Seda Vertis North is a gem in QC. It is the perfect staycation destination in this area — it’s close to the malls, the location is quiet, the facilities are well maintained. You get the perks and conveniences of a Shangri La like slippers, bath robes, an ironing board in the room, verbena and lemon scented toiletries, super comfortable bed and excellent staff, all at a reasonable price. Kudos to Ms. Monday San Miguel, Asst Director of Rooms for taking really good of us.

Nice service! It was a beautiful and wonderful experience with a cozy environment, fresh air, and a great view. The location is convenient, making it easy to go from place to place. The service is excellent, and the staff are friendly. The place is clean and hygienic. We had a fun and exciting time at the swimming pool, where we enjoyed taking pictures because of the beautiful natural scenery. We also enjoyed swimming, even though some of us don’t know how to swim.

While the exterior wasn't particularly impressive, the interior was clean and comfortable. My room had no view, facing the wall of the adjacent building. The air conditioning was a quiet split-type unit. The breakfast, though limited in variety, was delicious. Usually, it's a buffet, but on one day, there were no dishes laid out, and staff brought a single plate to each guest. I assume this was done because there weren't many guests. The pool was tiny, more like an outdoor bath at a public bathhouse – definitely not suitable for adults to swim in; it's more of an afterthought. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Overall, it's a clean hotel with good value for money.

There was a problem with the toilet overflowing from the base. It smelled a bit, so I contacted the front desk and they cleaned it right away. However, since it was a malfunction of the toilet, I received another cleaning service, and it was an old issue, so the back of the toilet was stained brown with grime. Other than that, everything else was great. The shopping mall and concert venue were very close. The prices at the shopping mall are pretty much the same as in Korea. A bowl of ramen costs over 10,000 won, and drinks are typically 5,000-6,000 won. They barely sell any plain food. There are no salad specialty stores, and even sandwiches are mayo-based by default, so I struggled with the food more than expected. This isn't really hotel-related, but I'm leaving it for those who are coming for events. I accidentally booked a cheap hotel far away and stayed there for a day, but my condition worsened, so I couldn't stay there anymore. I quickly moved here and found peace. It was clean, pleasant, and cool enough even without turning on the air conditioning, by my standards. The front desk service was also good. There's a Starbucks on the first floor and a Muji Cafe on the second floor. The coffee at Muji tasted better and was cheaper. The caffeine was super strong, and it had a big awakening effect on me, but everyone can choose what they like. There are many places to eat. The value for money wasn't great, but I was satisfied because the walking distance was short.

The best thing about Hotel DreamWorld North EDSA is its location. It’s very convenient and close to malls, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to get around. However, the hotel itself was just average. The room was okay but could use better maintenance and updating. Cleanliness and overall comfort could also be improved. The staff were fine, but the overall experience didn’t quite meet my expectations. It’s a decent option if your priority is the location, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Just enough and fair for a standard hotel. We book for New Year's eve for us to watch the countdown firecracker but what a spoiler, we were given a room at the second floor in which the view in the window is a cluttered yard of a local house. I had a truly amazing stay at Astrotel Cubao! Its prime location is unbeatable—right near all major mass transportation options, Gateway Mall with its fantastic restaurants, and the Araneta Coliseum. Everything you need is within easy reach. The amenities impressed me, especially the strong WiFi connection that worked flawlessly. Rooms are quiet, allowing for peaceful rest without any noise disturbances. The food is decent and satisfying, and the rooms themselves are spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Shoutout to the excellent room attendants—Junjun, Rainier, Christian, and Brice—who do outstanding work and are super approachable and friendly. (I couldn't catch the lobby staff names yet, as they seemed a bit less engaging with guests, but that's minor.) Overall, this hotel is a top pick for travelers, friends, or family trips. We truly loved our stay at this hotel, and one of the highlights of our experience was how accommodating and approachable the staff were throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and well taken care of. We were especially touched by the thoughtful welcome greeting prepared in our room, complete with roses and a handwritten birthday note. This small but meaningful gesture really made our stay extra special and showed how much the staff values their guests, which we genuinely appreciated. Since we were traveling as a family, it was also wonderful that the hotel was able to arrange the first two rooms as connecting rooms for us. This made our stay much more convenient and comfortable, especially when traveling with family members. The rooms themselves were very clean, well maintained, and relaxing, which made it easy to feel at home during our stay. The hotel also has a swimming pool that guests can enjoy, which is a great added amenity. While we understand there is a reminder that there is no lifeguard on duty, we do hope that in the future they might consider having one available for added security, or at least someone who regularly checks on guests using the pool, just to ensure everyone’s safety. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay here. The combination of excellent service, clean rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere made our experience truly memorable. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel, as both the staff and the place itself are simply amazing.

I chose Ardenhills Suites purely because it's new. Seriously, who wants to stay in an old Manila hotel with that musty carpet smell? My first thought upon entering was: Wow, this room is huge! So many boutique hotels nowadays feel like shoeboxes, but their Deluxe room is spacious enough for me to walk around comfortably. What really impressed me was the wooden flooring – it felt solid underfoot, a hundred times better than those thick, dirt-trapping carpets. If you're someone who hates sun exposure but still wants to swim, their indoor heated pool is a lifesaver. Go around 3-4 PM, the water temperature is perfect, and it just refreshes you completely. However, I have to be honest about the parking – it's a real test of skill. The ramp is so narrow it'll make your palms sweat; new drivers might want to think twice. And the breakfast, if you prefer bold flavors like me, you might find the selection a bit on the bland side. Overall, if you're looking for a quiet, clean place to get a good night's sleep in the heart of Quezon City, this place is definitely a safe bet. Tomas Morato, with all its dining options, is just a short walk away, making it super convenient for late-night cravings.

The breakfast provided by the hotel is simple if you book with breakfast deal , but if you book without breakfast and order from the menu instead, there are more choices. The veggie cheese omelette is especially delicious and reasonably priced. There is also a nail spa next to the hotel where you can enjoy foot wraps ,body scrubs and massages . This hotel is a breath of fresh air! The classic design aesthetic is executed perfectly – from the vintage light fixtures to the polished hardwood floors, everything feels carefully preserved and beautifully maintained. It’s clean, orderly, and has that wonderful nostalgic feel of staying in a well-loved family hotel. I was traveling for work and was worried about getting rest, but the bed is so comfy I slept like a baby every single night. The pillows were just right, and the bed frame was sturdy with no squeaks or sagging spots. The location is fantastic – easy to reach from major roads and within walking distance of some great local spots. There are no smart TVs or cable channels, and the internet is the older kind that works fine for emails but not much else. For me, that was actually a plus – it helped me focus during the day and unwind fully at night. Highly recommend for anyone who values comfort and character over modern gadgets!

This isn't my first time staying here. Some of the reception staff are very gracious, but their way of handling problems can be quite arrogant. If there's noise, they just send security to deal with it, nothing else. **Environment:** This business trip, I unfortunately had a room next to another that was preparing for a wedding, and it was incredibly noisy. My room was also a corner unit, meaning there was a connecting door to another room. Even though it was locked, there was absolutely no soundproofing. **Service:** The hotel service was terrible. Even though I asked to change rooms the day after the first night, they refused. I tolerated it until the day I was leaving, when I finally couldn't take it anymore and complained to the hotel. By then, I didn't even expect a room change anymore; what was the point of offering it then? My biggest relief was booking through Trip.com, which provided some mediation to protect my rights as a customer. This kind of older 3-4 star hotel naturally doesn't care about a guest like me, staying for only 3-4 days, especially since it's already one of the relatively better hotels in Quezon City. The hotel offered no compensation whatsoever. When I checked out, they gave me a small cake to appease me, very classy.

Breakfast, rubbish, one of the worst selections I've ever had, soup, rice, scrambled egg, fish and sausage. That's it. Coffee and choice of one juice. And to finish my trip off they accused me of smoking in my room, with a picture of a packet of cigarettes on the table. Think I was supposed to hide them. Yet nearly every member of staff had seen me go out and come back 15 minutes later. I did have a pair of running shoes and some tennis shorts in my room as well but I did neither of them in my room either. Very disappointed

The floor tiles just outside the toilet were cracked, and the floor looked stained. During our 3-day stay, no one cleaned our room at all. We also asked the management if they could prepare breakfast earlier since we had to leave early, but they simply said breakfast starts at 7 AM with no flexibility, negotiation, or refund offered. Honestly, it would have been better to just order from GrabFood instead of paying for a room with breakfast included — cheaper and with more food choices. There were also drilling works happening in the nearby building, which was quite disturbing. On the positive side, the location is convenient, with nearby schools, malls, Jollibee, Puregold, and sidewalk canteens, making it easy to find food and avoid traffic.

PHBryan James GarciaBooked this hotel near Quezon Avenue station, about 5mins walk. Room is spacious, but dated. Smells good but there are small cockroaches. There are stains on the couch which is a let down. If just a place to rest, then it’s value for money. But a place for relaxation, I have my reservations.

Quality Service Comfortable accommodation and good location! Price: I booked this with Trip.com with affordable price. Place: This hotel is closed to different malls and transportation terminals. It is really accessible. For the room : studio room for solo traveller like me is already good and it is comfortable the soft bed and nice table for working space .... food is great - rice meals and pasta salads and bread , hello to the lady who prepare the omelette... People:Staff are friendly and they assist you what ever you need something. They follow up also guest who still not eat their breakfast . From the security who always smile and greet the guest , their bell boy who assisted me from lobby to the room and to HKP and give some towels , thanks . Overall :10 /10 satisfied guest for quality service

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were genuinely impressed by the overall experience. One of the standout aspects is how accessible the location is—it’s very convenient whether you’re commuting, exploring nearby attractions, or simply looking for a place that’s easy to find and reach. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating from the moment we arrived. Their warm attitude and willingness to assist made us feel comfortable and valued throughout our stay. They were always ready to help with a smile, which truly made a difference. What makes this hotel even more remarkable is the value for money. For the price we paid, the quality of service, cleanliness, and comfort exceeded our expectations. It’s definitely a great choice for travelers looking for something affordable without compromising on quality. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again!
