This hotel is excellent! I was very impressed with its cleanliness, the staff's service, its location, and the amenities. Everything is well-maintained. The hotel is right next to Passione Shopping Destination, which is super convenient for dining and shopping. Although the hotel's own parking spots are limited, you can easily park at the mall since it's under the same ownership. The location is central, making it easy to get around. It's close to Yomjinda Road, and it only takes about 15 minutes to drive to Saeng Chan Beach or Laem Charoen Beach. This is definitely a hotel I'd recommend for anyone visiting Rayong for leisure or business, and I'd certainly stay here again if I have the chance.

Fantastic hotel; we especially loved the breakfast buffet with its excellent varied dishes. Always plenty to be had. And the dining room was very clean and organized and the staff quite meticulous and attentive. Our room was lovely and comfortable, although it was void of most decor and art on the walls. Excellent soft and cozy bed and the AC was perfect. And I even used the fitness room, which was well equipped. A very clean environment and relatively new establishment. They even have great networks and streaming services on the room's TV. I managed to watch Prime with my active membership. Thank you everyone for a very pleasant stay. We're hoping to return in the future.

There are many sockets and they do not turn off when you leave the room. The balcony is fenced with a net. The workplace is dark and the noise of the car wash is not conducive to creativity. the food is spicy. I had to come up with something myself. There is a night market nearby and there is also a massage there. no kettle anywhere. You can’t get boiling water yourself, you have to ask in a cafe. We need to make a normal menu for everyone. I didn’t take breakfast, I didn’t like the choice. the price is high, the menu is mediocre. I always take rooms by the sea, so I decided that this would be a work environment. but the air is bad. This place doesn't give you energy. There is a micro recreation area. made of stones on which it is cold to sit no green area, birdsong is a luxury for this place. a city is a city

Stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. You can snorkel directly in front of the hotel, and there are more fish near the coral reefs, but I wouldn't recommend going there if the waves are big. It's best to wear long pants and diving socks to avoid scratches. The sand right outside is very fine and soft. Breakfast is served by the sea with ocean views. The bar street can get a bit noisy at night, so it might not be suitable for light sleepers, but since we usually go to bed late, it didn't bother us. A major plus is that the bedsheets are changed for every new guest. The room has many windows, making it bright and airy. The only downsides are that the shower only has a handheld showerhead and the water pressure is a bit low. For shopping, try to go to the 7-Eleven on the main street, as the supermarket here is about a third more expensive. Overall, it offers great value for money and is perfect for a relaxing holiday.

If you go right, you'll find parties, fire shows, restaurants, and shops. If you go left, you'll find peace and quiet, beauty, and serene beaches. The room had everything we needed, except for toothbrushes. The breakfasts were good, there's a coffee machine, and the coffee was even tasty, which is rare for Thailand. We had a bungalow with a sea view, and it was simply perfect!

Khao Laem Ya National Park, with its beautiful viewpoints, is just a few minutes' drive away. I was very impressed! The hotel restaurant's food is excellent; the seafood fried rice, burgers, and banana pancakes we ordered were all very tasty! The staff here are incredibly professional! Every employee greets you with a friendly smile, and they're especially kind to children. The private pier transfer adds to the overall emotional value. I highly recommend that every visitor to Koh Samet dedicate two or three days to unwind and relax at Paradee.

We stayed at this hotel in January 2026. We liked the hotel; it's centrally located with markets and Lotus nearby. The hotel has a good gym with a sauna and a hammam, a small pool, and excellent breakfasts. Housekeeping is daily, and slippers, a bathrobe, shampoo, and shower gel are provided. However, there's no toothpaste or toothbrushes, despite it being listed as available. There's a safe in the room, and Wi-Fi works throughout the hotel. There's no free shuttle to the beach, even though it was stated as an amenity on our trip booking. We chose this hotel partly because of that specific feature. Ultimately, you can get to the beach by taxi for about 100 baht, or walk about 5 km. We walked a couple of times through the mangrove forest, but it is quite a distance. Otherwise, we enjoyed the hotel. We thank the hotel staff for their hospitality.

Well let’s see, first I don’t think we needed to pay so much for the family room. It had no windows in the room to even enjoy the view or have any natural light. The bathroom had a window, ?? But no a/c Breakfast was pre order I expect a buffet style like most hotels/resorts. Food was good tho, We checked in a little late and everything was closed but only 6pm. Had no Wi-Fi which was a big issue having kids everything closed nothing to do. Family room no bathtub? Or microwave…. The phone in the room did not work couldn’t even call the front desk. The water park is nice, time for a few repairs tho, closes at 6pm. It wasn’t the best hotel or the worse hotel/resort. But for 5,000thb around 140usd after taxes. I expected a little more.

The room is not that clean but acceptable. Good facilities, 24 hr fitness, big common areas as this hotel meant to serve the group from industrial estate. My parents really enjoy the sea-view. Serve good quality and variety of breakfast (ps. I’ve experienced other hotels with more verities dishes but here is good enough compare to the taste) One point to deduct is about the capacity of dining room. They can’t accept the crowd during Holidays especially peak hr like 8-9am, not enough table.

THGuest UserThe room is not that clean but acceptable. Good facilities, 24 hr fitness, big common areas as this hotel meant to serve the group from industrial estate. My parents really enjoy the sea-view. Serve good quality and variety of breakfast (ps. I’ve experienced other hotels with more verities dishes but here is good enough compare to the taste) One point to deduct is about the capacity of dining room. They can’t accept the crowd during Holidays especially peak hr like 8-9am, not enough table.

The hotel's location is truly perfect and made my trip incredibly convenient. The reception staff deserve a special mention—they spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful.Thank you for providing such a smooth, comfortable stay. I will gladly recommend the hotel and hope to return soon!

A budget-friendly hotel with complete amenities. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and they provided toast and coffee in the morning. The reception staff were polite and provided good service. The downsides were that the parking area was limited, the walls were quite thin so you could hear noise from nearby rooms, and the bathroom had a slight musty smell (possibly because the bathroom door had been left open before check-in). Overall, considering the price, it was a good value stay and I would recommend it.

Excellent value for money, with warm, attentive, and polite service. The hotel's location is superb, surrounded by many recommended eateries, such as fried bananas and sweet potato balls, and the Kantary Café is fantastic! The rooms are clean and tidy. Highly recommended.
