Despite being shown as separate bookings, the receptionist allowed me to use the same room throughout without needing to go down to the front desk to repeat the check in process for my second day of stay. The 3-card design while initially appearing quirky, turned out to be smart as the first card can be used to open glass entrance doors, the second card for entering my assigned hotel room, and the third card just for supplying electricity; this will ensure that power will not be disengaged when I leave the room to use the water dispenser along the hotel corridor and keep the electricity on to charge my devices while I’m out to do my laundry. Overall I’ll recommend this hotel to my friends whether or not they’re budget conscious.Mariatul.KMariatul.KEasy self check-in and fast replies from the host. The place had everything we needed, Netflix was a nice bonus and having a Speedmart & a mall nearby was super convenient.

Room 1311 Deluxe King: My husband, our son, and I recently enjoyed a wonderful 3-day, 2-night stay here, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish.
The property is exceptionally family-friendly, and the absolute highlight for my son was the free-entry waterpark! It was also incredibly convenient being located so close to the local attraction sites, making our family outings effortless. Each morning, we were treated to a fantastic breakfast with a very good spread of choices to suit everyone.
We were equally impressed with the room's upkeep. The cleanliness was excellent, and coming back to fresh daily towels and incredibly fluffy pillows made our rest exceptionally comfortable.
Finally, the hospitality truly stood out. The staff at the reception area were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and we always received a warm welcome from the friendly security guard.
