The hotel is made with Ritz-Carlton. We stayed on Saturday and Sunday, which is much cheaper than other five-star hotels. Driving, valet parking 45 knives. I have to pay extra for the Internet, my mobile phone is often broken, and other devices are fine. The hotel beach is under maintenance and the experience is a lot worse. There is a small private beach left, and there are very few people. The swimming pool is big and the rest of the pool is not very big. The gym is quite big and there are very few people. There is also a jazz performance in the lobby at night.

The booking process was very complicated and I had to keep checking the details were correct, which I would not normally have to do with corporate hotel stays. We had to make last minute calls to the duty manager to obtain the key pin, since no-one confirmed the details regardless of me chasing multiple times. Apparently the agent who was dealing with the booking was on leave (!?), and had not handed over the guest information to the relevant team. So for the price, very substandard service.

The booking process was very complicated and I had to keep checking the details were correct, which I would not normally have to do with corporate hotel stays. We had to make last minute calls to the duty manager to obtain the key pin, since no-one confirmed the details regardless of me chasing multiple times. Apparently the agent who was dealing with the booking was on leave (!?), and had not handed over the guest information to the relevant team. So for the price, very substandard service.

The hotel is made with Ritz-Carlton. We stayed on Saturday and Sunday, which is much cheaper than other five-star hotels. Driving, valet parking 45 knives. I have to pay extra for the Internet, my mobile phone is often broken, and other devices are fine. The hotel beach is under maintenance and the experience is a lot worse. There is a small private beach left, and there are very few people. The swimming pool is big and the rest of the pool is not very big. The gym is quite big and there are very few people. There is also a jazz performance in the lobby at night.

The location is very good, there is a swimming pool, very close to the beach, there are supermarkets, CVs, restaurants and cafes nearby, the indoor space is large, the equipment is a bit old, you need to prepare your own toiletries. The parking lot is a lot and free, it is still recommended for a short holiday!
