All requested prior to check-in were done. The location is in the city center. Room is presentable and a nice place to stay. No wifi because undermaintenance to improve the connection. For cellular signal Globe is weak, better use Smart or Dito in that area. Overall a good place to stay.

We had a pleasant stay overall and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. Our room on the 5th floor was comfortable, well-arranged, and provided a relaxing space after a long day. The elevator was efficient and made getting around the building very convenient. The breakfast was decent, although there is some room for improvement. I would not recommend ordering the bangus, as it did not match the photo shown and was noticeably small in portion. My partner was quite disappointed with that choice. On the bright side, I ordered the American breakfast and found it much more satisfying, both in taste and portion size. One area that could use attention is cleanliness, particularly with the bedding. I have allergy rhinitis, and I noticed that my symptoms were slightly triggered while under the blanket, which suggests that a more thorough cleaning process might be beneficial. What truly stood out during our stay was the staff. The reception team was consistently warm, friendly, and welcoming. They greeted us with genuine smiles every time we passed by, which made the experience feel more personal and enjoyable. Despite a few minor issues, we genuinely loved our stay.

We were looking forward to trying out Prime Asia Hotel based on the photos seen online. We have mixed experience after our stay. GOOD: 1. The rooftop pool was big enough with numerous seating options around it. The asian inspired gazebos on both ends gave a relaxing ambiance to the space. 2. Breakfast buffet had a wider array of dishes. We loved that they have two dishes each for Indian and Korean guests. Tumeric basmati rice was savory. Gochugang Eggs and Fish Cakes dish was delicious. Although Masala Chicken was lacking spices so was bland. 3. Housekeeping and Breakfast restaurant staff were engaging and quick to serve. Special mention are Iya of housekeeping and Ross of IMO. 4. Smart TV in the room so Netflix ready. COULD BE IMPROVED: According to their website: ”Welcome to Your Perfect Getaway. A contemporary retreat featuring spacious accommodations and carefully curated amenities for every traveler.” 1. We booked a family room. Upon entering we were surprised to find NO bedside table. Does hotel management expect their guests to place their mobile phone, eyewear/prescription glasses, TV remote, etc on the floor? In the photos online, rooms had side tables. We had to go down to the reception to ask. To be fair, housekeeping staff searched for a side table and was able to bring a table (see photos). 2. No electric kettle and coffee/tea making amenities. Even lower standard hotels/motels have these. Had to borrow from IMO Restaurant. 3. Smart TV would not load Netflix. Another call to reception to have their technical staff come to fix it. 4. Room refrigerator would not turn on. Fourth call to reception for assistance. Housekeeping came again and we found out that the ref was defrosted by turning off the breaker. To summarize, the hotel has a lot going for it. Hopefully management acts on these improvement points which are not hard to rectify. So for now only ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ overall.

Stayed alone, it was a king size bed, so it was wide 々 comfortable Well, the price is the price, so I didn't expect too much, but as a dormitory, I was able to stay very comfortable There was drinking water (water server) on each floor, and it was not troubled by cold drinking water and hot water But the wifi was not connected anyway. Also, the common part was good, but when I entered the room, the radio wave of povo was hard to stand without antenna at all. The location was good with walking street about 5 minutes walk The dogs are walking freestyle around, so you may need to be careful.

Clark Marriott Hotel surprisingly exceeded my expectations! The staffs were absolutely amazing and gave us 2 day free lounge access during our stay. The spa facilities were my favorite from the sauna, cold ice dispenser to cool down our face using a face cloth, jacuzzi and heated chairs! The outdoor pool is also nice and there's a bar for you to order drinks and food. The hotel is situated next to the casino and you can access it directly as its joined. There are also local Pampangan restaurants nearby which is only a walking distance away!

The staff were incredibly helpful. I had left an item at my previous hotel and had it couriered to this one. They constantly monitored the delivery and notified me as soon as it arrived, allowing me to receive it just before I left for the airport. I was so thrilled! The hotel's facilities are excellent overall, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend! 👍

Advantages: It's conveniently located in the heart of Friendship, surrounded by numerous restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, and massage parlors. Having just opened last year, the hotel building is clean and a much better option compared to older hotels in the area. Parking is easy, and there are no bugs. Disadvantages: As it's a new building, there's a strong smell of adhesive from the carpets in both the hotel hallways and rooms. There's no mini-fridge or hairdryer in the room, which was inconvenient. They only provide two towels. If two people are staying, one towel has to be reused from evening until the next morning. This is a very basic amenity they fall short on. The road noise is overwhelming. If your room faces the street, it's very difficult to sleep due to the noise. The room size is very small.

The bed was comfy, the WiFi was excellent, the staff were cheery and helpful. My only real issue was having to pay cash in the restaurant for any meal less than P3000. The result of this policy is I won't be eating in the hotel restaurant.

It was nice. They took a while for us to provide us our room. Their water tastes off and their halo-halo as well. I just had 3 spoons of it but wasn’t able to finish it. Their other foods are okay.

PHAnonymous UserIt was nice. They took a while for us to provide us our room. Their water tastes off and their halo-halo as well. I just had 3 spoons of it but wasn’t able to finish it. Their other foods are okay.

Check in was easy. Staffs were polite. Everything was good except when I tried connecting to the Internet. I am a regular customer to wifi password is already saved. However this time I got an error. I called reception they connected me to a different Internet but result is the same. Can't connect in the room. I really need the Internet for work purposes. I text the number In the room. I got a reply immediately. Internet was fixed in 30mins. But during my 24hr stay. I still get the occasional error. Overall stay could have been perfect if not for the Internet issue. I also found out other people were complaining about it. It's sort of the staff are telling them connection is not available inside the room

Our stay at Microtel Pampanga was truly delightful. The hotel amenities were complete, and the beddings were exceptionally comfortable and clean — something we value highly after a long and tiring motorcycle ride from Ilocos down to Pampanga. The hot shower was top-notch, providing the perfect relief we needed after hours on the road. The staff made the experience even better: the security guards, front desk, and housekeeping team were all courteous and welcoming. The pool was an added bonus, but what really stood out to us was the excellent customer service combined with the comfort of the clean beddings. All in all, our stay felt like a 5-star experience. Thank you, Microtel Pampanga — you truly deserve a pat on the back!

Service totally out is like the don't know what they gonna do... They kind of trouble in so many ways but they have atleast 4 reception in front but the way they did their Job kind of out for me. We have called the customer service for what bathroom matt they came too late we have to call atleast 2-3 for them to bring it..
