Travel, not bad, moderate price. Next to Art University, quiet. The bathroom is small, the bed is soft, the restaurant on the first floor can have breakfast (ends at 11:00) and dinner (Xiaogui), and many people drive to eat dinner nearby. There is a river opposite the hotel. You can run in the morning (I didn't run), and the parking is free. There is also a large parking lot 200 meters next to the hotel. You can also park for free. You can go to eat near the university, or you can drive 10 minutes to the Iso omena shopping mall. There are two Chinese restaurants to eat. The noodle story (noodle dumpling wonton) is more affordable and delicious. We didn't even get tired of eating for five days. There are several large supermarkets in the mall where you can buy things.From€63

I have no idea why some complains about the customer service, it was nice.
The location is not really far from PK area, but there are not many restaurant options nearby.
The worst part for me was just that the room is quite bad though the hotel was not really expensive.
I have not seen any hotel that does not have a shampoo or body wash...
Ofc, no toothbrush, no toothpaste..
No fridge, even no glass for drinking..

It was a good hotel. The breakfast was amazing, and the rooms were so lovely. The beds were so cozy, and I knew that this hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever been to. It is near the city centre, and the lake, which makes it a benefit to get closer to the city and the lake in a shorter time. Also, the swimming pool and the sauna was so lovely, especially the sauna, I loved it so much. I will recommend this to my friends and family.From€66

Me and my mom needed an apartment to be able to visit family member who was in hospital. We needed a kitchen and a washing machine. The room had both and no problem with those. I suspected kitchen knife would be dull and it was, but I brought a knife sharpener and got it sharp. Otherwise everything in kitchen was okay but stove wasn't that powerful.
The building's main door's lock wasn't functioning and we informed about it and it was fixed but only after about a week. Our apartment's lock worked all the time without problem. Also one lamp was broken.
Mom said it was cold there and it wasn't exactly warm there, good enough for me and blankets were really thick. I complained about coldness and a serviceman came there to do something to radiators but it didn't really change anything. We were there in very early spring. It was 0C outside at night and 5-10C at daytime.
There was some communication errors but nothing major and I was able to get hold of someone quickly and easily with the online chat.
It was quite clean there except if you take bedclothes off you might enjoy the sight on pillow and blanket.
All and all I was quite pleased of the room and stay.From€93
