Check-in building difficult to find. The pool is dirty and poorly maintained. Many Vietnamese families stay here. Adults leave their rooms doors open in the hallway and yell loudly, and children run around the hallway and rooms screaming. We booked two rooms, but only one was ready at check-in. We waited 30 minutes. The single sofa in the room was dirty. Even a half-night stay is a waste of money. It's better to spend this money on a half-night in the city. A Grab ride to the airport costs 40,000-60,000 VND.

I went on a sunset tour in Mui Ne and needed a place to shower and pack my bags before returning home, so I chose the Magnolia Hotel near Cam Ranh Airport. It was very economical as three people could make a reservation for about 24,000 won. When returning home after the Mui Ne tour, many people choose to take a shower and get a massage at a massage shop because of the sand all over their bodies. Compared to that, it was much more economical and it was nice to be able to easily unfold and unpack the suitcase on the last day of the trip. The bedding and towels didn't seem comfortable for sleeping, but the cleaning and amenities were good. The room is just like the picture. There are a lot of people who say they can't get Grab to the airport, but as of midnight, they really can't get Grab. When I tried to call the Grab driver I had previously ridden via KakaoTalk, he charged me 200,000 dong to get to the airport (the Grab price was 135,000 dong). I asked the person at the reception to call me, so I called a taxi driver I knew and got a comfortable ride to the airport for 144,000 dong (I only had this much Vietnamese dong lol)~~!! You were so kind that I ended my trip in a good mood. I hope this review will be of help to those who are considering the Magnolia Hotel!!

I have never waited so long to check in. Guests want to arrive early and check in early to change clothes and enjoy the amenities. Going out but doing so takes too much time. I was very upset when I went to the receptionist to ask twice and still didn't see the receptionist finish processing it. The third time I asked, it was done, but the receptionist forgot to call me back to get the room key :( Even so, there was no apology, like it was obvious? A nice hotel with a private beach. The walk to the sea takes about 10 minutes, but it passes through beautiful grounds and another hotel located on the beachfront. We were sent to this hotel's restaurant for breakfast, which was excellent. Our hotel wasn't full. We were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a room with a sea view. The grounds of the second, sister hotel are very beautiful. The beach is wide with fine sand, the sea is stunning, and there are sun loungers and umbrellas. The downside is the lack of infrastructure outside the hotel. Dinner must be served at the hotel restaurant or you have to travel to Cam Ranh or Nha Trang. The hotel does have a kitchen, but we didn't eat there. Nha Trang can be reached by taxi or bus 16. The promised free airport shuttle for stays of more than three nights was not provided.

Of course, the dishes are still quite rich, but in Vietnam, It’s more expensive, and the key is that there is no takeaway here, away from the city, In addition, the room number is more difficult to find. They are on the dual side, the singular side, and they have to be divided into the A side and the B side. We found the room and took a lot of effort.

Pros: Beautiful grounds, an empty beach with white sand, designer landscaping, and lovely villas. The villas categorized as “sea view” aren't actually beachfront – haha. At first, I felt a bit cheated, but then the location turned out to be even better, as hardly anyone walks past the panoramic windows. The main drawback of the hotel is the restaurant's cuisine – we haven't eaten such unappetizing food in a long time. This is especially surprising considering that in Vietnam, even a roadside diner can serve up delicious meals. For example, the seafood rice (pictured) that was ordered from the menu arrived cold from the buffet and contained no seafood at all. They warmed it up when asked, but offered no apology. The breakfasts are mediocre, to say the least; they can't even cook an omelet properly, nor any other dishes. The dinner buffet is terrible, sparse, and bland. It's a 45-minute taxi ride to Nha Trang where you can find good food and shopping, so going every day isn't feasible. The hotel is located close to the airport, but you can't hear any airplane noise – it's as quiet as grandma's village.

I arrived at 23 o'clock and tried to check in at the hotel. With the absurd word ”no booking”, they said that the hotel name and phone number were different, and they just continued to say that they had no word. I thought it was a fraud, so I told the trip call center, and when I heard the response from the person concerned to check in, I was annoyed. I went into the hostel at 3 o'clock after a few times. If you arrive at dawn and go to Nha Trang, you have to communicate in English or Vietnamese. If you don't do it, you may have to sleep in a chair. Later, it's not true, but the person who has been distributed is on the trip, and only the management is done by the hotel. Therefore, those who want to check in at dawn need to communicate well in language to sleep. The people caught in Agoda that day also slept in a confusion like me. The hotel view and the swimming pool are awesome.. Recommended if you only check in well

This was my fifth trip to Nha Trang, but my first time staying in the Cam Ranh area, and it exceeded all my expectations. The resort was spotless, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and I had a truly relaxing stay. Even though I rarely use hotel pools, I ended up spending more than an hour there, and the complimentary float rental was a nice touch. The resort is also perfect for a peaceful walk, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and it’s an ideal place for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely come back again.

I booked this place for a 0.5-night stay on the last day of my trip, just to catch a late-night flight, and surprisingly, it was amazing with a fantastic view! Since it was a Sunday, they had a foam party at the pool in the afternoon, which the kids absolutely loved. The pool was large and great for swimming, and there was a jacuzzi too, which I sadly didn't get to use. Everything else was perfect, but when we went to the beach to play in the waves, they were too strong. Plus, there seemed to be oil in the sand ㅠㅠ. My brand new Crocs and rash guard got stained, and it's not coming off easily. If I come back to Nha Trang, I'd definitely consider staying here for 0.5 to 1 night again, but I probably won't go to that beach, lol. Also, it was a bit disappointing that check-out wasn't quicker, as I had to rush to the airport with the kids late at night (waited about 10 minutes).

We booked a room here for our last night before flying out, as it's only a 10-minute drive from Cam Ranh Airport. For the price (just over three thousand rubles), it's an excellent option. Check-in was fast, and they didn't require a deposit. The room was clean and comfortable with a magnificent sea view. There's a large swimming pool. The sea and beach are also pleasant, with sun loungers available. Yes, there's no infrastructure nearby, but we were aware of that. Checking out at 5 AM took no more than five minutes.

Around 9 PM on the day of check-in, after waiting in line for 20 minutes, the front desk suddenly told me I was overbooked? They asked me to cancel and find another hotel? But same-day cancellations are non-refundable, who's responsible? I had to call Trip.com customer service, and in less than 10 minutes, the front desk arranged this double room for me. Originally, I booked a double room, but considering I had an early flight the next day and needed to check out, I figured having a place to stay was enough. I will never book any hotel in the Arena area again. I booked four nights in five days at different hotels, but the front desk was the same one each time. I also encountered two nights where they arranged two single beds for me, even though I paid for a double room.

I researched every hotel in the area and Hammy was the cheapest I could find for 0.5 nights. Empyrean, Victor, Oceanview, etc are all in the same building but Hammi had the best price. I felt comfortable because the owners were so nice. I left a message on Kakaotalk and they responded very quickly and gently. The service was good, the rooms were nice, the staff was friendly but the waves are big this time of year so don't swim, it would be nice to walk around and get a massage in the resort's spa before your flight.

I booked this hotel for a quick stopover before my flight, so I could easily get to the airport. There are two buildings on the property; mine was the first one from the road, but you have to go to the building closer to the beach for breakfast. The breakfasts are good, with a decent selection, but the restaurant is very noisy. This is because 90-95% of the hotel guests are from Vietnam or China, and they tend to speak loudly. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. The beach was a bit dirty; after a week, I realized they don't seem to care for their natural environment and don't know what a trash can is – litter is everywhere. Beach towels aren't provided for free; you have to pay for them. To the right of the hotel, there's a good cafe where I had dinner. All in all, for the price, it's an acceptable place to stay for a couple of days.

The staff are friendly and service-minded, and they make an active effort to welcome Korean speakers. This is my second time here, following last year. Once, I had to cancel due to an unexpected family emergency. On my last trip, it was my birthday, and the resort surprised me with a cake and a congratulatory card! It was very touching. I always stay for 2 nights and 3 days, but if the stay were longer, the food might get a bit boring. We made good use of Lotte Mart, taking Grab to eat out, and ordering delivery. ^^

Our stay at Hotel Lugano left us with the warmest and most pleasant memories! We arrived as a large family of six and booked two rooms. We were accommodated in the second building. Initially, this was a bit surprising and raised some questions, as we had expected to stay in the main building. However, after a few days, we realized it was actually a big plus. The second building is much calmer, quieter, and cozier, which is especially important when vacationing with family and children. We chose the 'Ultra All-Inclusive' package, and it turned out to be a very convenient decision. The wide selection of delicious food and drinks, good service, and the ability to not worry about a thing made our vacation as comfortable as possible. I'd particularly like to mention the sea — it was simply magnificent! The clear, transparent water, beautiful beach, and stunning views created a true holiday feeling. The children thoroughly enjoyed their time on the beach and in the water. We also really enjoyed the hotel's evening program. Almost every evening, there were various concerts, musical evenings, artist performances, and entertainment shows. It was very pleasant to gather as a family after a busy day, enjoy live music, and soak in the festive atmosphere. As for minor suggestions, we'd like to point out that the second building currently lacks a kids' club. However, we noticed that it's already under construction, which is great news — future stays with children will be even more convenient. Also, in our opinion, it would be convenient to have at least a small restaurant or dining area for guests in the second building. Overall, our vacation exceeded our expectations. Clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful grounds, a wonderful sea, diverse dining, interesting entertainment, and friendly staff made our holiday unforgettable. We were very satisfied and would gladly return to this hotel again. Many thanks to the entire hotel team for the wonderful hospitality and a fantastic vacation!

We stayed at Ana Mandara Resort with my mother for a few days. Unfortunately, although the resort is advertised as a five-star property, it did not meet our expectations. Overall, I would personally rate it closer to four stars. Our check-in was strictly at 3:00 p.m., which wasn’t a problem, but our first impression of the room was underwhelming. We booked a Garden View room, and while it was comfortable and clean, it didn’t feel worth the price. My advice is to spend a little more and book a room with a better view, as it will make your stay much more enjoyable. The resort itself is very green and well-maintained, but it’s much smaller than it appears in the promotional photos. There is one main swimming pool, but it was always full of children, making it difficult to relax. When I entered the pool, I also noticed an unpleasant smell, so we decided not to swim there. We ordered drinks at the beach bar, but the service was quite slow—they even forgot about my coconut, and I had to remind the staff about my order. The beach is beautiful, and it’s easy to take stunning photos there. However, in the afternoon and evening it becomes very crowded, and finding an available sunbed is difficult unless you reserve one in advance. Personally, I don’t think guests at a five-star resort should have to reserve beach beds just to have somewhere to relax. We also noticed that some of the beach mattresses had visible stains, and a few of the towels looked old and slightly yellow, which was disappointing. Our first day was honestly frustrating, and I felt that the resort did not justify its price. Thankfully, I contacted the manager, who handled the situation professionally. He arranged reserved beach beds for us every day, made sure we received clean towels, and genuinely tried to improve our experience. We also decided to upgrade our room to one with a better view, which made our stay much more enjoyable. I truly appreciate the manager’s efforts because he really turned the experience around. One thing to keep in mind is the location. Cam Ranh is quite far from Nha Trang city—about a 35-40 minute taxi ride each way. While there are a few local seafood restaurants nearby, you’ll need to budget for transportation if you plan to visit Nha Trang or its attractions. Cam Ranh itself is still developing, and there is a lot of construction along the coastline. Overall, while we enjoyed the beautiful beach and appreciated the excellent service from the manager, I don’t feel the resort offers good value for the price. If you’re considering staying here, I would recommend booking a room with a sea view and being prepared for the extra costs and the resort’s location. For us, it simply wasn’t the five-star experience we were expecting.

This is a really great resort. It's perfect for families. I especially liked that there's a separate kitchen and a bathroom in every room. The only downside is that the Cam Ranh area is far from the city center, which made it a bit inconvenient for enjoying Nha Trang. But other than that, everything else was good.

I booked this hotel for a quick stopover before my flight, so I could easily get to the airport. There are two buildings on the property; mine was the first one from the road, but you have to go to the building closer to the beach for breakfast. The breakfasts are good, with a decent selection, but the restaurant is very noisy. This is because 90-95% of the hotel guests are from Vietnam or China, and they tend to speak loudly. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. The beach was a bit dirty; after a week, I realized they don't seem to care for their natural environment and don't know what a trash can is – litter is everywhere. Beach towels aren't provided for free; you have to pay for them. To the right of the hotel, there's a good cafe where I had dinner. All in all, for the price, it's an acceptable place to stay for a couple of days.

I booked this place for a 0.5-night stay on the last day of my trip, just to catch a late-night flight, and surprisingly, it was amazing with a fantastic view! Since it was a Sunday, they had a foam party at the pool in the afternoon, which the kids absolutely loved. The pool was large and great for swimming, and there was a jacuzzi too, which I sadly didn't get to use. Everything else was perfect, but when we went to the beach to play in the waves, they were too strong. Plus, there seemed to be oil in the sand ㅠㅠ. My brand new Crocs and rash guard got stained, and it's not coming off easily. If I come back to Nha Trang, I'd definitely consider staying here for 0.5 to 1 night again, but I probably won't go to that beach, lol. Also, it was a bit disappointing that check-out wasn't quicker, as I had to rush to the airport with the kids late at night (waited about 10 minutes).

This was my fifth trip to Nha Trang, but my first time staying in the Cam Ranh area, and it exceeded all my expectations. The resort was spotless, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and I had a truly relaxing stay. Even though I rarely use hotel pools, I ended up spending more than an hour there, and the complimentary float rental was a nice touch. The resort is also perfect for a peaceful walk, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and it’s an ideal place for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely come back again.

A nice hotel with a private beach. The walk to the sea takes about 10 minutes, but it passes through beautiful grounds and another hotel located on the beachfront. We were sent to this hotel's restaurant for breakfast, which was excellent. Our hotel wasn't full. We were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a room with a sea view. The grounds of the second, sister hotel are very beautiful. The beach is wide with fine sand, the sea is stunning, and there are sun loungers and umbrellas. The downside is the lack of infrastructure outside the hotel. Dinner must be served at the hotel restaurant or you have to travel to Cam Ranh or Nha Trang. The hotel does have a kitchen, but we didn't eat there. Nha Trang can be reached by taxi or bus 16. The promised free airport shuttle for stays of more than three nights was not provided.

In the evening, we ordered dinner from the restaurant and had it delivered to our room. The pool is fantastic, and the water was surprisingly warm. There's also a lazy river, but it operates on a schedule. The kids' club is in a neighboring building, spacious, with a trampoline and a ball pit. We went to the beach for a swim in the sea. The beach has 'singing sand,' and the sea is crystal clear. HOWEVER, sometimes there's trash floating around (plastic bags, tubes, packaging). Otherwise, we have no complaints.
