At first I booked a short stay thinking I will hop hotels, but the warm hug of a hotel that this was, I ended up staying here for most my trip. I am thankful for the attractive pricing and clean beautiful rooms, homely comfort and there is also a Ramen restaurant right in front of the hotel along with small stalls for traditional food, as well as a mosque. 10/10 recommended!!!From€22

The good: The huge rooms , samsung tv with seamless connection and fast internet speed allowing multiple devices. The bath tub and direct access to mall. The staff are so friendly, as they greet and have a nice smile or small talk. Very good english so no issue for communication. Easy to have taxi as they have bluebird taxi on standby.
The bad : The breakfast food was disappointing for family with kid so we did not go back after first day. For business traveller who needs a bite and go, it will suffice. Not for long-term stay. The ascott reward point system was bad - it was a week after we check out.. i finally sign up but don't see my stay, so i email and hope that support team can have this first past reservation added. During stay, I had to let plumbing come in to fix an issue with a leak for lower floor - amazingly it happen when we have not even used the bath tub. The fix took an hour plus. Request happen at 4 pm and we are at home. Swimming pool (1.2metre for adult pool) is okay for kids - at least a toddler pool but no slides.
Conclusion: Enjoy the hotel access to shopping mall, availability of large food choices on delivery app and posh feeling - so will still recommend.From€95

A good place to stay for a few days.
Pros: Very clean. There is almost everything for a comfortable stay. From hooks in the bathroom to shampoo, from a spoon to a microwave. There are even earplugs. A good view from the window. There are places around where you can eat deliciously. In fact, there are more pros.
Cons: The location is not very good, you can probably only get to the center by car and only on a toll road. Taxi drivers always charge extra for the toll road. Noisy air conditioner fan. If you are used to sleeping in silence, you will have to turn off the air conditioner, because it rattles quite loudly. Not enough drinking water, I don’t understand why they don’t put a 20-liter bottle, it costs almost nothing compared to the rental price. The rental price is probably the biggest minus for me. Yes, the housing is good, but you can find something a little worse, but at a price 3 times lower.SOLD OUT

Everything is superb! Can enjoy their facilities including swimming pool, sauna, club at 26th floor. We bought the full board package, we can enjoy the afternoon tea, dinner, dessert, breakfast (can choose dine at club or Asia restaurant) and lunch before checkout , like they won't let us starving, and the foods was satisfying also. This is what we need like a short escape within the city. Definitely will back again!From€100

Room and stay here was overall pleasant. Has a small mall in the same building with eateries and convenience store which is great. Realized I left an item behind in the room 3mins after getting into the taxi and after checkout. Quickly U-turned back and front desk staff Aurora helped me back up to the room to retrieve the left behind item.From€34

The hotel is very clean and well maintained.
It's located in the heart of Jakarta and convenient to go to tourist places such as Monas, National mosque and cathedral.
The room was super clean and well equipped. I enjoyed the flavorful teas in the room. My husband and I ordered food via the Grab app. There were plenty of Halal certified restaurants around us.
The breakfast buffet was superb. Large varieties, waiters and waitresses were very helpful. We enjoyed food a lot 😊
The pool & gym were also nice.

Fo Staff need to well train how to talk with the guest, she wasn’t checked my ID card properly then she just said she couldn't find my name on the reservation. So I remind her to read and spell my name properly.

Lovely clean hotel, nice big room. We had kitchen facilities including microwave, oven, full size fridge and freezer, utensils, crockery etc. Also was useful to have a washing machine. 2 separate bathrooms. Lovely clean big windows. Ac good. Beds comfortable. Nice to have a separate living room and tvs showed HBO movies even in bedroom which we liked. Only negatives were not enough hand towels, bath mat and hand soap even after the room was cleaned these were not provided and tea and coffee not refilled. There is complimentary water in sealed glass bottles which must not be taken away or you are charged 50k.
Close to gongdangdia commuter station on the Bogor line which is very handy. There are some nice coffee shops nearby where you can have breakfast (turn right after exiting hotel) but hotel also has buffet breakfast for purchase approx 200k/person.From€54

This hotel is really good. The front desk staff's English is excellent, and they offer breakfast. It's also very close to the airport! Due to my flight schedule, I extended my stay for a few hours, and they didn't overcharge me, which shows they are very reputable!

I had an excellent stay at FM7 Resort Hotel – Jakarta Airport. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are impressive, especially the pool and spa.
What truly makes the stay outstanding is the exceptional service. Randy, Cyndi, and Aulia were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly went above and beyond.

The service was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming. Just a heads-up for breakfast: it's served until 10 AM and is 100% Indonesian. If that's not your preference, you'll have to look for food elsewhere.
My main disappointment was that the room window didn't open, and there was an unpleasant odor both in the room and in the hallways. I suggest the establishment consider using air diffusers to improve the atmosphere.

Free shuttle even at midnight! Very good communication and quick to arrive. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. The hotel room was lovely, very clean (and I am very picky!) with freshly-washed linens. Large bathroom with great hot shower. Very quiet place despite being so close to the airport. Nothing negative to say; it was a 100% positive stay and I would highly recommend. Shuttle back to the airport was right on time and despite having a lot of people, it went quickly and we were at the airport in only five minutes.

I stayed at this hotel more than 30 years ago, they have refreshed the rooms except the toilet. The breakfast was also very good with many food choices in the morning. It is a convenient hotel to stay as there is a shopping mall connected to it and there are many shops and activities and restaurant food choices. We had some trouble with one of the room and we made a complain and Ms. Erika (Duty Manager) response was swift, efficient and she sort it out quickly for us. Special shout out for the service rendered.
Overall it was an enjoyable stay and will come back again the next time in Jakarta

This hotel is perfect for a layover. It's safe and convenient for freshening up. The only downside is the poor soundproofing, but given the price, it's still a good value overall. The staff are also very enthusiastic and attentive. I'll definitely come back again.
