The stay was nice. We stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting Al Ain. The hotel seems new and clean, personally I found the ”pixelated” esthetics fun and enjoyable. The room was quite spacious and clean. The breakfast was varied, and the service was nice. We also went to the bar on the terrace - the prices were really good. The proximity to the stadium makes it worth staying here if you're going for an event in that location.

The hotel was previously Intercontinental. However, I believe no major refurbishment has taken place thereafter. The hotel staff were helpful but still had less idea on how to manage the peak rush hours during the holidays. Rooms are big and spacious but the washrooms are very old style and needs change. Food had variety but no taste and was cold the staff had no idea that the food is cold and not enjoyable. I would rate an overall 3 out 5.

We had a quick check in which is great.The room is clean and relaxing and good value for the price per night. We had only some issues with the ac since we open the door at the balcony which had a sesnsor connected to the ac and it goes back to room temperature,anyways they fix the issues as soon as possible.The hotel also is connected to the mall which is convenient to buy some stuffs or food although there is also in room dining inside the hotel which is affordable too.

The staff here were very friendly and welcoming, which we truly appreciated. However, after entering through the main gate, the signage and directions were insufficient and a bit confusing. The mobile signal in the area was quite weak, and the Wi-Fi in the room did not work properly. Since ordering food required scanning a QR code, it was difficult to access the menu. I would suggest providing printed menus as an alternative. The room felt a bit dark, and overall the hardware and facilities could use some improvement. Although the location is not particularly far, we made a special trip to visit and unfortunately did not find the experience as impressive as we had hoped.

My daughter and I stayed here for the last leg of our Dubai trip. Although it was a bit far from Dubai, the breakfast was delicious, and the room service dinner was excellent. The various activities available at different times, the stunning scenery, and especially the blue lights, were truly unforgettable. We were able to relax in the private sauna, and all the staff were so kind and friendly, which made our stay incredibly enjoyable. Even though it was a short time, we got to know the staff well, and it was hard to leave!
