Rooms are good, cleanliness to be improved a little, furniture and cupboards look old, scratched here and there but when i stayed in oct 2023, maintenance work was ongoing. The road in front of the main entrance is one way so have to be little careful not to miss the hotel. Due to the local bar, the backside is a bit creepy.

Very helpful staff and spacious, clean rooms. We had a very pleasant experience.

I stayed there for two days, especially in the night hours. From there i went to mannady temple and ado-or vadakkadathukavu temple. Also went to vetticode. My stay purpose was that and i am satisfied with the stay and location of the property

Good hotel with ample car-parking, good rooms with enough space, good bar and the restaurant serves the best dinner and i was surprised to get dal khichdi there which was equivalent to the north taste

The rooms were clean and all the necessary amenities were provided such as toiletries, iron box, electric kettle, tea and coffee sachets. Things to work on - the electric kettle needs to be cleaned as there was some limescale deposits. The water in the bathrooms doesn't drain away completely, so it takes time to dry even with the exhaust on. Shower curtains should be put up on the existing curtain rods to prevent water from splashing to the rest of the bathroom. The food was decent. Overall a good stay.

I stayed at this hotel recently and found the experience to be underwhelming. The property feels outdated and could really use some upgrades to match modern expectations. The rooms, in particular, were below average in quality, with a tired look and uncomfortable furnishings. The food was reasonably priced and passable, but the breakfast buffet was a disappointment. The selection was very limited, and much of the food seemed stale, which didn’t leave a good impression. One of the biggest issues we faced was with transportation. The hotel is situated in an area dominated by local taxi operators, and we weren’t informed of this beforehand. When we tried to book an uber, the local taxi drivers confronted us and made it clear we couldn’t use rideshare services in the area. It was an uncomfortable and frustrating situation that could have been avoided with better communication from the hotel. Overall, the hotel has potential but falls short in several key areas. Until improvements are made, i wouldn’t recommend it for a comfortable or hassle-free stay.

Was given ground floor room on request, because the hotel does not have a lift. The room was next to the reception. Neat, adequate space, good bathroom. But noisy due to the reception counter outside and a bar next door. Food was ok. Helpful and courteous staff. Overall, a good experience.

Location was good with easy access to railway station, bus stand, shopping centre's, banks, hospitals, good restaurants and eateries. Staff were very courteous, room was well kept with all accessories, exceptionally clean toilet bathroom and surroundings.
