We left an expensive computer charger in our room. We called 90 mins after checkout and nobody could find it. Housekeeping never found/returned it. Ridiculous since it was less than 2 hours from when we left it. I’ve never had a hotel not find something the same day you check out. Housekeeping never found/returned it. It is really frustrating to lose a $150, and have a highly regarded hotel lose it or not return it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, as if you forget something you will never get it back.

Horrible! The person that checked me in was telling me he had me all set and he had made it so I wouldn't have to change rooms (because I added another night). He thought very highly of himself. He ran my card several times unbeknownst to me and for different amounts, American Express flagged my card and put hold on it; due to suspicious activity. Next day, I went to a wonderful birthday at a winery I was hosting for a party of 5. My AmX was declined. No cell service at the winery, so I can't get into my email or AmX account to see any alerts. Paid with another card. I returned to the hotel, and the same clerk informed me my card had been declined. I went to the room and called AmX and they said there were multiple amounts being charged at the Marriott ($20, $9.39, $439, $329, $6) It looked suspicious and they shut down my card. They said they could not reinstate that card, but would send out a new card. Room: Ripped curtains, holes in shades. Coffee pot doesn't work. Air conditioner just blows right on you all night. Could not change settings or direction of air. But, I think it was the complete rudeness of the very person that created this mess. Of course took no responsibility or tried to smooth out a situation. He was agitated and combative; very accusatory towards me. Another clerk asked him repeatedly to please go into the back and let in handle the situation. 3 times the other clerk asked very nicely for him to go into the back. He even said, this isn't a request, it's a demand. Still, the clerk insisted on continuing. The whole situation was completely unprofessional.

We booked 6 months prior for a girls trip for 1 week. 4 of us for our 60th birthday. We requested two rooms next to one another or at least close. You failed miserably and I’m so disappointed. After many visits, I brought my entire friend group for a 60th birthday celebration for the 4 of us. Our only request, rooms next to one another or close. You assigned us rooms not nearly close and on different floors. We stayed for a week!!! I have brought my family and friends to enjoy your resort on several occasions and I will no longer promote your resort. You embarrassed me and impacted the enjoyment of our trip. You have a great product. Get it together!!! You’re a high dollar organization. You should be able to accommodate a simple request. Or…say you cant!!! You have lost a loyal customer Ayer’s. I stayed for three nights and this is what I have to say: The room was spacious and super clean. They do room service every day without asking. The office hosts will asked to write the names of all guest and car plate number. Too many construction trucks (big and wide) on one day I had a bit of a hard time exiting the parking. On one night there was a group of men outside next to my room smoking weed so I told the front desk and they immediately resolve the issue. I saw at least one homeless person each day outside of hotel but there was also police around the area and I did feel safe walking during day time. The pool was fun my kids had fun. No breakfast included but there is great food within walking distance.

This is a relatively modern and very clean property; we had a family room which included a small kitchen area and sofa as well as two good sized beds. We could not fault the room or the quality of service, and the included breakfast was great for the price. The only things that detracted from our stay were (1) some very loud neighbours after the state fair and (2) our disappointment that Paso Robles itself was not quite as interesting as the marketing had led us to expect but neither of these were things that Holiday Inn could control. We were on a US West Coast road trip and this was to break up our journey from Carmel to Santa Barbara. If we do a similar trip in future we’ll stay in Morro Bay instead.

Clean Hotel, Great Breakfast, Overall good stay. Only issue was that my tv was not working in my room and my tub wasn’t able to stay clogged, the water drained. I mentioned it to the front desk staff and they were aware of it, Manuel was really helpful and was very kind and generous to help me move my items to my room since I am disabled. He went up and tried to work the things out and I ended up getting a different room. Very happy with this stay and will be back in September!

Just arrived at the high speed, it is convenient. Indians opened, very clean. But the room was very cold, the warm air was very noisy, and it felt like a bunch of Optimus Prime came and went, and the meeting was a break. The shower is hot enough to brush the teeth, but the water is good, otherwise it will be paralyzed. There is a good restaurant in the city. It has been open for many years and it is really delicious.

We are very pleased to write this praise for the entire CaliPaso Winery team regarding our amazing stay at the Villa. We arrived at late night passed 10pm to be greeted by a friendly staff who stayed beyond their normal desk hours to make sure that we are taken care of. What was even more amazing that once we find out that our EV is not compatible with the chargers on site, the Facilities Manager, Modesto, ended up fabricating a custom extension box literally in the middle of the night so we can recharge our car by the morning. The degree that the team went out of their way to satisfy us was truly remarkable and we have yet to seen before, even though we travel a lot. To top it off, the breakfast served by Ruth and her team was amazing. The place is truly a gem and we highly recommend to stay at CaliPaso for its natural beautiful setting and rooms, as well as for the truly outstanding level of service.

After attending a Celebration of Life for a close family member, Six of us, 3 couples needed to decompress. The Hampton Inn in Paso Robles was the ticket. Easy to get to and great parking, along with the digital checkin and key made our arrival swift and effortless. The front desk staff was friendly and quick to point out features like breakfast, pool, and even the loan of a corkscrew. Our room was very big, very clean, and very comfortable, well stocked with towels and vanity supplies. The refrigerator was convenient and even though we didn't use it the microwave was a nice option. The two days we had the in-house complimentary breakfast it was delicous, clean and had plenty of food and food choices. Great job Hampton Inn, you will be our new ”go-to” in Paso!

I am more sensitive, the room has a taste of decoration, but fortunately, I found someone to open the window a little, the taste improves a lot.

A Very Disappointed, Margaret Parent .
