Located in Myrtle Beach's premier 145-acre master planned community Kingston Plantation. With 1/2 mile wide, white sandy beaches it is situated in a breathtaking landscape appointed with mature oaks, crape myrtles, dogwoods and pine with a 23-acre freshwater lake as the centerpiece and a 60,000 square foot sport and recreation center.

About the Complex:
Located between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach in the popular Shore Drive area, and a straight 7 minute walk to one of the world’s best beaches.

This condo is in the Arcadian Dunes complex, a beautifully landscaped low-rise condominium complex offering resort style living. There are 2 pools, with one partially shaded (and heated in the off season April, May, Sept, October) Plenty of areas to lounge on the pool decks and enjoy the jacuzzi with outdoor showers for convenience. Visitors can enjoy shaded picnic areas with grills, tables & gazebos. Small playground, tennis court and horseshoe pits.

Onsite is the well-known Harry the Hat's Bar & Grill overlooking the pool. Within walking distance to the famous Ocean Annie’s beach front bar with live music, Flip Flops with the coldest beer in town and Finn McCools another great Irish pub! If you like to fish, the Apache pier, the longest wooden pier on the east coast is right across the street and offers rod rental packages for pier fishing. Just a 5 minute drive away is the Tanger outlets and restaurant row. The Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage and Barefoot landing are a short 10 minute drive away.

Enclosed downstairs with full bar, large arcade full of games, large hot tub, 2 large tvs, pool table, foosball, fridge, golf cart, grill and bathroom. Upstairs is wrap around deck with Elevator( cargo) 3 large bedrooms with large tvs, 2 bathrooms, 75" tv, sleeper sofa, updated kitchen with high end appliances. Corner house lot.

If you are not familiar with the Shore drive section in Myrtle Beach and is the best kept secret in town. It has the widest beaches in the area and Apache pier is only a couple of blocks from my beach house. Ocean annies is also 2 blocks over where is the place to be on the beach. There are many restaurants, shopping, tangler outlets and a Walmart all within a 1-2 minute drive.

Parking for 2 cars only! ( 1 in drive way sideways/ 1 in garage on right side) AGAIN - 2 cars only
