Bella在新加坡Bella在新加坡First off, the front desk staff. As soon as I arrived, they immediately started upselling, which was very off-putting. They pushed me to pay extra for a panoramic opera house view room. I declined the upgrade but insisted on a high floor. She initially said floor 32, but then changed it to 12, saying 32 would cost extra. So I ended up with a room on the 12th floor. However, when I got to the room, it didn't match the pictures I booked. They then moved me to the 29th floor, but upon entering that room, I found the nightstand hadn't been wiped and still had food stains from the previous guest. Seeing that, I immediately contacted the front desk to have it cleaned. Then, when I went to boil water, I noticed their kettle hadn't been washed – it still had coffee stains inside. I was truly shocked. This is a Four Seasons Hotel, not just any ordinary hotel! I'm really disappointed. The food at the restaurant was good, though; I'd recommend the red tuna, and the bread served with oil was unique, with a very special oil flavor. This was my first time staying at a Four Seasons, and the experience wasn't great. I'm quite disappointed and not sure if I'll stay at a Four Seasons again in the future. This is a genuine review for your reference.
Guest UserGuest UserI booked the cheapest twin room on the 26th floor, offering a direct view of the Bell Tower from above. The room was incredibly spacious, probably over 50 square meters, and even had a bathtub. While the furniture was quite basic, the front desk service was absolutely excellent. I also visited the gym. The building itself is a former Sydney Post Office, so many people come to take photos. There are even two free daily tours about the building, but I didn't have time to join. Overall, staying here was a great experience. It definitely gave off a 'old money' vibe.babegotravellingbabegotravellingHands down the best hotel in Sydney.
It's truly a top-tier hotel, comparable to the J Hotel in Shanghai or the Park Hyatt in Kuala Lumpur, as it occupies Sydney's tallest building.
The room amenities are fully automated; you just need to tap the tablet for anything you need. Plus, all rooms come with smart toilets, which is a rare find in Sydney hotels. The concierge service is also excellent.
The only downside is that the breakfast is truly awful.

Whenever I encountered a problem and brought it to their attention, they were both incredibly enthusiastic and helpful in resolving it. A special shout-out goes to Linh, the manager on duty that day. In my eyes, she's an angel with a beautiful heart. When I told her about the issue I was facing, she promptly and exceptionally resolved it. I feel very fortunate to have met her on my last day staying at the Shangri-La. I had booked a total of three nights, and the first two nights were not pleasant. When I reported issues to the manager on duty at the time (a Korean lady, whose name I've forgotten and don't wish to remember, she was incredibly arrogant and unreasonable, I truly don't understand how she holds a managerial position), I received no respect whatsoever. Instead, she used her position to intimidate me. When she said she couldn't resolve it, I asked if I could speak to her manager. She arrogantly said she *was* the manager, implying that speaking to anyone else wouldn't help and she wouldn't change my room. I told her fine, and the next morning I went to the front desk to find another manager to request a refund for the third night's room charge, as the current room was not what I wanted. Originally, encountering this problem left me with some regret, but thanks to Manager Linh's thoughtful and efficient help in resolving it properly, she not only dispelled my troubles but also transformed this experience from regrettable into a perfectly wonderful memory! Her professional and warm service made me feel so comforted and cared for. Thank you for your dedication, I will definitely come again next time~💛Ruoyu031001Ruoyu031001Sydney's city center isn't that big, so this hotel, being about a kilometer from Chinatown, felt a bit out of the way. However, it's very close to Hyde Park, and the surrounding area is residential with fewer restaurants and not many people on the streets at night. Actually, it's only about 500 meters from the core area. The hotel itself is quite new. We booked an apartment, which had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a very large balcony. It even had two washing machines, which was great for my husband who can't go without a cigarette. Unlike the Regis Hotel, which doesn't provide bottled water, the Aichy Hotel offers drinking water and a kettle, making it very suitable for Chinese guests.Guest UserGuest UserI had an excellent stay at Hyatt. It’s definitely one of the best choices if you’re looking for comfort and convenience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the staff were professional and very welcoming.
The location is a big advantage—everything you need is nearby, including restaurants, shops, and transport options, which makes getting around very easy. The overall experience was smooth and relaxing, from check-in to check-out.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area. I would definitely stay here again.
