Wonderful hotel!!! The service, cleanliness, food, and activities were all top-notch! The hotel offers lovely complimentary touches like free lemon tea in the fridge, a bag, a scarf, and local coffee. In the evenings, they bring pastries to your room. The coconut balls are absolutely amazing! During the day, there are free snacks and refreshing drinks. There's also a happy hour – buy one cocktail, get one free. We experienced the dinner buffet, which was excellent! You can even try their famous suckling pig. Breakfast offers something for every taste! There's also a restaurant on the second floor with incredibly large and delicious dishes. The hotel's massage service was also great; you can choose between a 1-hour or 1.5-hour session. They offer free bicycles and boats. Definitely take a boat ride; you might spot sea urchins, starfish, and small fish. You can use the bikes to explore the town. The gym is excellent, with everything you need, plus air conditioning, towels, and water! The pool is clean, and the water temperature is very comfortable. Archery is also free. Swimming from the shore in the sea can be a bit challenging as it's very shallow, but you can take a boat out to deeper water for a swim. And the sunrises here are incredibly beautiful! If you want to visit the underground river or other attractions, you can arrange a tour and rent a car at reception. It might be more expensive than in town, but you save a lot of time. We rented a car and drove to the beach ourselves. It was an hour's scenic drive, and you're there. They even provided us with a bag of beach towels for the trip. During our 4-day stay, we never felt any discomfort; everything here is designed for guests. The staff are the most smiling and responsive! We will definitely return to this hotel chain again!!! Room 511 sink problem and shower problem.. I will give the staff 8/10 indoor playground closed at 6pm.. they have lots of staff there they should consider extending it until 8pm..

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Comfort and Service at an Amazing Value! I had an outstanding stay at Best Western Plus The Ivy Wall Hotel in Puerto Princesa. From check-in to check-out, the staff provided excellent customer service — always warm, attentive, and eager to help with a smile. They truly made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, the linens fresh, and everything—from the bathroom to the minibar—was spotless. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, perfect for unwinding after exploring the beautiful sights of Palawan. One of the highlights of my stay was the morning breakfast buffet. It offered a great variety of local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. From tropical fruits and made-to-order eggs to Filipino favorites and good coffee, it was the perfect way to start each day. The dining staff were equally wonderful—friendly, efficient, and attentive. Considering the high level of comfort, cleanliness, and service, the affordability of this hotel is truly impressive. You get a 5-star experience at a very reasonable price, making it one of the best values in Puerto Princesa. I highly recommend Best Western Plus The Ivy Wall Hotel to anyone visiting Palawan. Whether for business or leisure, it’s the perfect mix of luxury, convenience, and Filipino hospitality. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Staff : friendly, helpful, accommodating, and providing ”top tier” hospitality The location is a major highlight, as the hotel is only a 2-5 minute drive or a short walk from the Puerto Princesa International Airport. rooms are spacious, clean, well-designed with unique hand-painted murals, and having very comfortable beds.

It was okay I guess, despite the lack of exterior windows and bad carpet smell. I came here because there was more space in the rooms compared to competing, similarly priced hotels in Puerto Princesa, and a desk to work at. If you haven't researched the location, the hotel is very close to the airport and minor city attractions such as museums and cathedrals, but far from natural attractions such as wildlife conservations and clean beaches. And really, the latter is the main reason most people travel to Palawan. The buffet breakfast may have been adequate for the non-vegan, but that didn't include me.

The service and amenities are superb. The personels were very polite and accommodating. They gave us a very quiet room which is located on the 6th floor right on the roof deck. The food is good, breakfast is served in buffet which we really enjoy. It was such a memorable stay and we will definitely come back here.

My last night in Puerto Princesa, they didn't have any single beds left, so they gave me a double. Regardless, the hotel maintained its high quality, no complaints there.

The location isn't bad, but it's on the opposite side from the airport entrance/exit, so just keep that in mind. There are several restaurants within walking distance, so you probably won't be too inconvenienced. This time, my purpose was just to sleep there, so I didn't prioritize the 'hotel life' experience much, but if that's important to you, this might not be the place. The staff were perfectly fine. The breakfast wasn't luxurious, but it was tastier than I expected.

Overall I have quite enjoyed my stay @ Go H - while the facilities are acceptable the staff has been fantastic. They have been accommodating & have tried to be helpful with everything. As in other developing countries not everything is always as well working/maintained perfectly, but when brought to staff's attn they addressed as best possible. The primary n major necessities are fine - I would definitely stay again ))

The hotel is beautiful!! Our room is amazing!! Love all the sculptures and fine details they have all over the hotel. The pools are huge and water is nice and warm! The staff is welcoming and friendly! Would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel to other travelers.
