Panglao Resorts

The hotel is excellent. When we booked, we were skeptical about the ratings because there weren't many reviews on Trip, but everything turned out great. The hotel is new, everything is clean, and nothing is out of place. The location is also excellent – ​​5 minutes from Alona Beach and relatively far from all the entertainment, which provides at least some peace and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool was also excellent – ​​always clean. Airport transfers are available for 500 pesos if needed. I really liked the fact that you can take diving courses or try a dive with training in the pool. There are a few minor drawbacks, however: there was no soap at the sink, no toothbrushes, no slippers, and no robes. This isn't a big deal and is possible if you ask, and the staff will at least provide hand soap. There's also an issue with the bathroom door – it doesn't close properly, and you have to force it shut. Overall, the experience was excellent, and a big thank you to the diving instructor for the experience. If we ever come back again, we will definitely book here.

We stayed there 18 nights and the staff made the whole trip for us!  Anthony was amazing!  Joy and Mimi made sure we always had what we needed in our room.  We always felt safe when Pedi was on duty and Ate Vany made us feel like we were family!  We got back late one night and I was super hungry and she cooked for me❤️. We will return!

My partner and I had a delightful stay at Quest Villa in Panglao. The villa's intimate size created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for couples seeking a peaceful retreat. We appreciated the option to purchase a cooked-to-order breakfast, choosing between American or Filipino dishes, which were both satisfying and flavorful. The proximity to Common Crew Coffee, just a short walk away, was a pleasant surprise, offering us a convenient spot for our daily caffeine fix. Being near the airport made our travel logistics convenient, and a brief drive took us to the lively Alona Beach, offering a balance of relaxation and adventure. The staff were attentive and ensured our needs were met throughout our stay. Overall, Quest Villa provided a charming and comfortable experience, and we highly recommend it to couples visiting Panglao, especially those on a budget, as it offers great value for money.

The room was clean and spacious enough for the three of us, and the service was good value for the price. Access from the room to the pool was very convenient. The swimming pool is large and suitable for both kids and adults, with shallow areas on both sides for non-swimmers and deeper sections in the middle for more confident swimmers. Breakfast was plated and reasonable for its price. The room tended to be a bit humid, and the pool had a strong chlorine level, so using swimming goggles may be helpful. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location is a bit far to the centre where the activities are and to Alona beach. But the hotel staff clean the room everyday, so generally it is quite clean. A big plus is the common balcony where one can sit and relax thru out the day, and I really enjoy having coffee in the morning and sipping cold beer in the evening at the balcony. Best! The big minus is they provide small cleaning packs which only has a small packet of shampoo and no shower gels but a small soap. Very difficult to clean after a hot day at the beach.

Our stay at Panglao Regents Park Resort was a bit disappointing. One major letdown was the lack of clear information during the orientation—no mention of the sauna, which we fortunately discovered and utilized, especially with the unpredictable weather. We also ordered an extra bed, but it turned out to be just a single foam with a blanket, which didn’t feel worth the ₱800 charge. Additionally, basic amenities were lacking—coffee, mug sunce we added an extea person, and the pitcher in the room was empty upon arrival. While the reception mentioned a refill station on every floor, it was actually only on the second floor, which was inconvenient since we were assigned the third floor. This was particularly challenging for my senior companions (in their late 60s and 70s), though thankfully, they were in good shape. The staff were just okay, but overall, the service could use improvement. Hoping they enhance their offerings to match the potential of the place.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. It is clean and we loved the pool. The food the restaurant serves is good, but could be improved upon quality-wise, but Grab is available if you don't want to eat there. I would definitely stay there again.

Fun Hotel seemed very professional and well organized. It's well located and clean. Unfortunately our stay was problematic as the emergency lights turned out at 3:55AM and even I reported it, the problem continued (see photos 3 and 4). Only after insisntent complaints the hotel sent maintenance to solve it. Also, there is a large construction close to the hotel and it was difficult to sleep past 7AM or enjoy a conversation over breakfast, as it is right next to the breakfast area (see photos 1 and 2). Without these two problems, I would recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this charming Southeast Asian–style hotel. The entire property is surrounded by beautiful greenery, giving it a peaceful and tropical vibe. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The scenery around the hotel was stunning, and our room was very clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the free airport pick-up and drop-off, as well as the complimentary instant noodles and coffee available at the restaurant. Overall, a wonderful experience and a hotel we highly recommend!
