My room was reasonably clean, although the bathroom floor and shower definitely needed more a more thorough clean. Mould in the bathroom tiles grout and some other unidentifiable mess on the floor also Mould and some other unidentifiable mess in the shower. I purchased my owner cleaning products and just did it myself.

As soon as I entered the hotel, I was given a hard time just because I booked under a different name. Isn’t it okay for a friend to book on my behalf? Be sure to check out ID. The attitude is bad. When I entered the room, the floor was very dirty and dark. There was water on the ground. They were very nice and allowed me to check in early. The room they gave me was also very big. It was nice to have a spa pool outside. But the room was a pity. There is no scenery to see, and the door lock is almost broken, it is difficult to open at all... Excellent location, sea view apartment, apartment with complete home facilities, easy access to roads, across the road is the beach, one of the best surfing beaches, 1-10 minutes walk to various restaurants around, 10 minutes drive to the largest shopping mall in the area, apartment swimming pool + sauna +BBQ+The entertainment area on the first floor is very suitable for family travel. It's just that when the restaurant downstairs opens, there will be some cooking aroma wafting into the bedroom, but just close the window. Fortunately when I went to use it in the morning within the times that it was open I couldn’t get in my key card wouldn’t open it. All over nice place, the kids loved the tennis court/basketball court, nice BBQ area near pool. Be aware that some units do not have lift facility ours didn't, so it was 30 stairs. The air-conditioning was great but windows didn't have flyscreens so unable to take advantage of cool breezes, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, lovely big lounge but the dining table set was the higher table and bar chairs which were not comfortable to dine at especially for those of us who are of shorter status so other than lounge no other comfortable chairsFromSAR 1,048

This is a dream vacation accommodation for families! It’s the best place we have ever stayed at. It’s within walking distance to the beachfront, restaurants and short driving distance to shops. The apartments are modern, clean and almost luxurious yet not overbearing. It has a well equipped kitchen with just about any kitchen ware you would ever need. Thoughtful provision of beach towels, board games, and laundry supplies. The only downside is the need to take out our own rubbish before our departure. Taking out rubbish is a part of cleaning and that should be included in house keeping in my opinion.SOLD OUT

Check-in in the caravan is good. The environment is beautiful. There is also a big water park. The kids love it. The front desk service is good (checked us in early). Everything in the caravan is good, but the only regret is that there is a gas stove inside. It can’t be used (there is no prompt and explanation. The front desk has never mentioned this matter) and I drove 10 kilometers to the supermarket to buy ingredients for 100 Australian dollars (about 500 RMB). Stir-fried vegetables and the ingredients are all broken) The front desk explained afterwards that there is a BBQ grill in the yard that can be used. But my dishes can’t be cooked with the BBQ one. My stay was nothing short of excellent! The property is conveniently located very close to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. One of the highlights was the friendly atmosphere among guests; many spent time by the pool, chatting and sharing stories with one another. Additionally, having access to a kitchen allowed to prepare own meals, adding to the comfort of my stay.
Ms. Mary, the owner, is incredibly accommodating and always ready to assist with any requests. Her warm hospitality made my visit even more enjoyable.
I wholeheartedly recommend considering Palms at Parmer for next getaway. If given the chance, I will certainly return!FromSAR 138

My room was reasonably clean, although the bathroom floor and shower definitely needed more a more thorough clean. Mould in the bathroom tiles grout and some other unidentifiable mess on the floor also Mould and some other unidentifiable mess in the shower. I purchased my owner cleaning products and just did it myself.
The included Breakfast was pretty good as was the dining room and adjacent bar. Catering staff were also nice.FromSAR 346

As soon as I entered the hotel, I was given a hard time just because I booked under a different name. Isn’t it okay for a friend to book on my behalf? Be sure to check out ID. The attitude is bad. When I entered the room, the floor was very dirty and dark. There was water on the ground. They were very nice and allowed me to check in early. The room they gave me was also very big. It was nice to have a spa pool outside. But the room was a pity. There is no scenery to see, and the door lock is almost broken, it is difficult to open at all... Excellent location, sea view apartment, apartment with complete home facilities, easy access to roads, across the road is the beach, one of the best surfing beaches, 1-10 minutes walk to various restaurants around, 10 minutes drive to the largest shopping mall in the area, apartment swimming pool + sauna +BBQ+The entertainment area on the first floor is very suitable for family travel. It's just that when the restaurant downstairs opens, there will be some cooking aroma wafting into the bedroom, but just close the window. It looks like the hotel is and has been going through renovations. The pool area on the second floor had been refurbished to a great standard. Fortunately when I went to use it in the morning within the times that it was open I couldn’t get in my key card wouldn’t open it. I couldn’t go to the rooftop bar and spa as that was under reconstruction. Great position for the beach. Parking is easy.FromSAR 846

My partner and I enjoyed our two nights in loea, lovely spacious room, pool and outdoor area were beautiful and great cocktails! We loved the overall calm vibe of our stay and will definitely return for our next sunny coast trip :)

Was a nice little 2 bedroom apartment which was directly across from the beach. Very easy after hours check in process. Definitely would recommend for families who which to explore the Sunshine coast as its a nice location which isnt far from major tour attractions.

Great room with balcony and view of the lake. Room 7. I would stay again. Unfortunately i was not aware that the Restaurant was closed due to Renovation. I would not have booked this accommodation at this time if I'd known this as this was supposed to be part of the night away with walking distance to dinner
