A very cost-effective living option. We brought two babies and booked a 90-square-meter two-bedroom, one-living room apartment. The floor-to-ceiling windows are basically full of sea views, and the balcony is also full of sea views. It is very convenient to walk to the beach. It is suitable for families with children, friends gatherings, client receptions, etc. They are all independent houses with good privacy. The most important thing is that the price of 340 New Zealand dollars also includes breakfast for our family of four. The breakfast is also good and worth experiencing. It is very convenient to drive to Auckland in an hour. Suggestion: If the kitchen can be equipped with more pots and stoves, it will be more suitable for staying for a few days.

I travel almost every month. This hotel is definitely the best value for money around. Very pleasant surprise. In terms of location, the hotel is five or six hundred meters away from the skycity. It is closer to Queen Street and Victoria Street. The Asian supermarket opposite the hotel is very convenient. The hotel location is good so it is quiet In terms of facilities, the electrical appliances of this hotel are better than five-star hotels. I am so surprised that I often travel on business, so I have stayed in many five-star hotels. The household things are very high-end. Panasonic TV LG refrigerator is Australian brand Westinghouse appliances and furniture are very new and very new What brand of oven I forgot is also a very good brand The toiletries and tea bags and coffee in the room are complete, even the tea cups are Australian brand maxwell and williams The bone china is very good texture than the things used by five-star hotels. The kitchen has an induction cooker, a range hood, a kettle, etc. The sofa in the room is also very spacious. In terms of service, the hotel owner and front desk are very nice. The staff can speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin. There is a free upgrade. Amazing. There is a lock up garage. The garage is safe and convenient. The room has free mineral water and tea bags. Discounts on taxis In terms of value for money, the room is quite good. The surrounding hotels have no air conditioning, no kitchen, no appliances, and the old rooms are more expensive than here. This is really the king of cost performance. Real name Amway

There are three toilets and toilets shared, so it doesn't seem crowded. The boss is very nice. He is generally 3-6PM, we are a little late, he is waiting for us. In fact, it doesn't matter if the boss is not there. He has messages and instructions on the whiteboard, and the key is inserted on the door. By the way, it is all Panshan Road to Piha Beach, so pay attention to safety when driving.

We booked a room with breakfast and dinner. We arrived at the hotel at 8 PM, just in time before dinner service ended. The hotel dinner truly blew us away; there was so much food that two adults and two children couldn't even finish it all, and the quality and taste were superb. There was also a great variety of fresh fruit. The next day, we went to a fruit shop and regretted not having packed up the last remaining fruit from the hotel. I've already recommended this hotel to friends, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I visit Auckland.

An established five-star international hotel with warm and thoughtful reception and skilled business. The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable. The location is very good, close to the sea. You can go downstairs and walk to the sea. The hotel is also in the harbor. During the stay, I encountered a large cruise ship entering the harbor. It was a real eye-opener. It was an unexpected gain. I have never seen such a large cruise ship up close before. It is more than 300 meters long and about 80 meters wide. It is about a 10-minute walk to Queen Street.

This is an older hotel, and while the facilities are a bit dated, the environment is very pleasant. Our window directly overlooked Albert Park, and what's great is that the window could be opened slightly, which made for excellent ventilation. The hotel breakfast was also good. Unfortunately, because I wasn't sure if the stay would be comfortable, I only booked 2 nights initially. When I tried to book a third night, the hotel was fully booked, so I had to switch to a different hotel. I requested a late check-out, and that was quickly arranged.

Sky Tower and the ferry terminal are also very close, and it’s convenient for both public transport and taxis, making it ideal for both sightseeing and business commutes. 2. **Comfortable Rooms**: Rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable bedding. Equipped with smart TVs and Manuka honey toiletries. Sea view rooms offer stunning views of Waitematā Harbour. Free WiFi and a daily 'chocolate hour' are standout features. 3. **Dining Experience**: Custom Lane café is highly praised for its coffee and pastries. The rooftop BODA restaurant serves Korean fusion cuisine with panoramic city/harbour views. The chocolate buffet is a popular highlight. 4. **Service & Facilities**: Most guests commend the friendly and efficient 24-hour front desk service. There's a well-equipped gym and meeting facilities. Some room types offer accessible accommodation. Cons: 1. **Parking Issues**: Street parking is scarce, and valet parking is quite expensive. Lower-floor rooms can be affected by street noise from traffic. 2. **Peak Hour Waits**: Occasional queues for breakfast and check-in during busy periods. Some guests reported unstable internet when the hotel is crowded. 3. **Mid-to-High Price Range**: Room rates noticeably increase during peak season or exhibition periods.

The room had a beautiful view, and the balcony door could be opened, but you couldn't get out because there wasn't enough room to stand, which was a shame! The only downside to the room was that if you opened the refrigerator and didn't close it immediately, or if you closed the door too slowly, a speaker on the ceiling would suddenly start making noises in English. Since my English isn't good, I couldn't understand a word they were saying, and it was terrifying! I felt like I was being spied on, and I didn't even know I was changing clothes. Was there any CCTV in the room? It was quite frightening, and I'm afraid to extend my stay.

Overall, this hotel is satisfactory considering its location, apartment size, staff service. The western restaurant’s food offerings are not good enough but with a high price. A nearby Korean restaurant at the intersection of the drive and Hobson street is wonderful which made me feel better. Two weird things happened: 1. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the University of Auckland. After taking a taxi from the airport to Waitemata Station, it's about a four or five-stop bus ride from Britomart, and the bus stop is right across from the hotel. There are many bus stops nearby, making it convenient to get anywhere. Check-in was very smooth; even though there were a lot of people checking in that afternoon, it was well-organized and efficient overall. The front desk staff were also very friendly and even asked if I had stayed at their hotel before. I mentioned I had been to Cordis Beijing Capital Airport previously, but this was my first time here. Upon entering, I noticed the hotel's signature scent, which was indeed identical to the one at Cordis Beijing Capital Airport. The room facilities were all great, the mattress was very comfortable, and there were plenty of charging outlets. The hotel's Wi-Fi was also very fast. The toiletries were of high quality with a pleasant scent, and since the weather was dry in autumn, applying some body lotion made me feel very comfortable. Cordis hotels are known for their breakfast, and the restaurant in the morning certainly offered a wide variety of delicious-looking options. Perhaps due to jet lag, my stomach still thought it was 4 or 5 AM after I finished eating, so I didn't eat much. All in all, this booking on Trip.com offered excellent value for money, and this comfortable trip made me very happy and relaxed.

A clean and spacious hotel located in the CBD. It's footsteps away from Skycity and within walking distance to Queen St and many restaurants, bars and conscience stores. The room was quite big with a comfortable bed and choices to pick different types of pillows. There was also in-room ironing board and the Wifi signals were strong. Would have been even better if there were better views of the city. Staff were professional and attentive, especially during late nights - as sometimes the access cards didn't allow you into the hotel, and you needed to use the intercom. Highly recommend and will be back in the future.

The location is fantastic! Check-in and check-out were a breeze since everything was automated. The building has an artistic vibe and was cleaner than I expected. Great value for money, I think! Just a heads-up: there are two keys, one for your room and one for common areas, so you'll need to carry both with you!!

【Amenities】 Self check-in and check-out are very convenient. The hotel facilities are very new, and the room and bathroom designs are quite modern. The capsule room has a mirror and a charging port. However, it gets a bit hot while sleeping, and the exhaust fan doesn't seem to do much. But the room is still very good; there are even hooks for hanging towels, which is convenient. The bed is comfortable, and the soundproofing is pretty good, so turning over in the bunk bed doesn't cause much disturbance. 【Surroundings】 It's a bit far from the main shopping street and the pier that most people want to visit. For dining, you'll need to walk a few extra minutes.

Everything was all good. The skydrive bus stop is just downstairs. We went to Rotorua and the bus stop is also downstairs. Everything was good except the basin. The water in the basin clogged a bit. There are no slipper and toothbrush at the hotel so better bring your own.

We stayed for 4 nights and were upgraded to a room on the 11th floor with a view of the Sky Tower, which was absolutely beautiful. Valet parking was available for $60 per night. Breakfast was average with limited options and not great value for money. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The 24-hour gym was also a nice amenity.

Our first night in New Zealand was at this hotel. We chose it primarily because it could accommodate many people, and I thought the rating was a bit low, but after staying, I actually found it to be pretty good! The overall value for money was excellent. It's a shame that hotels abroad never seem to provide toothbrushes or slippers, which is a bit disappointing! Gong Cha (bubble tea) was everywhere, but I'll be back in Auckland on my last day anyway!

No air conditioning and no warning there is none. Sweltering hot room. The parking signage is contradictory as staff can have family members park in front to visit city. Sign clearly states under no exception is cars to be left parking in front. That is quite rude. A guest checking out is stopping just to give key card over and check out. A staff members family parks behind and walks down road. Making guest stuck to move out and leave. The sign is law yet staff are allowed to circumvent this and guest was made to wait for over an hour for car user to return from city before travelling to next hotel down country. I witnessed it all and the guest was visiting from overseas with a hired van! When a sign is put up then that is policy! Bending the policy like the staff here is showing disregard for taking care of client unless they are family? Must inform people of no air conditioning before they book as it is very misleading!!! Mysteriously the air conditioning works in the entrance where staff are. Just not in almost all the rooms. Hardly any sleep when room way too hot. Outside on one of their pillars has the sign stating about parking out front. Yet staff are allowed to let their families park however long they want out the front. Stayed here 3 year before and the spa bath dirty. Key card not work so was treated like I was stupid and staff member find out the key card not work and had to go back down stairs to cut me new one. I had my aunty with me when booking and it included breakfast and parking with which I was denied at hotel and told that was not inclusive in the booking. At least that first time the room had air conditioning...

The location was great, short walk to the harbour, shops all around, the staff was friendly, could leave bags before check in, small kitchenette included for basic meal prep. Bathroom is small and not for everyone but we made do for the two nights we were there. Can’t complain for the price and location.
