"The decor at Nap is pretty good, and they even have heating in winter. The service is just okay. They provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, and disposable slippers. However, when I asked for these items, the woman at the front desk kept putting me off, saying they didn't have any today and to check again tomorrow. This went on for several days; she was really good at making excuses. Aside from that, everything else was fine."
