Breakfast not that bad..but no standby cooker at the egg stay, lazy for service. They lock the fitness center and the pool. You have to ask them if you want to use it.

We stayed at InterContinental Jeddah for three nights over New Year’s Eve, expecting a special experience, but unfortunately the service was mediocre and underwhelming. Despite contacting the hotel two weeks in advance and receiving confirmation, the room was not prepared for three people upon arrival. Communication with reception and housekeeping was disappointing. An additional bed had to be requested twice, and when it finally arrived it was set up with a questionable brown blanket instead of proper white bedding. It took further effort to have it corrected. We also had to repeatedly ask for an extra towel for the third guest. The instant service phone line was constantly busy, forcing us to walk to reception multiple times. Even basic items like bath gel dispenser were not refilled, we had to call. Guest Relations contacted us via WhatsApp to ask about our stay, but after we responded, there was no reply at all—it appeared to be an automated message. Reception staff were forgetful and not proactive, despite the reception never being particularly busy during our stay. When asking about New Year’s Eve events, no one mentioned or attempted to upsell the hotel’s own buffet or any other activities. We only discovered the daily buffet (available until 1 a.m.) later when speaking directly with restaurant staff. There was also no information provided about Africa Cup screenings. On a positive note, the facilities are clean and well maintained, and the breakfast staff were the only truly attentive and professional team members throughout our stay. Particular thanks to the Egyptian(?) manager and his team. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the service level does not currently reflect the InterContinental brand, especially for a holiday stay.

Ctrip showes it’s opened in 2022, but actually this hotel is really too old, at 15 years old. The receptionist scanned the room card too times, but I can’t enter into the room, I was so tired, they didn’t do the right job. And they firstly gave me a room with very bad smell, which came from the old carpet. I requested to change to another room, it’s not as worse as before, but it’s still bad. Will avoid this hotel for ever.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Tariq at reception made check-in quick and seamless, which was a great start to our stay. A big thank you to Luay, the duty manager, who truly went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the location was ideal—within walking distance of coffee shops and local spots. Overall, a fantastic hotel with amazing staff. This was our first stay in Jeddah, and the level of service at this hotel far exceeded our expectations. They treated us as family, gave us tours of the huge hotel and the Corniche. We were greeted with a welcome drink and a fruit basket. The lobby is incredible with live music in the evenings. The restaurant may be a little over priced but with will prepared food and wonderful service. The live band was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the room had nice amenities. The shower had low pressure and odd temperature settings. Overall, one of our favorite stays. We will be back. I wouldn't consider staying at a different hotel. This felt like home.

I arrived from Makkah were I had an awful experience and stay at the hotel Marriott Courtyard (very dirty and I got an asthma crisis because of that, an horrible one). At our arrival at the Movempick hotel, Mr Abdelrahman, the responsable in the lobby for the reservation without knowing my story but, certainly by seeing my state, upgrade discretely my reservation. It was a beautiful and spacious room. Exactly what my husband and I needed 🥰 at this time. A very warmly Thank you.. you will find it on your way inchallah. Regarding the hotel, it is very clean, very professional and friendly staff. The only missing points: a spa , a sauna and a bigger swimming pool ( it was a children swimming pool ) . Thank you 🙏

The first time I stayed in a hotel, I felt that I bought a brand. Hilton's Waldorf. To be honest, it is obviously cheaper for the shared resources Hilton. Of course, I understand that the brand positioning may be a high level. But the service did not keep up. I basically saw three staff members when I checked in. No one helped pull the luggage. I checked in at a lazy front desk and there was a very unbelievable African door. Because he needs his card to go to the SpA floor to swim, he will also question the guests with permission. Overall, there is no service at all, and it may be that this is super luxurious and cold positioning. The first time I met a hotel without breakfast in 2000➕, I had to go to Hilton for breakfast. The overall feeling is lonely. If you must pursue the location, you can enjoy half the price of Hilton next to it. The key person has a buffet downstairs. Buy an order for flashy

Booking overseas hotels through Ctrip is incredibly convenient. Everything was wonderful, I had a great holiday, the room types were great, and the prices were cheaper than other platforms. The key is the super convenient payment process. When I couldn't pay online from other websites, Ctrip handled everything perfectly; customer service took care of everything. The hotel is conveniently located, with a small but efficient parking lot. The public areas are nice, but the room amenities are average and somewhat mismatched. The executive rooms are not particularly special, aside from being slightly larger. The restaurant is excellent, and the service is warm and attentive. However, the reservation and front desk service can be a bit stilted. Perhaps due to the hotel's recent opening, I hope to see improvements next time I visit.

All is good overall. They may just need to review the feedback on Google and use it as an evaluation to improve quality. During my stay, no towels were provided initially, so I had to ask. Also, my key card was only set for one night even though I stayed for two. They should pay more attention to the bed sheets, as I found some hair and stains on them. It’s actually a nice hotel, just needs some improvements. I don’t expect the same level of hospitality as in Asia, but if they could improve in that area, it would be even better. Thank you so much!

During my stay, no towels were provided initially, so I had to ask. Also, my key card was only set for one night even though I stayed for two. They should pay more attention to the bed sheets, as I found some hair and stains on them. It’s actually a nice hotel, just needs some improvements. I don’t expect the same level of hospitality as in Asia, but if they could improve in that area, it would be even better. Thank you so much!

awkward weird one piece shower unit built-in faucet with broken parts fixed with silcon glue, trickle weak warm water flow, tiny entry door. door hard to shut can't fully close to.keep.water in. bad placement on room power shut off hidden behind door.. in room safe don't work. battery dead did not use. towel well used I thought it was shower floor mat because same size. second towel even more worn than first. did not use both. princessly elegant manager friendly staffs for guests. no restaurant inside but small cafe. many outside but not easy walking access due to freeway access.
