Seda Vertis North is a gem in QC. It is the perfect staycation destination in this area — it’s close to the malls, the location is quiet, the facilities are well maintained. You get the perks and conveniences of a Shangri La like slippers, bath robes, an ironing board in the room, verbena and lemon scented toiletries, super comfortable bed and excellent staff, all at a reasonable price. Kudos to Ms. Monday San Miguel, Asst Director of Rooms for taking really good of us.

Nice service! It was a beautiful and wonderful experience with a cozy environment, fresh air, and a great view. The location is convenient, making it easy to go from place to place. The service is excellent, and the staff are friendly. The place is clean and hygienic. We had a fun and exciting time at the swimming pool, where we enjoyed taking pictures because of the beautiful natural scenery. We also enjoyed swimming, even though some of us don’t know how to swim.

While the exterior wasn't particularly impressive, the interior was clean and comfortable. My room had no view, facing the wall of the adjacent building. The air conditioning was a quiet split-type unit. The breakfast, though limited in variety, was delicious. Usually, it's a buffet, but on one day, there were no dishes laid out, and staff brought a single plate to each guest. I assume this was done because there weren't many guests. The pool was tiny, more like an outdoor bath at a public bathhouse – definitely not suitable for adults to swim in; it's more of an afterthought. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Overall, it's a clean hotel with good value for money.

During my recent stay at Park Inn by Radisson North EDSA for a concert at the SkyDome, I also booked an additional room for my sister and a friend, who stayed for one night for the same purpose. The hotel’s location was ideal for all of us, especially since we were attending the same event. Their check-in experience was smooth and efficient, with friendly and professional front desk staff who handled the process well despite the weekend crowd. The room they stayed in was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Amenities such as toiletries, coffee and tea, a hair dryer, and reliable air-conditioning were all provided and met expectations. The water dispensers located near the lifts on every floor were also appreciated for their convenience. Breakfast the next morning was decent, with a selection that leaned toward Filipino dishes, which they enjoyed. It was a satisfying start to the day before checking out. Overall, their one-night stay was pleasant and comfortable, and it complemented my own experience at the hotel very well. Park Inn by Radisson North EDSA is a solid choice for guests attending concerts or events in the area.

We are familiar with the Red Planet hotels and our main one is in Binondo. We went here to Timog for some errands and stayed here. As usual, rooms are clean and staff are amazing. And yes, the price is affordable. One thing of note with this location is that they have grab lockers outside for food delivery so keep that in mind. You will need to go downstairs and scan the QR code on the grab app or enter a code given to you in the grab app to unlock your locker and collect the food.

The best thing about Hotel DreamWorld North EDSA is its location. It’s very convenient and close to malls, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to get around. However, the hotel itself was just average. The room was okay but could use better maintenance and updating. Cleanliness and overall comfort could also be improved. The staff were fine, but the overall experience didn’t quite meet my expectations. It’s a decent option if your priority is the location, but there is definitely room for improvement.

The hallway leading to the room smells bad and dirty. The CR has smell (sumisingaw) also. The sink in the bath floor has no cover and unsanitary. Animals and insects can get in through the open drainage. Room service is 24 hours. I was able to request a thrash can, slippers, and hot water at 3am. I was too exhausted from travel that I immediately slept after arriving. It was already dawn when I noticed that there was no thrash can and slippers. Staff are courteous and responds quickly to requests.

Stayed at Harolds Hotel in Quezon City — the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. The location is convenient, with a nearby mall and a 7‑11 just a 2‑minute walk away. Breakfast was tasty, though a bit cold at times; I’d recommend serving it hotter for an even better experience. The swimming pool was relaxing, and we enjoyed ordering food at the bar. The bar staff were very helpful and accommodating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. This hotel offers good value for a relaxing stay. While some facilities had issues, they were promptly addressed, which was satisfactory. However, I found the breakfast a bit pricey; 25,000 won for two people feels a bit steep. I think lowering the breakfast price could encourage more guests to dine in.

The staff is the best thing in this hotel, especially the night shifts. If I remember it right their names were Leann & Kat (front receptionists), the housekeeping, the boys in green on the front lobby andeven the security guard who asssisted us in the parking were great! True Filipino hospitality. The first night was horrible the bed was hard and makes a loud noise every time u move. I saw in other reviews that was the main complained on that hotel. I made a complained on the front desks next day (morning) & the receptionist just smiled & shrugged it off. When I came back in the night I was ready to leave & moved to another hotel but the receptionists (Leann & Kat) made me try & choose different rooms which was better, bed are still hard but the sheets made it softer & the room was a little updated. They were so nice since my family lives nearby they advise me to stay since the staff were all nice. I booked through Trip.com, processing was fast. There are other hotels nearby, mgt should update their rooms to compete, there’s only 1 socket in the room & they provide 1 extension, beds are very uncomfortable, bathroom sinks doesn’t drain, water is on the hallway, water jug in the rooms have molds, Hallways on all floors have no AC, TV just have “Cignal” channel no access for Netflix or youtube. Aside from the restaurant downstairs & the friendly staff, there’s nothing special in this hotel.

Astrotel Cubao: The Ultimate Hub for Convenience If you are looking for a place that is literally in the middle of everything, Astrotel Cubao is a top-tier choice. Its location makes it one of the most accessible budget hotels in Quezon City.  1. Transportation at Your Doorstep The biggest win for this hotel is its proximity to major transit lines. • MRT-3 & LRT-2: You are just a 1 to 3-minute walk from the MRT Cubao Station and about 5–9 minutes from the LRT-2 Gateway Station. This makes traveling across Metro Manila incredibly easy. • Bus Terminals: Since it’s near EDSA, you are walking distance to provincial bus terminals like Partas and Isarog, which is perfect if you’re heading out of town.  2. Shop & Dine with Ease You don’t have to go far for food or errands. The hotel is surrounded by the Araneta City hub:  • Malls: Farmers Plaza is practically next door, while Gateway Mall, Ali Mall, and SM Cubao are all within a 5 to 10-minute walk.  • 24/7 Access: There are convenience stores and fast-food chains right outside the entrance, so grabbing a late-night snack is never a problem.  3. A Comfortable & Thematic Stay The stay itself is very convenient because: • Themed Rooms: They have fun, ”galaxy-inspired” rooms that give the place a unique vibe. • Great Service: Guests often praise the staff for being very accommodating—they even offer free room upgrades when available!  • Amenities: You get the essentials like strong WiFi, hot and cold showers, and smart TVs in select rooms.

I booked my mom here and she said: 🌴 A Hidden Paradise in the Heart of the City! 🌴 Staying at this hotel felt like discovering a secret oasis amidst the city’s busy streets. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth, genuine smiles, and an atmosphere that immediately melted away the stress of urban life. The ambiance is truly a paradise in the middle of the city — lush greenery, tranquil water features, and beautifully designed spaces that make you forget you’re in QC. My room was immaculate, elegantly furnished, and offered a stunning view that perfectly balanced comfort and luxury. Kudos for the 100% feather comforter 💚 The staff went above and beyond in every interaction — attentive without being intrusive, always ready to help with a friendly attitude that made my stay feel personal and special. Thank you for Christian for a warm welcome, for Sharline at the rooftop, for Clarence took time to direct me where I can buy food at 3:00 am and Kuya Gudoy for taking time to wait for me to open the door and for DJ having smooth checkout and even sending me to my ride. Also to all the people that I encounter specially to the guard at B1, thank you so much!!! Whether you're here for relaxation, business, or a romantic getaway, this hotel provides everything you need — serenity, style, and first-class service. It’s truly a slice of paradise that refreshes your soul while keeping you close to the city’s energy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ HIGHLY RECOMMEDED - a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and hospitality!

I chose Ardenhills Suites purely because it's new. Seriously, who wants to stay in an old Manila hotel with that musty carpet smell? My first thought upon entering was: Wow, this room is huge! So many boutique hotels nowadays feel like shoeboxes, but their Deluxe room is spacious enough for me to walk around comfortably. What really impressed me was the wooden flooring – it felt solid underfoot, a hundred times better than those thick, dirt-trapping carpets. If you're someone who hates sun exposure but still wants to swim, their indoor heated pool is a lifesaver. Go around 3-4 PM, the water temperature is perfect, and it just refreshes you completely. However, I have to be honest about the parking – it's a real test of skill. The ramp is so narrow it'll make your palms sweat; new drivers might want to think twice. And the breakfast, if you prefer bold flavors like me, you might find the selection a bit on the bland side. Overall, if you're looking for a quiet, clean place to get a good night's sleep in the heart of Quezon City, this place is definitely a safe bet. Tomas Morato, with all its dining options, is just a short walk away, making it super convenient for late-night cravings.

The breakfast provided by the hotel is simple if you book with breakfast deal , but if you book without breakfast and order from the menu instead, there are more choices. The veggie cheese omelette is especially delicious and reasonably priced. There is also a nail spa next to the hotel where you can enjoy foot wraps ,body scrubs and massages . This hotel is a breath of fresh air! The classic design aesthetic is executed perfectly – from the vintage light fixtures to the polished hardwood floors, everything feels carefully preserved and beautifully maintained. It’s clean, orderly, and has that wonderful nostalgic feel of staying in a well-loved family hotel. I was traveling for work and was worried about getting rest, but the bed is so comfy I slept like a baby every single night. The pillows were just right, and the bed frame was sturdy with no squeaks or sagging spots. The location is fantastic – easy to reach from major roads and within walking distance of some great local spots. There are no smart TVs or cable channels, and the internet is the older kind that works fine for emails but not much else. For me, that was actually a plus – it helped me focus during the day and unwind fully at night. Highly recommend for anyone who values comfort and character over modern gadgets!

This isn't my first time staying here. Some of the reception staff are very gracious, but their way of handling problems can be quite arrogant. If there's noise, they just send security to deal with it, nothing else. **Environment:** This business trip, I unfortunately had a room next to another that was preparing for a wedding, and it was incredibly noisy. My room was also a corner unit, meaning there was a connecting door to another room. Even though it was locked, there was absolutely no soundproofing. **Service:** The hotel service was terrible. Even though I asked to change rooms the day after the first night, they refused. I tolerated it until the day I was leaving, when I finally couldn't take it anymore and complained to the hotel. By then, I didn't even expect a room change anymore; what was the point of offering it then? My biggest relief was booking through Trip.com, which provided some mediation to protect my rights as a customer. This kind of older 3-4 star hotel naturally doesn't care about a guest like me, staying for only 3-4 days, especially since it's already one of the relatively better hotels in Quezon City. The hotel offered no compensation whatsoever. When I checked out, they gave me a small cake to appease me, very classy.

Breakfast, rubbish, one of the worst selections I've ever had, soup, rice, scrambled egg, fish and sausage. That's it. Coffee and choice of one juice. And to finish my trip off they accused me of smoking in my room, with a picture of a packet of cigarettes on the table. Think I was supposed to hide them. Yet nearly every member of staff had seen me go out and come back 15 minutes later. I did have a pair of running shoes and some tennis shorts in my room as well but I did neither of them in my room either. Very disappointed

We recently stayed for 8 nights at Alino in their Premium Queen room, we were in the city for our holiday visiting friends and family. What we liked: - Room is clean since its a brand new hotel - caring and attentive staff -- really living up to its name which is Alagang Filipino. - there is an available Laundromat so you can do your own laundry wash and dry with a fee per load - their Filipino breakfast is great for esp for OFWs, option for in room dining and continental or american breakfast for foreigners - they are very open to hearing feedback and try their best to address these. What we hope for improvement - the drive way: cars exiting, esp lower cars, the bumper of cars skid as they exit and damages the cars - our room was near the elevator, so we had trouble sleeping in as we can hear everything that happens outside the room including the elevator sounds and all people coming in and out of the floor. - consider adding elevator and hallway perfume Other than that, we think we have found the best place to stay everytime we come and visit the city.

Overall, a great stay — I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is near in sm norh edsa so it is very convenient it is also clean but the location is a little noisy at night. You can hear the neighbours singing if you have your aircon off. But overall it was a good experience.

Quality Service Comfortable accommodation and good location! Price: I booked this with Trip.com with affordable price. Place: This hotel is closed to different malls and transportation terminals. It is really accessible. For the room : studio room for solo traveller like me is already good and it is comfortable the soft bed and nice table for working space .... food is great - rice meals and pasta salads and bread , hello to the lady who prepare the omelette... People:Staff are friendly and they assist you what ever you need something. They follow up also guest who still not eat their breakfast . From the security who always smile and greet the guest , their bell boy who assisted me from lobby to the room and to HKP and give some towels , thanks . What I liked the most was the location since it was very near TriNoma, SM City North EDSA, and the MRT station, making it very convenient for transportation, shopping, and finding places to eat. Everything was easily accessible, which made the trip hassle-free. Overall, it was a great experience staying there and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly and convenient place to stay in the area.

Water Heater is malfunctioning in this room, so taking a cold shower cannot be prevented - cause you are already there in the shower. They need to provide doormats in all rooms. And must improve the water stopper installed in the shower room doors, so water doesn't spill in the room foyer and through the corridors.
