Three major shopping areas have all the outlet shopping that one can dream of and you'll enjoy the tax free shopping that Delaware has to offer.This cottage is pet friendly (for an additional fee) and is limited to families or responsible and respectful adults. Maximum 6 adults allowed. Nightly rentals available. Must supply your own linens and towels, however, when in need, we can accommodate. Cottage has one queen bed and 2 twin beds. Yellow House is a charming, recently remodeled family oriented home just one block from the beach and the beautiful Atlantic shore. It is one of the Premier properties of Rehoboth By The Sea custom built by one of the oldest families of Delaware. Yellow House is owned by the original family and has been beautifully maintained and furnished. All of the 2022 & 2023 & 2024 guests have given the home a 5 STAR REVIEW and several are booking their stay for 2025. Yellow House achieved PREMIER HOST STATUS based on Guest Satisfaction IN THEIR FIRST YEAR OF HOSTING!! The home features a fabulous Master Bedroom with sitting area, oversized jacuzzi tub and large tiled shower with dual sink vanity. Three other bedrooms along with a stunning bathroom completely updated in 2020 complete the upstairs sleeping area. The beautiful first floor kitchen and dining area were also remodeled in 2020. The extra large living room area with plenty of seating area for all is comfortably furnished and a great place to gather with family and friends. Conveniently located on an oceanfront lot - with direct beach access and close to everything - 22 steps to the beach (my personal favorite!), Starboard and Dewey Beer Co. on the corner, a 2 minute walk to Woody's for the best crab cake sandwich! Just a mile walk or 5 min drive to Rehoboth Beach's Boardwalk, nightlife, restaurants and attractions. Harpy's Hideout is bright and open with a nicely stocked granite kitchen, coastal vibes and colors, clean, and comfy! Washer and dryer in unit for your convenience. Two full baths (one on each level) - one with a tub. Two super cute beach themed bedrooms - one with a full bed and single trundle and the other with a Queen bed, private full bath and outside access to a common deck area with ocean views.
