At first I booked a short stay thinking I will hop hotels, but the warm hug of a hotel that this was, I ended up staying here for most my trip. It's also not far from downtown South Jakarta, usually about a 10-minute Grab ride away, though one rainy day it took us an hour and a half! The hotel rooms are very spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped (though without seasonings). The bathroom has a washer-dryer combo (laundry detergent is provided), which is very convenient overall. The only minor drawback was encountering some small insects on a lower floor, but the front desk quickly came to help when called. A good place to stay for a few days.
Pros: Very clean. There is almost everything for a comfortable stay. From hooks in the bathroom to shampoo, from a spoon to a microwave. There are even earplugs. A good view from the window. There are places around where you can eat deliciously. In fact, there are more pros.
Cons: The location is not very good, you can probably only get to the center by car and only on a toll road. Taxi drivers always charge extra for the toll road. Noisy air conditioner fan. If you are used to sleeping in silence, you will have to turn off the air conditioner, because it rattles quite loudly. Not enough drinking water, I don’t understand why they don’t put a 20-liter bottle, it costs almost nothing compared to the rental price. The rental price is probably the biggest minus for me. Yes, the housing is good, but you can find something a little worse, but at a price 3 times lower.SOLD OUT

The hotel's location might be in an older part of the city? It's right next to a subway station, but as soon as you step out of the hotel, it feels a bit chaotic. I couldn't find any decent restaurants within walking distance, and I wasn't brave enough to try the street food. There are no restaurants in the subway station either, just a very small convenience store where I bought some milk. We didn't expect to get a very nice treats during our stay for Christmas, from the welcoming us, the ambiance, the coziness & cleanness of our room, the services of the Staffs, eventhough when we were at the pool with a mixed up of the order of 'margarita' but they handled it with care, so thanks for that, really appreciated! Room and stay here was overall pleasant. Has a small mall in the same building with eateries and convenience store which is great. Realized I left an item behind in the room 3mins after getting into the taxi and after checkout. The room was spacious... Took 5 rooms for the familia... 2 different floors..
Amenities such as pool.. damnn superb
Breakfast... Two 👍 and two toes up.. superb.. spoil for choices
All were perfect other than a small minor thing.. maybe just the room that I got.. the toilet has a some sewage smell...

The Ra Suites Simatupang is by far the best choice for us, especially when booking rooms such as the 3-BR suite for up to 6 travelers. Booked 1 bedroom residence for the family. The bed is really comfy and huge. The apartment has a nice small balcony from the bedroom, washing machine dryer and kitchenette. I enjoyed my amazing view as we stayed over new year. We could see all the fireworks and the changing lights of Citibank. Location is great as Pacific place is accessible from the hotel lobby. Only thing is if you GRAB food, they find it hard to deliver to the hotel but manageable. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.FromPLN 584
