L’appartamento è molto bello, con finiture di buona qualità e un arredamento dallo stile originale e curato. La cucina è completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più confortevole. La comunicazione con la host, Svetlana, è stata eccellente: mi ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie per un buon check-in ed è sempre stata disponibile, rispondendo prontamente a ogni mia richiesta di informazioni o chiarimenti. La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dalla piazza principale di Kutaisi. Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza molto positiva e sono rimasto pienamente soddisfatto del soggiorno.

Кутаиси на пару дней для того что бы собрались все и отправились дальше. Поэтому искал что-то с двумя комнатами. Апартаменты просторные и в целом есть все необходимое. Для семьи с детьми - хороший вариант. Но для путешественников 40+ есть нюансы. - кровати и матрасы, неудобные, кровати издают много звуков при банальном переворачивании, поэтому постоянно просыпаешься. - если отдыхать днем это невозможно, шумят соседи (люди с детьми живут свою обычную жизнь) за окном постоянно сигналят машины перед поворотом, предупреждают встречный транспорт. - дешевое синтетическое постельное белье - проблемы если есть аллергия и неприятные если аллергии нет. - вино собственной винодельни неплохое, но цена завышена. Итог 200€ за две ночи это плата за квадратные метры, а не за отдых и удобство. Итог 200€ за две ночи

We stayed for 3 nights, it turned out to be 2 full days in Kutaisi. For us, the location was convenient, I arrived from Tbilisi by train. The hotel is next to the train station. Check-in is fast. The room is spacious enough, a comfortable bed, clean linen, towels. There is everything you need, gels, shampoos, toothbrushes. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, they give 0.5 water daily. Bathrobes, disposable slippers. Breakfasts are good, buffet, enough choice. Cleaning is daily, but we refused, because we only spent the night in the room. We walked around the main sights of Kutaisi, from the hotel to the central square about 20 minutes. We were quite satisfied with the chosen hotel.

Staying at this Best Western in Kutaisi was such a breeze, exceeding my expectations! For my trip to Kutaisi, I chose this Best Western right in the city center, and overall, I was really happy with my stay – I just had to share! The location was the biggest and most pleasant surprise! It's right in the heart of the Old Town. Just a short walk brings you to the White Bridge, and an evening stroll along the river is incredibly relaxing. If you need to grab some water or snacks, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby, so no need to go out of your way. Getting to the cable car or the Galaktioni statue was super convenient, whether on foot or by a quick taxi ride – we didn't waste any time commuting at all. The front desk staff, especially one young man, was incredibly welcoming. When we first arrived, we had a lot of questions about sightseeing routes, and he patiently explained everything, even recommending some delicious local restaurants. It felt very thoughtful. The room itself was clean, the linens had no strange smells, the WiFi connection was stable, and there was no noise from the air conditioning at night, so getting a good night's sleep was no problem. The most unexpected bonus was the small rooftop bar. Going up there in the evening to enjoy the breeze and chat created a fantastic atmosphere. Of course, there were a couple of minor downsides: the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, so after two days, it got a bit repetitive. Also, the standard room we booked wasn't huge; after opening our 28-inch suitcase, we had to be a bit careful when walking around. However, for those driving, rest assured the hotel offers free parking. You might have to wait a bit between 8 PM and 10 PM, but it's generally not an issue. If you're visiting Kutaisi for sightseeing, I highly recommend this place. The location and service are top-notch, and it offers great value for money. I'd very likely choose to stay here again next time!

Great place if you have a late or night arrival! They picked us up for free from the airport in the middle of the night, which was super convenient. The hotel is located halfway between the airport and the city center, so it’s easy to get around. The staff were really kind and helped us find a taxi when we needed it. Everything was smooth and well organized — definitely recommend it!

Гостеприимный хозяин, ухожена территория. Два бассейна детский и большой. На территории множество качелей, ландшафтный дизайн. В номере был джакузи, в рабочем состоянии: бурлилка, подсветка. Расположение на окраине города, но такси по 4-6 лари решало вопрос.единственно, что огорчало : поломка на линии и полдня не было электричество, но данный инцидент не испортил общего положительного впечатления.

That chinese dude's 2-star review is ridiculous. Good place for this price. The host is friendly and willing to share some tips about nearby places of interest. The house offers most of the amenities you might require - shower, washing machine, big bed and a small table. Take note that the house is up on the hill, so you'll have to take a small ”hike” to get back from the city. On the other hand, the place is quite and grocery store is nearby. Also, don't count on the wi-fi and the fridge - let's just say that these resources are limited.

The hotel is not in the main city, the location is a bit off. Next to the hotel is the viaduct, very noisy at night, the noise on the road is very loud. The room area is very small, and the place to put luggage is difficult to find. The introduction on the Ctrip page is 18㎡, in fact, it is 10m. The data provided on Ctrip is often inaccurate, and the photos are not real enough. The room was very clean. The hotel's breakfast is on the top floor, and it is still very good. The restaurant can see some city scenery.

Best location! walking distance from Bagrati Cathedral and Colchis Fountain. Cheap price for a night including a good breakfast. Staffs are helpful. Room is good, with tea, coffee water, some toiletries. Bring your own slippers and toiletries better. We got a balcony with a nice view of the river. Down the hotel there is a bakery, a little grocery. Definitely I recommend staying in this hotel!
