We are delighted to host you and hope your stay will be both comfortable and memorable. To ensure a pleasant experience for all, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules.
1. Guest Registration: All guests must be registered. The suite accommodates a maximum of 4 guests
2. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.
3. No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. No vaping or drugs are allowed.
4. No Pets: We kindly ask that you do not bring pets.
5. No Parties: Parties are not allowed on the premises.
6. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
7. Kitchen use: Ensure all appliance are turned off when not in use. Additional cleaning charges of $25.00 will be applied if dishes are not loaded and turned on prior to checkout.
8. Garbage and Recycling: Kindly place all garbage and recycling materials in the designated bins located beneath the sink and outside near the stairs.
9. No Commercial Business: The property cannot be used for commercial purposes.
10. Extended Stays: For stays of 14 days or longer, a light cleaning will be performed every two weeks. A $60.00 fee will be charged for each stay that lasts 15 days.
11. Consumable Amenities: Complimentary basic consumable amenities are supplied for short-term stays of up to 2-3 days. For stays exceeding three days, guests are kindly requested to replenish or provide their own basic consumable amenities.
12. Damages and Breakages: Please report any damage or breakage immediately. Guests are liable for damaged or missing items during their stay.
13. Security Cameras: Guest acknowledges that security cameras are installed along the front sides and back external perimeter of the building.
14. Agreement: By booking this suite, you agree to abide by the house rules outlined above. This suite is close to South Health Campus, The Real Canadian Superstore, Save on Food, Cineplex Odeon, Shopper Drug Mart and the biggest YMCA in Calgary.
The bus stop is a few steps away, and it takes 2 minutes of driving to join Alberta 2 highway, making connecting with the entire town easier. Also easy to connect with nearby cities like Okotoks, High River, Black Diamonds and many more.
The beautiful lower suite has 2 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds and two closets that can accommodate up to 5 guests. The rooms are very bright as the house opens to a large yard.
A fully equipped kitchen has :

A newly renovated basement unit (updated in February 2023) is available for occupancy. The unit features a bedroom with queen size bed, a private bathroom, a comfortable living area, and a dining space equipped with a bar fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. Access to the full kitchen upstairs and cooking utensils is also included for meal preparation.
Our home is situated in a quiet, safe community in southeast Calgary. Conveniently located approximately 17 km from downtown and just a 27-minute drive from Calgary International Airport, it offers easy access to major destinations throughout the city.
Public transit is readily available, with a bus stop just a 4-minute walk away providing service to the Somerset–Bridlewood CTrain Station, and another bus stop within a 10-minute walk offering direct routes to downtown. The South Health Campus is only a 5-minute drive away.
Residents will also enjoy being within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, and other everyday amenities.
Self-check-in is available using the key stored in the lockbox located near the front entrance. Lockbox key will be provided a day before your arrival.

The hotel's location in the city center was extremely convenient; all the city hotspots I wanted to visit were within walking distance. All in all, it was excellent. When I choose a hotel next time, I'll definitely pick this chain again. I'll upload photos later, I accidentally deleted them.
Guest UserGuest UserWe had a quick overnight stay. Used the shuttle service at 10:30 p.m. It was reliable. The elevator was broken for our stay but they seem to be very on top of trying to contact people about this issue prior to us staying. The bed was a 10 out of the 10, probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. I was sad that I had to get up so early to catch a plane home. The location is perfect for being super close to the airport, however there is nothing around for late night dining and the restaurant closed by the time we even got there. If they had some food options even grab and go stuff that would be very helpful, I didn't feel like waiting for Uber eats, and I didn't have a vehicle.
My only ick, was that it slowly starting to see wear and tear, but it's not being upkept. Minor things, but like the doors had paint chips at the bottom, it didn't affect my stay.

I chose this hotel, and the facilities were great in every aspect. It had a fridge, microwave, and kettle, all very suitable for us 'Easterners.' The only drawback, and a significant one at that, was something that greatly affected us seniors: the constant noise from the air conditioner outside the window. It made it impossible for me to rest. Being overtired, it was really tough! I went to the front desk and saw a long line of guests waiting to check in, which clearly indicated the hotel was full and there were no rooms available to switch to. I endured it for two nights. I quickly moved to a nearby hotel to recover my energy.

I couldn't understand why, while the front desk was processing my check-in, a supervisor came over and started chatting with them about irrelevant things, leaving me standing there waiting for them to finish. The first room card didn't work, so I had to go back downstairs, queue up again to exchange it, and they kept asking me if I was using it correctly. Am I stupid? Do I not know how to open a door? Terrible service.

The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with all the necessary amenities for comfortable stay. The bedding and linens were fresh and well maintained, which added to the overall comfort.
The location is another major advantage, just 6 minutes from downtown, with a metro station conveniently located right behind the building, making travel around the city effortless.
