The location is absolutely amazing!!! Environment: Step out of the hotel's left side, and you can see the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Basilica Cistern all at once. Walk for another 10 minutes, and you'll reach the Topkapi Palace – truly incredible! Plus, the T1 tram line is right nearby, making it super convenient! Don't listen to Google Maps, it will take you on a detour; just exit the hotel and walk to your left. Facilities: The hotel facilities are a bit old, but very clean. The highlight is how quiet the air conditioning is – truly befitting an old-school five-star hotel! My mom absolutely hates AC noise, and she was very satisfied with this hotel! However, because it's next to the mosque, you will hear the call to prayer around 6:30 AM. Also, for a twin room, the beds are 0.8 meters wide, which is indeed a bit small.

The hotel is extremely clean compared to other 5 star hotels in Turkey. The staff at reception. Together with Staff in the restaurant , concierge and the bell boy were all extremely helpful and polite. Always ready to help. The restaurant dinner and breakfast was absolutely fantastic 👌. The hotel is very well located. It is a 15 minutes walk to Hagia Sofia, Bascillica Cistern, Blue Mosque. 7 mins walk to Grand Bazaar . The interior of the hotel looks magnificent with the old style charm but all newly renovated. I would highly recommended this hotel to stay in Istanbul. 😀😃😄

I stumbled upon this hotel in what they call their 'Asian district,' and for the same quality, hotels across the river would cost a lot more. The public transport options around here are excellent — light rail, buses, ferries, and the subway are all very convenient. It's a great choice, especially since we booked a sea-view room. The ocean view is absolutely stunning; you just want to take pictures every time you look up. It would be perfect if the hotel windows were a bit cleaner, but otherwise, it's wonderful, and there are plenty of dining options nearby too.

This hotel has been around for over 20 years. The overall environment is decent, but you really need a car to get around; walking for a couple of days would be quite tiring due to the uphill climbs. Ctrip's international presence is quite weak. I booked through them, and even though I checked in at 12 PM, I didn't get my room key until 8 PM. On top of that, they gave me the worst room on the edge of the property, with a ton of noise. I ultimately had to rely on my Marriott membership to get an upgrade and a room change. The restaurants, however, are all pretty good.

If the sightseeing needs of the old city are not taken into consideration, I think the hardware conditions provide a better stay experience than the Four Seasons Hotel Sultanahmet. However, the overall service quality is slightly inferior. Every staff member of the Four Seasons Hotel Sultanahmet is extremely warm and friendly, and always greets guests when they meet them; in contrast, the service staff of the Four Seasons Hotel at the Bosphorus is somewhat uneven. It is worth mentioning that the Turkish restaurant in the hotel is excellent, which is undoubtedly an ideal choice for tasting authentic Turkish food.

The location is very good, very close to the blue halal color, we can't find it at night, we have to get in. The staff was very welcoming, and we arrived in the early hours of the morning! However, there are not many English speakers. Give you a bag, help plan to go out to play, find rental and so on. feels good! However, the hotel is not big, the infrastructure is average! The 4th floor platform overlooks the sea, the Sophia church and the mosque. Seagulls are always visible. Recommended, recommended! ! !

This is a superb hotel. We were given a room on the 18th floor with a wonderful view, partially overlooking the Bosphorus. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed: bathrobes, an ironing board and iron, a capsule coffee machine, and convenient refillable dispensers for shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and lotion. Housekeeping cleaned every day, but at random times. We received one liter of water per person, and more was available at breakfast. Water was also provided in the sauna, or you could simply ask for it. The breakfasts were excellent. They offered red fish, blue cheese, a variety of freshly squeezed juices, fruits, and poached eggs. For the first time in Turkey, I found delicious cold cuts and a system for ordering omelets without waiting in line – a waiter would bring it to you, along with drinks. There were also yogurts, muesli, and pastries. The hotel has an excellent pool with comfortable sun loungers featuring thick mattresses and pillows. Staff would lay out towels and bring umbrellas. Nearby, there was a sauna and a hammam. There's a bar, but the prices are quite steep. The location is also excellent. There are plenty of places to eat around, a metro station, and bus stops. The Havaist airport shuttle stops across the street, and Taksim Square is nearby. I loved absolutely everything about this hotel. If I'm ever in Istanbul again, I will definitely return.

The location was perfect, the facilities were outstanding, and the hotel offered a very convenient feature: the basement level is directly connected to two shopping malls, which made shopping and dining extremely easy. However, my main concern was the reception staff. I found their attitude unprofessional and unfriendly. For a five-star hotel, I expected a warmer welcome and more courteous communication. The staff rarely smiled and sometimes spoke in a rough manner. One particular incident was disappointing. I asked a receptionist whether the minibar items were complimentary or chargeable, and I was told in a dismissive way that they were free. However, during checkout, I was informed that the minibar items were not free and I was charged approximately $60. This created an unpleasant ending to an otherwise enjoyable stay. Despite this issue, the hotel itself is very good, but I believe the reception team’s professionalism and communication need improvement to match the quality of the property.

After we arrived, the service staff was very enthusiastic and strongly recommended us to go to another hotel, saying that the room was bigger and better, and closer to the tourist attractions. The location is indeed super good, but the hotel is very small, the suitcase can't be put in, and the bed is even smaller, about 90 cm. I feel cheated. . . The service staff is very arrogant. There are no other rooms. They won't change us, and we can't change back to the previous hotel. . How to say it, it's terrible to bring leaders out. This place is suitable for young people to come, go back and fall asleep, and go to the Internet celebrity restaurant to punch in and eat in the morning. In our particular room, the single USB port by the bed had a loose connection and was completely unusable. As a result, we awkwardly had to charge our devices in the bathroom and from floor outlets near the entrance. The service was generally good. The breakfast spread was quite varied, and plates were cleared very quickly. Upon check-in, we received a Chinese-language information sheet, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall a very good hotel. Most impressed by its outstanding service and good food. Stayed in the Yildiz room which faces the street but was very well sound insulated so it is very quiet and peaceful. It was also very well light insulated and perfect for sleeping in. A point to note, there is the actual Ciragan Palace and the new annexe which houses the actual hotel with its rooms, restaurants and facilities. The actual Ciragan Palace houses only about 10 top suites and is used mostly as its meetings and events venue. It is lovely to be able to walk around the Palace and stroll along the Bosphorus on Palace's promenade.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and liked its location. Staff are friendly and helpful and we appreciated the daily room cleaning and reset. The best feature of the hotel is that it is well situated to explore Istanbul and is about a 10 minute walk to the Sultanahmet Square where you will find many of the main attractions in Istanbul like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. There is a tram line station very close to the hotel and it is a short walk to Sirkeci metro station. It was a good base for us as we checked out the areas across the water. It is a little far from both airports with each taking about 1.5 hours to get to but we felt the location was worth the time. The room's decor was a bit aged but charming. The beds were comfy and you can get extra pillows here. The room ran a bit warm during our stay but it was a bit noisy outside with frequent tram trains and restaurants below so we kept the window shut. They do have air conditioning and a radiator but we felt the AC wasn't worth turning on during a cool stay in December. Our neighbours were a bit noisy and it kept my wife up but I had no issues sleeping. It was moderately inconvenient when the restaurant decided to pop their new year's eve decorations at 1 in the morning. The bathroom was good and clean with good shower pressure, soft towels and we appreciated the warming rack for the towels. They provide soap and shampoo in dispensers in the shower. The breakfast was decent enough to start the day. They had enough to do a Turkish style breakfast and most options were pretty light. They had some hot items like sausage, scrambled eggs and other options that changed daily. They also had an area for cold items like cheese, labneh, yoghurt, vegetables and some cold cuts. They had a limited selection of fruit with some oranges and apples. They also had coffee, tea, juice and water. I had an early check out on my last day and they made me a nice bagged lunch to go to the airport with and have me a big can of juice which was very nice. The hotel provides bottled water for guests as well as lots of tea for in room use. The hotel has a restaurant on site and a small outdoor patio that is open for lunch, dinner and late dinner. They have some spa and massage treatments that you can book at the front desk. There are quite a few bath, restaurants, shops and other experiences nearby. People in the area are very friendly, welcoming and will invite you into their shop or restaurant...frequently.

I’ll start with advantages. The hotel was clean and had everything needed. It was very nice that we were able to check in early when we arrived. At 11 am we were already in a room. The location is near the popular street. The one thing that upset me a lot is that there is an exit sight in the room. At night it is not possible to escape from the light from it. I couldn’t sleep and next morning asked reception to solve this somehow. They should ask to turn this off. But when I came later and ask the resolution- it was not possible to do anything. And all rooms were already books so I stayed in this apartment. And also hammam was something strange for me. It is just space where you can water yourself. No stream which we used to. I don’t know but maybe all the Turkish hammams work like this. I have no experience in it

The location is near the popular street. The one thing that upset me a lot is that there is an exit sight in the room. At night it is not possible to escape from the light from it. I couldn’t sleep and next morning asked reception to solve this somehow. They should ask to turn this off. But when I came later and ask the resolution- it was not possible to do anything. And all rooms were already books so I stayed in this apartment. And also hammam was something strange for me. It is just space where you can water yourself. No stream which we used to. I don’t know but maybe all the Turkish hammams work like this. I have no experience in it

We had a great stay at Mint Residence. The location was excellent, and the staff was incredibly helpful, professional, and accommodating throughout our visit. We had an issue with the air conditioning on the first day, but it was fixed promptly and efficiently. What stood out the most was how supportive the team was when helping us collect a wallet that had been stolen and later recovered. Their assistance during that stressful situation was truly appreciated. The lift was always working, the property was comfortable, and the service was consistently reliable.i highly recommend Mint Residence to anyone visiting Istanbul and would happily stay here again.

Let me break down my review: **Pros:** 1. The staff were excellent. They were proactive in their communication, and every time I returned, they'd actively stand up and greet me with a ”HOW ARE YOU.” 2. The front desk staff were also very helpful when I asked for directions. 3. The room was clean, the carpet showed no signs of dirt, and after cleaning, they would spray a fragrance, so there were no unpleasant odors. 4. We arrived an hour early, and they allowed us to check in after waiting just 20 minutes. **Cons:** 1. The toilet seat was broken. I was already very tired, and since we had checked in early, I didn't ask for a room change. However, it was really inconvenient because it moved around while I was using it. 2. The complimentary drinking water provided was just a small cup; other hotels usually offer bottled water. 3. The curtains were too narrow and couldn't close properly (you can see in the pictures). I even had to pull and stick them together myself, otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to sleep well (as I'm sensitive to light). 4. There's a house renovation project going on downstairs, and there was a lot of noise even at 10:30 PM. Closing the window helped a lot, but it was still loud. So, if you don't like noisy city areas, be aware ⚠️. 5. The breakfast was the simplest I've had in Turkey. As you can see in the pictures, the egg pancake was an extra charge, so I didn't order it. But it might have been really cheap, which explains it. Overall, while the price was affordable, when you're traveling, you truly realize how important comfort is once you've stayed somewhere. So, next time, I will choose a place with a better environment.

The room design is quite unique and the lighting creates a nice ambiance ✨, but the facilities are noticeably old. The bathroom corners were moldy and the floor drain had accumulated grime. The bedding wasn't clean either; overall, the cleanliness wasn't up to par. However, the front desk service was excellent; they proactively helped resolve issues 👍, which was a real plus. As an experienced traveler, I am shocked that this is rated as a 4-star hotel. While the breakfast was good, the housekeeping staff were lovely, and the male bellboy who helped with my luggage provided great service, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. The front desk staff were incredibly indifferent; at check-in, they just handed back my passport without saying a single word of welcome or thank you. Furthermore, the room was in poor condition with broken shelves, a faulty toilet, cold shower water, and the power tripped every single minute, making the overall service and maintenance unacceptable for a hotel of this class.
