Restaurants are not friendly and dishonorable.

The room provided to us looked to be on the older side of the hotel, it had poorly maintained walls on the room ***** with non ventilated, antiquated, dilapidated bathroom. Also there was lot of cockroaches running around the bathroom, without mentioning the phone number to reception not working. Food was hygienic and lot of options with affordable pricing. Only poor point being the room quality which was a big disappointment.

Rooms was clean and close to railway station. Property is maintained well. Parking area near reception was bit congested and my car had scratch when I parked it overnight. Hotel security should not allow to park the vehicle too close without sufficient gap between the cars.

The hotel is centrally located with bus station n rail station both are in walkable distance. Rooms are clean n spacious, staff are good but not trained. Only problem, they are short of *** power n whoever is available, they are not at all trained. Another big problem is food. They don't have kitchen / restaurent of their own. For complimentary breakfast, they will send you to a garage in the basement, where there is a temporary vegetarian set up with 2 people coming as well as serving food to you. You have to collect the food items whatever they prepared on that particular day n make yourself comfortable to sit anywhere n enjoy your ”COMPLIMENTARY” breakfast !! On last day, suddenly we could found that there is no set up for breakfast that day !! While enquiring, it was informed that they got a big order from outside, so today breakfast will not be available for the guests. Guests have to go outside to have on their own !! Lunch n dinner obviously outside only !! 😕😕
