroom. The air conditioner's hot block was located in the bathroom so it was like a fireplace. The air conditioner was not cold even though it was set to 16 degrees. You should book a room with a higher price, it would probably be better.

This was by far the best hotel experience during my trip to Vietnam! The hotel is very new, and the facilities are excellent. I absolutely adored the suite's decor, especially having a private pool – it was incredibly comfortable. The service was impeccable. I was able to check in at 12 PM, and the next day, they smoothly arranged a late check-out for me at 2 PM. When I mentioned an issue with mosquitoes in the evening, they addressed it immediately. As for us looked pretty much artificial without some common facilities fr example no big lobby with convenient waiting area. Location is extremely inconvenient in some semi abandoned area. Rooms are high-end decorated and nice. At the same time hotel territory is not big and all the hotel services seems overpriced as for this city and location. Hotel beach is across wide highway, not at the hotel territory. Swimming pools are small and shallow which looked aimed at kids as well.

I came on a trip with friends and it's great for a long-term stay. The accommodation is clean and the host is friendly. I would like to come back again.

An amazing place to stay, suitable for families, groups of friends, or solo travellers who don't care about the typical downtown scene of Mui Ne, which can be quite loud and crowded. The hotel is located 30 minutes' drive away from town. The beach is right across the hotel, and you can get seafood at the restaurants by the beach. Alternative food options are available at diners located on the ground floors of various buildings. There are convenience stores for quick snacks and basic toiletries as well. Make sure to bring enough cash if you are a foreigner because most of the businesses there only take QR payment or cash. The nearest ATM is 15 minutes drive away, on the roadside. It can be a little troublesome if you have your own transportation as calling a cab via Grab or SM app will take awhile to get a driver, due to the location. Again, if you are just there to chill for a few days, you don't really need to leave that place. It was a last minute booking that was made on the same day, however, Huy contacted me moments after I booked the room and guided me on which bus company to book that'll bring me to the accomodation directly, and briefed me on the check in procedure. His help and support is much appreciated. I booked a queen bed and was given a twin bed upon check in. It was late (11pm) when I arrived due to traffic. Gratefully, Huy immediately helped resolve the issue by assigning me to another room in a different building. There were some issues with the door lock as well which he also immediately sent someone down to fix. Huy is always super responsive no matter the timing when I needed his help.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff and manager Dat really made us feel welcome and taken care of. The design of the place amazing, we especially appreciated that they used only natural materials, with practically no plastic anywhere in sight. The breakfast is very filling, and you can choose from a few options. We had scrambled eggs, pho, banana pancakes - all delicious. RedSands is not big, but there is really everything to enjoy a lazy weekend away: little pool, rooftop terrace, coconuts for sale, huge open air bathtub, and sea view!

We're currently staying at the hotel in Nova rooms and are very happy. There are lots of plants on the grounds, so it's like being in a botanical garden. I was worried about the bags, but they're on the beach, but in the water, they don't bother us at all; they look like stones. The beach is well-maintained, there are plenty of sun loungers, and the water is clean. There are waves on this coast, but we love them. We only had one strong storm (October 30th), and all the trash that washed up was quickly removed. There are two pools, one for children and one for adults. We only stayed in the adult pool, and it's very quiet and peaceful. The rooms are cleaned perfectly, the towels smell amazing, and the bed linen is snow-white. All the staff are very friendly, smiling, and helpful, and they speak good English. We also attended the Saturday barbecue and spa at the hotel. The dinner was delicious and varied, and the spa was the best I've ever had. Our massages were done by specialists named HOA and THAO, and GTIAU was the cashier. It's a shame we're leaving soon. I highly recommend this place!

My family and I recently had a vacation at Centara Mirage Phan Thiet. What I liked most was the swimming pool being right next to our room, which was super convenient for relaxing and having fun with the family, especially the kids loved it. However, since it was early June, the hotel was quite crowded, so check-in was a bit delayed. I hope the hotel can improve this aspect to make the experience even better. Overall, I liked this hotel. The pools and facilities are excellent truly a highlight of the stay. The property is beautiful and, for Mũi Né, it’s a very good option. However, check-in can take some time, especially if you don’t speak Vietnamese. We also had an issue with receiving a second key card. There were three of us in the room, but with only one card it was inconvenient, as the electricity, lights, and all room facilities work exclusively with the card. This meant we always had to move around together. The hotel is located quite far from the main area and nightlife of Mũi Né, so it feels somewhat isolated. Bike rental is easily available nearby, and food delivery works well. There are not many shops within walking distance, but this wasn’t a problem for me since I rented a bike and drove into town. I gave a low rating for cleanliness because our room was never cleaned during our entire stay. We stayed for four nights, and no housekeeping came. I contacted the administrator and asked at least for fresh towels, which we did receive, but cleaning itself was never offered. Overall, a nice hotel with great facilities, but with some noticeable inconveniences. A solid 4 out of 5.
