The hotel is super close to the airport, and you can easily get there by public transport from the airport – it's just across the road. There are quite a few supermarkets nearby, and the staff are really friendly and welcoming. The overall environment is great, and the linens in the room are clean and tidy. All in all, it was a comfortable stay with good value for money.

This is a mixed review as it was both pleasant and bad. We arrived late at night as our flight was delayed but only to find our room was not available (BTS was in town). The hotel receptionist was nice to allocate 2 single rooms opposite the premises which has no Aircon. Mind you, heatwave at 30+degrees at night is no joke. We asked for a fan ( which never came) as the room which they gave us has no Aircon so we endured till morning. They finally allocated our room where the Aircon is faulty...again we endured another night, the engineers came and the Aircon was still not working. Finally, we requested to change our room. We finally got to get some decent rest for the next 2 nights. Overall, it would have been a pleasant place to stay but unfortunately the hotel probably overbooked for the night we checked in and short changed us with what we have paid. The hotel is currently under furnishing so it is surviving on one lift.

Great stay at the Novotel Canary Wharf. super easy access to the subway and a smooth connection to the airport, which made getting around effortless. There's a convenient coffee shop right downstairs, perfect for a quick start to the day. Loved being able to unwind at the pool and sauna after a long day out. Definitely will come back!

The location is convenient; it's easy to get around after arriving by Eurostar. Every day, I just told reception to clean the room and change the towels, and they did a great job, with plenty of fresh towels. Having air conditioning in the summer is really important; it's so nice to come back to a cool, relaxing room after a day of sightseeing.

Our stay here was a breath of fresh air after our experience in a shoebox hotel room in another hotel closer to London Kings Cross. The hotel has been recently renovated and now has a modern artsy interior. Facilities and interior of the rooms are very new and clean. And we also appreciated the room size which was much more spacious compared to other hotels in London - both of us could open our large size luggages with ample room! Although the location is not in the center of tourist attractions, we appreciated that the area was abit more quiet and peaceful but still very convenient as only a short walk to the tube (west Brompton district line) which connected us to majority of attractions easily and within short distance. It was also easy to get onto the picadilly line for Heathrow at the end of our trip as picadilly line stations are also close by. There were also busstops right outside our hotel & west brompton station is also an overground station if you need to travel to outside central london Overall great experience and would definitely stay here again

The hotel rep was kind enough to reply that they could not refund or change the dates of my stay when I informed them with proof of an email by Emirates who cancelled the original flight and rescheduled it causing me to lose an entire whole day and of course my paid booking at the hotel. When I finally landed I actually went to have a look and found the hotel as above. I really hope Trip.com will look into this issue of getting hotels to consider refunds in the event such as illness, emergency or flight cancellations or factors out of customers control regardless of the original clause of non refundable within 24 hours.

Booked here for four nights, this time, at the end of my UK holiday and it was right in the middle of high tourist season so was very busy! However, the service was still up to scratch, room (I think I’d booked the smallest one!) clean with a standing a/c (thank God) unit by the bed. It’s a delightful and historic building with a superb lounge and bar (which I still didn’t use, so next time!). Breakfast continues to be wonderful (had to ensure I arrived when it started, though, in order to get a table) with just about every option you could imagine. I would recommend some veggie sausages as well, though, in this day and age to go with your first-rate cooked breakfast selection. My only real complaint is the time it took to retrieve my luggage (and I saw some other customers also waiting quite a while). Thanks again!

As a solo traveler, I had such a wonderful stay at Mimi’s. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. It was a tiny room but worked for one person with all the needed items, including a hair dryer and the life saving air conditioner. They also offer £10 charge to store luggage which was nice for walking around before leaving the area. The lobby is also quite lovely and relaxing. Would absolutely stay here again, a wonderful spot in the center of theatres and restaurants.

Excellent location in Ealing ~10 minute walk from the main Ealing Broadway Can't fault the customer service, they handed us warmed cookies as a welcome. Hotel room has nespresso machine & pods, twinings tea bag selection & kettle. Smart TV able to cast from phone (android). Great shower pressure & temperature control. Comfy bed. Only issue would be the room AC, not sure it worked properly, temperature increased from 19 to 21 degrees overnight in the room, even though it was set at 18 degrees. It may well be the inferior 'fan coil unit' which doesn't seem to work as well. If you stay over the weekend, there is free side-street parking next to the hotel

The room was clean and comfortable, though nothing particularly stood out as exceptional. The bed was decent and we slept reasonably well. The hotel's location is excellent; we could walk to the London Eye, take a Thames river cruise, and visit Westminster Abbey. Using Uber was also very convenient, and there are double-decker buses right outside the hotel, making transportation accessible everywhere. On our first day, we received a welcome fruit platter. The front desk also provided a daily fruit basket near the elevators for guests to help themselves. Additionally, free iced water and lemonade were available, which was great for filling up bottles before heading out. A bespectacled Caucasian lady at the front desk was exceptionally nice, answering all our questions with gentleness and patience. She even gave our child a small gift, which kicked off our London trip wonderfully. The tall, Black gentleman at the concierge had a charming smile and helped us arrange luggage storage, ensuring a perfect end to our journey. The Executive City View room was particularly suitable for families, as the sofa bed was a fantastic 1.5-meter double bed! This meant the room effectively had two 1.5-meter beds, separated by a partition, making it ideal for families. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, but towels and linens weren't changed every day, which is understandable for environmental reasons. However, it was a bit disappointing when stained sheets weren't replaced. Also, old bathrobes were taken away but not replaced with new ones, and slippers weren't replenished during our 7-day stay; by the last two days, they were practically falling apart. On the day of checkout, December 12th, the male receptionist severely lowered the hotel's service score. He was impatient during our conversation, and even though he knew we weren't proficient in English, he spoke quickly and mumbled. This was a stark contrast to the thoughtful attitude of the Caucasian lady on our first day, who slowed down her speech and emphasized important words for guests. The hotel breakfast was quite good, especially for London, which can be a 'food desert,' but the variety never changed, making it a bit repetitive after seven days. Furthermore, the room's hardware facilities were a bit old, and the bathroom was too small, with the toilet and sink almost touching, making it feel cramped. Overall, it's still a good hotel, and I hope the areas needing improvement will be addressed.

Overall, it's a good hotel. It's conveniently located right next to Victoria Station. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and the welcome cookies were delicious! The room was clean, hygienic, and quiet. There might have been a loose connection with the power strip, as the power cut out twice automatically. Housekeeping fixed it promptly. Breakfast was plentiful, but when I returned with a drink, I noticed the glass was cracked. Luckily, I hadn't taken a sip yet, otherwise, it could have been dangerous! I informed a staff member, who apologized and took it away. The restaurant staff really need to be more careful and thorough – that was quite dangerous! They offer free luggage storage, which is a great service.

This was my first trip to London, and after a long search, I finally settled on this hotel, largely based on previous reviews. We traveled from Gatwick to London and then departed from Heathrow, and the hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable. It's right next to a tube station and a large supermarket. We skipped the hotel breakfast and almost always grabbed something from PAUL downstairs – for a family of three, a decent meal there cost over 300 RMB. We stayed for six nights, and housekeeping came daily. The hotel layout is very practical too; the bathroom counter had plenty of space for our toiletries. It's a really high-value hotel. We walked to the Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Gardens, Imperial College, the Natural History Museum, and the V&A Museum – it was incredibly convenient. We also tried a few highly-rated restaurants nearby, which I highly recommend, but remember to book in advance!

Our family of four booked the Tower Bridge view suite, which was incredibly spacious and came with a kitchen and washing machine – super convenient! The view of Tower Bridge from our window was amazing, and the subway station was just a few steps downstairs, along with a ferry terminal. We used boats and the subway for all our travel, which was really easy. There's a small supermarket a few hundred meters away where you can pick up basic groceries, fruit, and daily necessities. The only downside was the price being a bit high during peak season, but other than that, no complaints! The front desk staff were also very nice! By the way, they provided slippers, toothbrushes, and toiletries, so I didn't even need to use the ones I brought. 😀

Overall, the service was excellent. The hotel has a lovely small garden, which is a rare find. When checking out, they ask if you'd like to pay an additional 5% service charge. The breakfast was fantastic; I highly recommend booking a room with breakfast included. The toiletries are all from Labo. As is typical for European hotels, the rooms aren't huge, but they do come with a Nespresso machine. First, the positive aspects: - The staff were very friendly. Thank you! - The hotel's location is very good, it is a 2-minute walk from Tower Hill Station (Circle/District line) and a 5-minute walk from Tower Gate DLR station. - There is a coffee machine in the room and complimentary water is provided every day. The bathroom is equipped with the usual amenities. - The bed is comfortable. - The request for a room far away from the lift was granted. The negative aspects: - The room was cool (personal opinion). Despite adjusting the temperature control in the room, the room temperature did not change. - In the second room, water suddenly dripped through the ceiling (in the bathroom) during the night, so there was a change of rooms. It would have been nice (not mandatory, but nice) to offer guests breakfast in return. The television in the new room did not seem to work. Would I book again? In the summer yes.

Booked a 2-night Premier Two Double Beds Room at Pan Pacific London for my son’s graduation trip via trip.com. The booking stated “pay at hotel,” but unfortunately the hotel pre-collected the payment upon booking instead of charging upon check-in. <PS: I've feedback to trip.com> Upon arrival, they also deducted GBP300 as a deposit (meaning actually charged, not just pre-authorized/blocked). During check-out, I noticed they planned to refund only GBP280 because they had automatically included a 5% per night “service charge.” Since I usually don’t carefully check hotel bills, I asked why the full GBP300 wasn’t being refunded. The staff replied, “Did you like our service?” and said they could remove the charge if I didn’t wish to pay it. Honestly, I found this quite unreasonable and unacceptable, especially as it felt like a hidden optional charge rather than something transparently communicated upfront. This is definitely one negative point I would like to highlight. Apart from that, the room itself was spacious, the bed and mattress were extremely comfortable, and I absolutely loved their warm bathrobes. Housekeeping service was excellent throughout the stay. However, surprisingly, the mini-bar was not complimentary despite the relatively high room rates for our room type.

The hotel is located in a very safe and convenient area, with easy access to transportation, which is a big plus. However, the service from many staff members was quite disappointing. They did not feel welcoming, especially during breakfast where some staff appeared unfriendly and unapproachable, and service overall was quite limited. The room experience also did not meet expectations for a 5-star hotel. Housekeeping only changed bed sheets every three days, which feels quite infrequent. The in-room amenities were minimal and not well equipped. The heating system in the room was also a major issue. The heater was not warm enough, and when I informed the staff, they only provided an extra portable heater, which was not practical in such a small room. The air conditioning could only be adjusted to around 24°C, which made the room too cold at night and too warm during the day, making it very uncomfortable. We stayed at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel for our anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The ambient scent throughout the property is very pleasant (though the perfume can feel a touch overpowering at times), and our room was clean, well-stocked with amenities, and featured an incredibly comfortable king-size bed. A huge thank you to the General Manager, Jitesh, and the entire team for going above and beyond to make our celebration special. They decorated our bed with roses and balloons and arranged an absolutely delicious chocolate cake for us. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently lovely, warm, and helpful. A couple of practical notes for future guests: the mini-fridge in our room didn't seem to get very cold-our drinks were still relatively room temperature after leaving them overnight. Location-wise, getting into central London requires a bit of planning. The Imperial Wharf Overground/Underground station is right outside, but almost all trains were unfortunately cancelled during our visit. Taking the C3 bus to Earl's Court Underground station (about 10 mins ride) worked well, or an Uber to Leicester Square takes roughly 20–30 minutes and costs around £30. Because of our busy schedule, we didn't get a chance to try the restaurant or the spa, but that just gives us a reason to return. Aside from a few minor details, we couldn't fault the hospitality and look forward to staying again!

It's a very strange hotel. There are plenty of staff members, but you have to ask at least twice to get anything done. For example, during our two-night stay, we requested ice for our room three times, and only received it once, after calling reception to follow up again. The building feels like a maze, and the rooms are clearly in need of renovation. We noticed stains on the carpets and chairs, outdated furniture, and a small, old TV. The rain showerhead was covered in limescale and didn’t work at all, the bath gel bottle was broken. On one occasion, I even received a bath towel with visible stains. The AC wasn't working in all building, and it was 34C outside. When we reported the issue, reception told us someone would come to check whether it could be repaired, but obviously no one ever showed up. After waiting for about an hour, we went back to reception ourselves, and then they offered to move us to another room. We waited about an hour again to see it, only to find that it had no AC either. Only after that did the manager come to apologize and offer us a fan, a cooler, and a £50 voucher to use on the premises. However, since the voucher was offered verbally and not confirmed in writing, I chose not to use it. Because I didn’t want it to affect my deposit £50 deposit, that was charged to my debit card. It’s still on hold, by the way. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent: right in central London, close to two Tube stations and Liverpool Street Station. That convenience was the main reason we booked, along with what seemed like a good offer. They also have a club lounge, but you won’t get access unless you specifically ask the concierge. On Friday night there was even a pianist playing! It’s ironic: they couldn’t provide working air conditioning and get ice to your room, yet they hired a live musician for the lounge. Will I stay here again? Probably not. Next time, I’d rather pay more and choose a hotel with functioning AC.

We were in London to see The Lion King and had a room on the 5th floor with lovely views. The Lyceum Theatre is about one minute walk away! Making this hotel the best one to use if you’re going to the theatre too. I’m an ambulatory wheelchair user which means so long as there’s a lift and step free access I can use any room. As we were staying overnight we wouldn’t be showering so I didn’t need an accessible bathroom. (Don’t worry, there are accessible rooms to use should that be your requirement.) The room and bedding were clean. The complimentary mini bar was a nice touch! As was the slippers and robes. The only negative was that we’d booked for 3 people but the room only catered for two. Teo robes, 2 pairs of slippers. Two waters, 2 colas, no bedding and pillows for the fold out bed that the 3rd person would be using. I did check the wardrobe where you’d usually find the extra bedding but there wasn’t any in there. I did use the in room telephone to call reception and they sent a duvet up but no pillow. By now we were too exhausted to be calling back and just made do with what we had. My wrap folded, made for a makeshift comforter on one of the very firm sofa cushions.. Overall we had a really good time. The TWO refillable water bottles were and water stations within the hotel were excellent! Oh and we had pizza and fries from room service Excellent quality food! All staff I spoke to were polite and efficient! Very much recommended! (The photo shows where I plugged in my Quickie Q500m to charge overnight. The location is excellent, very quiet and safe, but transportation isn't very convenient. It's quite far from the train station, with only a bus stop nearby. There's a pier, Milebank, about a 5-minute walk away, but the RB6 service is infrequent and ends early. There's a Sainsbury's also within a 5-minute walk. The room is a bit small but not cramped, and the design is nice; you could even call it a suite. It has a modern feel. However, the amenities are truly lacking. For a price over 2,000, there are no slippers or toothbrushes. Many of the front desk staff are Indian, and the service feels very stingy. On the positive side, the hygiene is good, it's very clean, and business seems to be doing well. The rooftop gym is unique; although small, it offers great views.

The room was clean, the service was very welcoming, and the transportation was convenient. Heathrow Airport has a direct underground line to Russell Square station, which is about 200 meters from the hotel. A single metro ticket costs less than 6 pounds per person. Breakfast was English style, and the quality was good, though it might not suit everyone's taste, especially Chinese palates. Location: The British Museum is just across the street!

Myself and my adult son stayed here after the ACDC gig at Wembley. The staff were all fantastic, very welcoming and informative. The room was clean but dated. The location if you are going to Wembley is great. Parking over night was £9.00 I dont thing that's too bad. A 15 min walk to the Station then one stop on the train. I did have a few issues and normally I wouldn't have pointed these out but I paid just over £300 for one night!!! I did report the issues to the manager and he has since made things right.

This was the first hotel for our family's UK trip. After much deliberation, we chose this Holiday Inn Express which is quite close to the city center. The location is excellent, with easy access to the subway, buses, and trains. The hotel maintained the consistent quality of the Holiday Inn brand. We were also lucky enough to snag a group deal that included parking and some meals. A special thank you goes to Christina, a kind and patient lady who speaks Chinese. Due to the high demand for rooms on the weekend and our first-time use of a Ctrip hotel group coupon, the check-in process was a bit convoluted, but the final outcome was very satisfying. Our family left London happily to begin the next leg of our journey. BTW, we encountered many odd Indian guests; whether it was in the cramped elevator or at the popular breakfast buffet, they all exuded a strange confidence, as if they owned the place. I wonder who gave them that idea 🤔🤔🤔

Friday. Check in was so easy so good didn't need to speak to staff other than to ask where the lifts were. Room on tenth floor with great view of the Thames and part of Tower Bridge. A very busy hotel al all times. Enjoyable stay. However, the rooms ac very noisy and at gone midnight had to go down to reception to complain (phone not working). Concierge said will arrange to turn off centrally which was done and should be fixed next day. Saturday. On going to bed found that I could now control the ac but it was still very noisy so turned off. Not very good with the hot weather.

I had an excellent stay at Holiday in London Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast served every morning. There was a great selection of fresh, tasty food, and it was the perfect way to start each day. A special thank you to Sultana, who was an amazing host. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. Her outstanding hospitality and genuine care made my stay even more enjoyable. The customer service throughout the hotel was exceptional—friendly, professional, and always delivered with a smile. I highly recommend Holiday in London Hotel to anyone visiting London. I look forward to staying here again.

Pros: Great location, right next to UCL, a five-minute walk from Euston Station, and about a ten-minute walk from King's Cross Station. You can get there by bus, just get off at Russell Square. The British Museum is also within walking distance. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel, which is very convenient. Cons: The facilities are old, and small rooms are common in London, so I won't dwell on that. The sink is incredibly small, only about 30 cm wide, which feels very cramped. My biggest complaint is that the window is as thin as paper; I've never seen such thin windows in the UK. It offers absolutely no sound insulation, and the street noise outside is enormous. The walls are also thin; you can clearly hear even the slightest movement from next door. No wonder the hotel doesn't provide any other disposable items, only two pairs of earplugs.

The hotel is centrally located, and you can reach many attractions on foot within 30-60 minutes. The staff are nice and accommodating. The breakfast is simple but perfectly adequate. The coffee machines are excellent. Now, for what bothered me a bit: The Wi-Fi is limited to just 30 minutes daily. If you want more, you have to pay. I've stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered something like this. Hence, the 3/5 rating for amenities.
