We really enjoyed our stay here. The staffs are friendly and very accommodating. The place is big enough for us (family of 4). Is clean and accessible. The buffet breakfast is really good! We also want to thank them for accommodating my request of having a simple treat for my daughter and husband’s birthday. Exceeded our expectations. Will definitely book here again!

The hotel is in a great location in Makati, right next to SM Mall, making it convenient to get anywhere. It's also only a fifteen-minute drive from the airport. There are a lot of guests, and overall it's good, but the hotel is a bit old. The breakfast is rich and excellent. The hotel has a gym and an outdoor pool, which are both decent. It feels very safe!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was nice and very clean, which we truly appreciated. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable. However, the room felt a bit too small for couples, and there is no tables,. especially if you’re staying for more than a night or have luggage with you.

I had a wonderful stay at the Manila Peninsula Hotel. The overall atmosphere is comfortable, and the service is professional and attentive. From check-in to the day-to-day details, everything felt well taken care of. The room was clean and well-maintained. What I liked most is the hotel’s location. It’s convenient, with shopping malls nearby, so it’s easy to find places to eat and shop without having to plan too much in advance.

This hotel is conveniently located near a bustling area. However, considering the surrounding environment, I feel it's more suited for trips with male friends rather than families. Pros: Quiet on higher floors: Since my room was on a higher floor, I wasn't bothered by noise at night. Smooth procedures: Check-in at the front desk was very smooth and stress-free. Low deposit: The deposit of only 2,000 pesos was a great help. Surrounding area: The bustling location offers great convenience, with many eateries like Starbucks and Jollibee. Finding food wasn't an issue, and everything was within walking distance. Points to note/advice: Elevator caution: There are three elevators. The one on the right when facing the entrance can be quite shaky and might feel scary. If you're easily frightened, I recommend using the two elevators on the left. Room cleaning rules: If you want your room cleaned, you need to press the button near the entrance to display the ”cleaning OK” sign. This wasn't communicated by the front desk, so I struggled on the first day without knowing. Amenities: Toothbrushes and razors are not provided, so you'll need to buy them at a nearby convenience store. Also, there's an additional 100 peso charge to use a nightgown. Facilities: The room has the bare essentials, and it's fine if you just need a place to sleep. The pillows are very soft, which might be a matter of personal preference. Overall: I stayed for 3 nights, and considering the affordable price, the cost-performance is very high. I would especially recommend this hotel for trips with male friends.

Great location! It's close to bustling Makati, and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and convenience stores nearby, so you'll never have trouble finding food. The hotel itself is basic, and doesn't offer many amenities, so you'll need to bring your own essentials. However, the building and rooms are clean, functional, and perfectly adequate, offering great value for money. It's one of my favorite hotels, and I'd definitely like to stay here again if I have the chance.

This is my first time stay in your hotel, the location is good and lots of restaurant around hotel, but the service and facilities need to improve as my feeling, first of all, the car security told me he can park for me in the first time after check-in, but after check-in, he told us we need to drive to specific parking number by our own after check-in, however, the front desk service is good. Secondly, the air-condition is too noisy in the room, when someone came and checked, just leave ”will ask maintenance come to check”, then there is ending even no one come before I go out. above is my comment, thanks.

Breakfast service is a trash , don’t know dignity to serve the guest with special food dietary requirements. Highly not recommended for vegetarian or vegan guests. Kitchen staff have nothing to serve and they avoid serving guests. Also they can give a tough fight for bottled water they provide two bottles of around 300 ML per day, which is highly unlikely either they must arrange water coolers at all floors. At least such a great hotel chain like ramada don’t miss on water revenues highly unfair. Water is a basic necessity and if they don’t provide with basic necessities they are not into hospitality business either. Still front desk staff are polite but kitchen management staff are not so favourable and don’t bother if you have nothing to eat. Your dignity and respect to guests must be your responsibility as you are paid for your service so you are not doing obligations on them. Please try to be polite and respectful at all times. Think yourself lucky if you can serve someone with dignity

For a 5 star hotel, the service is very annoying. They would call me randomly to ask for feedback a few hours after I checked in. They would knock on my door early in the morning while I'm still sleeping to do a ”room check”... On the day of my check out, I had a knock on the door a bit past 9am, I ignored it as I was still in bed but they kept ringing the bell. I finally got up and the lady asked ”is there anything I can help with?”. Yes leave me alone. I went back to bed to rest and then got a phone call soon after as a reminder that check out is at 12pm. It's not even 10am yet and your staff already interrupted my sleep twice. Trying to get the room clean involves multiple phone calls. Once I left it to see how long it would take but at 6pm, I had to call since they never came during the day. Another time they cleaned, the cleaners said they ran out of towels so there would be someone who would deliver soon. I forgot about it until we went to have a shower and then it took almost an hour for the towels to arrive so we had to wait to use the bathroom as they took away the dirty towels so we didn't have anything to dry ourselves. Don't order room service. The food is very bad. I actually gagged on a drink they prepared. The TV is very old, they are still using cable technology. WiFi is patchy. Trying to get up and down the lift is a nightmare if you come at the wrong time as the line gets backed up all the way out into the street. My girlfriend was stopped by over eager security staff when she was trying to leave to buy some snacks as the room service meals were so bad even tho she had a room key and they would not let her up to the lobby on the 6th floor without me. Instead, I had to go down and pick her up from the ground floor where she was sitting in the corner like she was in trouble.

We arrived earlier than expected so we weren't sure if we could check in yet but we were able to do early check-in which was awesome. We stayed from July 19 to July 23 of 2026 They prepared a small amentity cake for us when they were informed we were traveling to celebrate us. At the front desk, everyone greeted us warmly and helped us a lot throughout our stay. Concierge left us a little confused because they struggled to answer back in English and gave us the wrong information on where to buy sim cards. We had the breakfast package for two. You were given meal cards that you had to present when you went to eat breakfast. Once you do, the lovely servers would guide you to a table and asked if you would like any coffee or tea. They would walk around and clear any empty plates to make sure you don't feel crowded at the table. We ordered drinks at the pool bar and the bartender was lovely to talk to. Despite it being just us there he welcomed us to the hotel and asked what we wished to do in Makati. Once we talked about food he began talking about many restaurants around the hotel that he believed we would enjoy. Please give him our thanks because we went to the restaurant (Manam) he recommended for good Filipino food and we absolutely loved it! The security at the hotel was very friendly and made sure everyone was safe and okay. Overall, our stay was fantastic and would recommend any of our friends and families to stay at the Makati Diamond Residents!

The location is excellent, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It's also within walking distance of two large parks. There's even a Spanish restaurant just downstairs. The hotel has a balcony, which is very comfortable to sit on. The room itself is spacious. I was given a room on the 8th floor, which was great. However, this room had two issues. First, the gap under the door was too large, letting in light at night and noise in the morning. Second, the refrigerator in the room was extremely noisy, making a creaking sound. At first, I thought it was mice, but then I realized the refrigerator's motor was causing various parts to rattle. Service: Overall, the service was good, but being rushed to check out at 10 AM was a bit annoying. Check-out is usually at 12 PM, and most hotels give a reminder around 11:30 AM, so yours was a bit too early.

When I got to the propery, I realised KL has 3 different property types managed by 3 different groups. They all share the same building amenities but the units and services are miles apart. KL Executive is a bit more pricey than the other two, but their units are fitted with much nicer interiors and equipment. The service is efficient, there is always someone to assist on the other side of phone, 24-hours. The only issue I had is that in the photo of the room I booked, it was facing the park. I also requested for a room facing the park. But when got to the serviced apartments, I was given a unit facing the back of buildings with a Skyway view. However KL's location is superb! It has an ATM, a cafe-restaurant and a 7-11 mini-mart and really close to Greenbelt. It is still great value for money!

As a solo occupant of the condotel, I found the provisions, amenities, and services to be largely satisfactory. I am pleased to report a comfortable and secure experience throughout my stay. The owner demonstrated excellent accessibility, which proved beneficial when accommodating a change in my scheduled check-in time and date. Regarding cleanliness, the overall standard was commendable, though I did encounter approximately three to four German cockroaches, which I subsequently addressed. Enhanced pest control measures could further elevate the cleanliness to an optimal level. Concerning the facilities, the toilet flush mechanism requires minor adjustment; proper positioning is essential for effective flushing. While slippers and a telephone were not provided, this did not significantly impact my experience. The location is highly advantageous, offering convenient access to numerous retail establishments, dining options, currency exchange services, and shopping centers. In conclusion, I consider this a suitable accommodation option.

The powerbox opposite the bathroom was heard all around the room. The room is okay itself, everything is clean (except the windows) and neat. All kitchen utensils, plates, pans, glasses, a corkscrew, even the vegetable cleaner! The view from the window is fine. There are enough towels in the bathroom. Different things as a sewing kit, ear sticks and so on are brought only at request. Reception works well, I liked the style of check-in and check-out. The porter helped with the luggage all the time and opened the door. The breakfast is not a buffet, a little choice of food, I'd prefer some vegetables and potatoes. Eggs are everywhere in the Philippines! Tired, frankly speaking. Instead there are sweet pancakes. The pool is wonderful: the view, water, it was pleasure to swim. Pool towels are not all the time available, one of the guests helped me, otherwise I wouldn't find them myself. As for the restaurant Catalogue: they don't ask when to bring drinks, just bring and when you finish, they are cold. Only one napkin is available. Not comfortable! But some dishes and drinks in the menu are awesome. I'd recommend the drink: watermelon calsmsnsi. It looks beautiful to take a picture and the taste is delicious! Potato leek soup and summer salad are tasty. Be ready to ask the price of the dishes, it is different at the end!

There was a strong smell from the hallway. And we can smell it all all way in the room, they moved us on a different floor but we can still smell it although is not as strong as the first room. It smells like paint or almost like gasoline but according to them they are not sure what or where is the smell coming from isn’t it that weird? The lady apologized when we checked out but that is not the point. If that chemical caused a major health problem, can a sincere or 100 x sorry fix or cure it? Safety first is very important, having visible safety measures and following protocols can reduce legal and financial risks because neglecting customer safety can lead to massive compensation payouts and to also protect your reputation. Our first night Eugene was very helpful to bring our grab food to our room but the next day when we ask front desk if they can bring  the food we order from outside, someone from the front desk said that we need to need to get it ourselves😁. But when we mentioned that Eugene was able to help us the other day and had no problem with it that is when he asked someone to bring the food. I am not sure if they are not allowed to do that and we got Eugene in trouble. But that is how you stand out among  other businesses, is you do things above and beyond and you create a memorable and positive experience. The place is clean and spacious the location is great. The hotel buffet breakfast, I think they can do better.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The amenities were clean, and the room was tidy upon our arrival. The only minor issue was that room service took a bit longer than expected whenever we requested something, though the wait was still tolerable. The cable TV wasn’t working during our stay, and the TV itself wasn’t a smart TV, which was a little disappointing. Our main concern, however, was the pet cleaning fee. Charging ₱2,000 per pet feels quite expensive. That said, we still enjoyed our stay. But the end of 2 days stay I unable to to rest after getting the paper and talk to all the officer . I`m thankful that one of the PMO office assisted me and send email for waiver .On the bathroom the sink and bowl toilet bowl is very old they have shampoo and body wash but no tooth paste and brush or slippers . AC is old type model and because of that the AC water drip on the floor which cause damage the floor. The agent assigned to my booking is difficult to get in touched and delayed reply. I was not inform there`s bigger pool that require one day reservation because during our stay it`s been raining due to typhoon / habagat hoping that adult can able to swim on deep big pool. There`s indoor pool for kids. No play room for kids . I`ve learned my lesson . I will Still recommend this place .

The room is so cozy and the cleanliness is perfect! However there are some imperfections but that is normal, what matters most is that they are one call away, they cooperate and the staffs are very friendly

I’m Japanese and stayed here for 3 nights without breakfast. I often use this hotel because I have things to do nearby. The hotel is clean, and the communication with the staff is minimal, which makes it comfortable and easy to stay here. The air conditioner in the room worked fine, but the shower temperature and water pressure might not be satisfying for some Japanese guests. However, they were acceptable for me, so I had no problem. I would like to stay here again.
