It is worth noting that the room size is relatively compact, which is quite typical for city‑centre hotels in Singapore. Even so, the room is fully equipped with all necessary facilities we needed during our stay.We really enjoyed the fantastic view and excellent natural daylight from the window. The whole room was bright and airy every day. Housekeeping kept the space spotless throughout our trip. The hotel staff delivered great service. They were polite, responsive and always ready to give helpful travel tips when we asked.The location is another big plus. It is close to supermarkets and shopping districts, which is extremely convenient for daily shopping and wandering around. There is also a 24‑hour restaurant right downstairs of the hotel, perfect for late‑night meals.Though the room is not huge, we had a pleasant experience overall. I would happily recommend this hotel and would consider staying again on my next visit to Singapore.
Guest UserGuest UserI spent a long time choosing a hotel in Singapore before finally settling on this one, mainly because it's quite new, having just been built in 2023! The hotel's location is excellent – quiet yet close to the action. It's easy to get around using Grab, and if you prefer the MRT, Orchard station is about a 10-minute walk away. There is some construction nearby, but as tourists, it didn't really bother us.
The room size was quite generous, and they even upgraded one of my rooms – wow, an outdoor garden! Ms. Xu (from Shanghai) at the front desk was incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel very welcome. Thank you!
The only thing is I haven't yet received the deposit I paid during check-in. If that's returned smoothly, I'd give this place a 10 out of 10, haha! I would definitely book Parkroyal Collection Orchard again on my next trip to Singapore.
DiyannaDiyannaStayed for 1N for staycation - just wish to decompress from work and dont wanna travel out of the country. I choose this hotel on ourpose for the high floor option and the Marina Bay view. The highlight was definitely the room and the spectacular views from the 46th floor. Watching Singapore change from day to night was beautiful, and waking up to the morning skyline was just as memorable.
The room was comfortable and the overall hotel experience felt relaxing and special, which was exactly what we wanted from a staycation. Breakfast was enjoyable too, with a pleasant atmosphere and good variety.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay and a lovely way to slow down and appreciate Singapore from a different perspective. Would definitely consider coming back for another staycation.

Getting to the airport is also convenient with a direct bus that takes about 30 minutes, and the East Coast is a 15-minute walk away. As for the room, it was indeed small, which is typical for hotels in Singapore. However, the cleanliness was definitely an issue. There were obvious oil stains on the duvet cover, and the headboard had various damages and stains. The shower water pressure was fine, but they don't provide bottled water; there's a drinking water tap instead. The air conditioning was incredibly cold; even after setting it to 25 degrees, the room consistently showed 16-18 degrees. Breakfast was just okay.Anonymous UserAnonymous UserAt 1 AM, the fire alarm went off due to a malfunction. I went down to the lobby in my pajamas to check with the front desk. Apparently, it was triggered by something at the neighboring shopping mall. The next day, when I tried to take a shower at night, the water supply was cut off. It was restored after about an hour and a half, but it was incredibly inconvenient. I chose this hotel because it was a bit more expensive, yet I ended up feeling so exhausted. As an apology, they offered a complimentary breakfast, but I couldn't sleep well because of the previous night's troubles, so I didn't eat much. It's a real shame because the room itself was renovated and very comfortable.
