The lobby was amazing on entry and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Ended up needing to room change three times due to extreme uncleanliness. The first room I was in I had full cookies and Cheez-Its on the floor between the bed and behind the chair / hide a bed in the corner. It's the second room was much nicer with a balcony. Upon inspection the countertops were covered with sugar and spilled liquid that had dried and congealed and there were oily figure prints on the table tops. The refrigerator was full of melted ice cream and old coffee in an open container. The third room I was in had way for cookies underneath the bedspreads on the floor along with broken pieces of rather thick plastic everywhere. When the chair in the corner was moved there was popcorn spread all over the floor and the bedspread that was underneath the shamed protect it was covered in un-laundered spilled food. I booked through chip and was not able to cancel my booking due to the prepayment, or I absolutely would have, if you have children or animals that you concerned of allergies I would recommend you not stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Super 8. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was very kind. I’d like to mention that Miss Sheryl and Miss Stephanie who checked us in were phenomenal and gave us great advice about local restaurants and directions. Super sweet ladies!  Breakfast was “the usual” - nothing fancy but good enough that one can find at least something to get the day started. We would absolutely stay there again.  Laundry facilities are onsite.

The room was very clean and not a bad size. Definitely excellent for the price. I paid $234 total for two nights (Friday night and Saturday night) and even the motel 6 was almost $200 per night. My only complaint is small….there were only 2 tiny pillows on the bed, typical rooms have 4 pillows if they are that size. I called the front desk the second night to ask if I could get extra pillows and was told that they didn’t have any first, and then the man said they might have one. One pillow in a hotel with 500 rooms seemed crazy to me. So if someone gets one dirty or has a child with them or god knows what else they are just SOL for the stay??? On top of that, when the front desk person said he did have one, I had to go down to the front desk to get it instead of having it brought to the room. Not a big deal, but I have stated a lot of hotels, and I have never once requested something from the front desk and been told that I needed to come down and get it myself. I have also never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have extra pillows in the building.. other than that one small thing everything else was great though

The overall environment of the hotel is OK and the service is quite good. The room I lived in was too noisy (X30), this location should be the air conditioning host outside (our air conditioning was not turned on), noisy for one night, and it was too close to the road, and it was very noisy at night, resulting in no rest at all. It was the worst night of this trip. Holiday Inn Express Misula, where I lived before, I suggest you stay on holiday. At least not noisy, you can rest well.

The bedding is also clean, the microwave oven and refrigerator are standard, the window is double-glazed, so although facing the street, the noise is not big, and the reception is very polite. I had two seven year olds with me and my neighbors complained of them being loud. the walls are extremely thin because my children were on the bed and one got up to go to the bathroom and caused both sides of us and below us to complain to the front desk. Has no reflection on the hotel itself, but if you have children I would request the first floor. Loved it! definitely staying there again!

This 6 bedroom (4 King 2 Queen) , 5 bath 5000+sq foot home is nestled in the mountains of Grant Creek on the way to Snowbowl Ski Resort. Perfect for family and friends to gather and relax in a quiet, beautiful, light-filled, and cozy space. The main floor has a generous great room with a huge rock fireplace. Hang out and play over 30 board games or watch TV on the 55-inch screen. There is plenty of seating for meals at both the kitchen table, kitchen bar, and dining room table. The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas stove, convection oven, microwave oven, and instant hot water. On the deck is a clean BBQ for all your grilling needs. Also on the main floor is a mudroom with a full-sized washer/dryer, 2 half bathrooms, and the Master Suite. Quiet and private the Master Suite features a King size bed and cozy sitting area. The quiet and private Master Suite bathroom has double sinks, a large tub, and a spectacular steam shower to relax your achy muscles after an epic adventure-filled day! Stairs from the Master lead to a sparkling clean hot tub. Relax at day's end and enjoy the night sky with almost no light pollution. They provide various help and guidance during the exchange. Many fast food restaurants are very close to Highway 90. They are suitable for a round trip to and from Yellowstone/Seattle. You can get on the i-90 highway when you get off early. [Service] The front desk is relatively enthusiastic. If there are many customers, it may be normal. When I left, I went to the front desk to explain that I needed to make a receipt. The grandmother said ok. I looked up and found other tourists behind me. I was told that you can go online to download. I am speechless. We enjoyed our stay at the Super 8. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was very kind. I’d like to mention that Miss Sheryl and Miss Stephanie who checked us in were phenomenal and gave us great advice about local restaurants and directions. Super sweet ladies!  Breakfast was “the usual” - nothing fancy but good enough that one can find at least something to get the day started. We would absolutely stay there again.  Laundry facilities are onsite.

Breakfast is OK, lots of fruit. There is a swimming pool, free parking and 10 minutes drive from the University of Montana. But the sound insulation is not good, you can hear it next door

The room was very clean and not a bad size. Definitely excellent for the price. I paid $234 total for two nights (Friday night and Saturday night) and even the motel 6 was almost $200 per night. My only complaint is small….there were only 2 tiny pillows on the bed, typical rooms have 4 pillows if they are that size. I called the front desk the second night to ask if I could get extra pillows and was told that they didn’t have any first, and then the man said they might have one. One pillow in a hotel with 500 rooms seemed crazy to me. So if someone gets one dirty or has a child with them or god knows what else they are just SOL for the stay??? On top of that, when the front desk person said he did have one, I had to go down to the front desk to get it instead of having it brought to the room. Not a big deal, but I have stated a lot of hotels, and I have never once requested something from the front desk and been told that I needed to come down and get it myself. I have also never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have extra pillows in the building.. other than that one small thing everything else was great though

The hotel is located in the southeastern fringe of Missoula, with convenient transportation and complete catering service environment. The hotel room is spacious, and the facility maintenance can still meet the needs of economical conditions. Except for the noise caused by the passing trains at night, I am quite satisfied with the environment of this residence.
